DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are rude, unprofessional and scammers.

Tech named Robet came out to my property on 4/29. He recommended that my toilet be replaced from current 3.5 gallon to a 1.28 low flow toilet due to condensation on tank lid and that he would follow up with my Home Warranty company American Home Shield to get approval and then call to schedule when he would be back to install. As of yesterday 5/5 I has not heard anything from my Home Warranty company or All American so I called my Home Warranty company and they advised me that tech had not submitted any notes as of yet!!!! I called All American plumbing and the rude secretary stated she didn't know what was going on, refused to give me name of company manager and said that Robert was out of office and she would leave him a message. Now today I am on the phone with my home warranty company and the tech did call them back but told them a total different recommendation that I was given on my document!!! Not one mention to my Home Warranty company about the toilet needing replaced. I guess ALL American is pissed becuase I compalined. I have an infant in my home and continous water accumulating on my bathroom floor can lead to mold. Rest assure if this happens, I will seek legal action. BEWARE and WARNED...save yourself a headache and be mindful of the other poor reviews and 1 stars......it's the truth! SInce I am unable to find out who manages ALL American, I am writing a letter to the President and CEO of my Home Warranty Company Amercian Home Shield to resolve. It sucks how people try and rip you off. BTW, I just found out the Owner of All American is the tech that came out to my home Robert Bench....lol You'll never get anywhere with them if you complain...go figure.

I wish i would have read these reviews prior to letting this company in my home! My hands were tired because I had to use the vendor American Home Shield send out. Robert came to my home on 04/06/2015. My issue was just a toilet that was slow to drain, not urgent, but figured I would get it looked at before it was a larger issue. And since I have a warranty, just get it taken care of. Right? When Robert arrive he was instantly rude and put off by me, maybe because I am a women? I really don;t know what is issue was. He spoke to me like I was 2 years old. He asked me about the issue i was having, i told him and I mentioned to him that we just had our sewer lateral replaced. He had the audacity to ask me who did and and how much I paid. I told him the company and he said, ""never heard of them"". I could go on and on about the rude and inappropriate exchange we had, but its seems like you could image based on the other reviews about Robert. Bottom line, he said my toilet was ""cleared"" and left. He also told me my toilet was old and it should be replaced. He also told me there were ""construction"" items in my line. Which I am not too sure how he would know that? He didn't pull ANYTHING out of the line and he didn't put a camera down either!

A little over a week later, my toilet overflowed. I called them back asked for a different plumber and they she said she had to send him. I knew in my stomach this was a bad idea! I should have followed my gut. Robert came out on 4/15, again with a cocky condisending tone. Basically said to me, ""he knew this would happen"" and he knows it has to be cleared through the roof vent/Hydro-Jetted. But he said he ""had to"" look at it in order to send the report to AHS to get their approval. The request was declined by AHS. I informed them of my interaction with Robert, and requested a second option. And to send a new plumber out ASAP at their cost.

So! They sent another plumber out the next day, got him up to speed on the history of events. He cleared my toilet on 4/16. And guess what???? It's FINE, no other issues since. NONE! Nothing else is wrong! And all they did was properly snake the line.

I made a report with AHS, and I will be filing a report with the BBB. I can't even believe what a jerk this guy was. It makes me sick I let him in my house!

do not use this company ! they took out 3/4 hp disposal and replaced it with a 1/2 hp disposal and told the warranty company that is what was in there. they took the old one so there was no way to prove it was a 3/4 hp. they are total scammers! take pictures of items that are being replaced to protect yourselves. how can business people lie and think it's okay. i wonder how this company is still in business just based on their reviews!!! stay away from using this company, if it is warranty work you can ask for another contractor!!!!!!!

This is going to sound very familiar if you've read the other reviews for this business. My home warranty company sent All American out to my rental to fix two leaking toilets - wax ring replacement. The tech checked the toilets and sure enough they were leaking from the bottom. He then put a small hand held scope down the cleanout in the front of the house and said that he could see root intrusion into the sewer pipe and he would have to get authorization form the warranty company to hydro jet the line. The warranty co. notified me a few hours later that they do not cover root intrusion and would not authorize hydro jetting because the roots would just come back and I would probably have to get the line replaced . I then called one of the trenchless plumbing companies to come out and give me an estimate fearing that I was going to have a huge bill for sewer line replacement. This new company used a video camera/snake from the very back clean out of the house and ran over a hundred feet of line through the system right out to the main sewer line in the street. He invited me to watch the monitor with him and pointed out the various drains and cleanouts along the way and lo and behold there were no roots, no cracks, no clogs, nothing.
I guess All American was trying to upsell their services or their technicians work on commission. After reading all the other reviews for this company I wouldn't believe the 5 star reviews - they are probably friends of the owner.

Had a running faucet upstairs tub and shower. I needed service asap just to at least turn off the water to that area not the whole house. They came out and were able to fix it. Thank you All American Plumbing!

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars, but I will have to settle for just one. I have worked with dozens of plumbers, electricians, tile installers, painters, etc. over 30 years of home ownership and several huge home remodels, and I have NEVER seen such unscrupulous, dishonest, and disrespectful business practices as I experience with All American Plumbing.

All American Plumbing was assigned our case by the home warranty company. Our garbage disposal in our new home had ceased to function properly, and we filed a claim to have it repaired or replaced. The technician from All American came out, agreed that the disposal is not functional, and told my husband that he would get approval from the warranty company to get it replaced and would contact us as soon as that came through. We paid the $75 fee for the visit. That was more than 3 weeks ago and was the last we have heard from them.

The company did not respond to my daily voicemails, so I called the home warranty company. I learned that the plumbers had indicated that the disposal works fine--no service needed. This is a LIE, and I have the barely-bruised lettuce leaves to prove it. The plumbers also told the warranty company that I am ""trying to cheat"" them by ""getting a bigger or better garbage disposal when the existing one works fine."" I have no idea how All American Plumbing could know my state of mind, since THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS AFTER THEY TOOK MY $75 and hightailed it out of my home. I can't figure out how they can accuse me of trying to upgrade a functional disposal when the technician agreed that the disposal was NOT functional while standing in my kitchen.

Now that we have had this experience, I see other yelp reviews with the EXACT SAME STORY. Clearly, part of this company's business model is to secure the $75 fee and avoid having to provide any additional service.

Since I raised a stink with the home warranty company, they sent a different plumber out to my home last week. This company did not know about the preexisting dispute. The technician inspected the garbage disposal and told me that the blades are entirely rusted out. In his words, ""There is no way to repair this disposal. It has to be replaced. It wouldn't even chop up cooked spaghetti for you. I don't even have to take it apart to see that it won't work."" They are installing a new disposal tomorrow.

We are filing a report with the Department of Consumer Affairs, but who knows what will come of that. In the meantime, PLEASE pay attention to the various posts on this yelp site and save yourself the heartache and hassle. Hire any other plumber. You will be better off.

Get this company from AHS. Service call already cancelled because of disqualification of problem happened outside of house. However, a person showed up and told him service call already cancelled. Lied to me that 100% sure will be covered since he will deal with authorization dept directly. Dishonest, and unprofessional.

I had written a nice review complimenting All American for all the hard work and service that I thought was performed.

Two weeks later the same thing happened and when I called another plumber, he REALLY did the work and cleared the lines that were blocked by roots and build- up. Saddened me that I believed him and didn't believe the other YELPers.

Dishonest and unprofessional. Charged nearly $500 for 1 hour of unclogging a drain which was not what they had originally quoted!!! No negotiation, no real explanation! I have yet to meet a plumber worth $500 an hour and this guy was worth about $100, at best. Move on to ANYONE else, they only have negative reviews at the time I'm posting this , which I wish I had read before calling them! This is my only recourse to complain because they would have none of it. Apparently $500 per hour is good for business, according to their lack of interest in resolving this fairly. Thank you Yelp! You are allowing me to help others based on my extremely negative experience with this horrible company!
