Wow! What an incredible experience I had. I'm a flooring contractor that had an issue with hitting a water line with a brad nail. Very stressful and scary situation.

Tom to the rescue... again! Tom saved me. He worked on my first water damage situation several months ago and him and his guys did an outstanding job navigating through the insurance process. It was my first time dealing with a homeowners insurance claim and I was so scared but they assured me that they would take care of me and help take the stress off my back. In the end everything worked out, and my house looked amazing. I mean AMAZING. I just had a water heater fail that caused damage to my drywall, garage, and guest bathroom. I panicked and called another company that completely tried to rip me off. I have tenants living at my home right now, so I needed to get things done ASAP. After the outrageous estimate I was given by another company, I immediately called Tom wondering why I hadn't reached out to him in the first place. He worked with me immediately and was there in 45 minutes already dealing with the issue. He gave me an awesome price, was honest, and made me feel like I could trust him even though I was 60 miles away. I know him and his guys are doing an awesome job working on my place and getting it back to normal so that I can feel it ease. Next time something goes wrong, I know the first person to call is Tom. I can't even tell you how stressed I was these past couple of days and knowing that I didn't get completely ripped off by some company just made my day. Tom and his team are absolutely amazing; they do excellent work at a very fair price. We had our home flooded while on vacation, certainly not a good thing to come home. I called many companies and most were totally outrageous with their prices, I guess they could see what a difficult situation we were in, and they were trying to take advantage of our unfortunate situation. Tom was a dream come true for us; he is very honest and dedicated to helping people and doing this in a very ethical manner. Glad I called Tom. Responded in the middle of the night when our dishwasher supply line literally exploded. He stopped the leak, dried our house down, and has been helping us navigate the whole insurance process to get things back to normal. Can not recommend them highly enough.
