We used All American Flood Restoration for a slab leak back in 2016.
They were so professional, honest and fair. I saved Toms number. Over the new year holiday we had a leak. I called Tom and he responded within a few minutes and came over on New Year's Eve and New Years Day to fix the leak.

Long before COVID was here and service providers could use that for an excuse for their deplorable service, my husband and I had the misfortune of dealing with Tom and his cast of terrible characters masking as ""professionals"" who are sloppy, rude, and treat the customers as if we should bow down to them for their help. -- They are doing a job for which they are being paid, professionalism should be required.

They yelled and cussed when we pointed out things they did wrong.
They ripped apart walls and tore up floors that did not need to be torn up saying, ""You got insurance, right?!?"" -- This was AFTER we told Tom OUR INSURANCE DENIED THE CLAIM as it was a ""long, slow drip incased in a wall, not a burst pipe.""
-- Tom said, ""Don't worry, I'll write it up so it's covered!""

We are disabled senior citizens and have had the same insurance company for decades. This did not seem right to us. I told Tom more than once: ""I sent photos.""
Tom proceeded to tell me what an idiot I was to give our insurance company evidence of the problem, and said he would ""Write something up anyway.""

We had a ""porta potty"" and no running water for 2-3 weeks. Tom and his crew became hostile every time we asked for an update of when they would be finished. Three adults and six Labrador dogs confined to living in a kitchen, living room, and dining room. This was ridiculous.
I picked out the replacement fixtures, $250-400 each. Tom presented me with a materials bill for $2,000. I told him no way.
His father came into our home and cussed me out, telling me how Tom ""gives away his services to people in need, his wife just had a baby and he needs the money,"" and more.
They tore off our custom baseboards in our living room -- which was unaffected. I said, ""STOP! What are you doing??""
Tom's worker said he was going to take one and another worker, the other, to try match them.
They put the baseboards back, but they are falling off at the end -- typical of the half-assed job these crooks did throughout their time here.

Our laminate flooring is oak colored, varnished beautifully, has padding, and is water-resistant. It was professionally installed by Empire.
Tom replaced this gorgeous flooring with the cheapest, dark, fake-looking, non-laminate, thin, no padding, crappy flooring he got from a discount ""flooring warehouse."" -- Once again, Tom tried to overcharge me for ""premium flooring.""
This crook and his company need to be put out of business.

Oh, and the leak they fixed? It started again a few months later. When we called, we were told the company was sold and they don't do that kind of work anymore. -- Can you say lawsuit? We paid for all of this out of our retirement. We may be in our twilight years, but this crooked hustler is not going to get away with stealing from us!
They have our many thousands of dollars. We have a room that is back to the condition it was in when they ""fixed it, guaranteed!""
-- But now they are GHOSTS.

Tom was very professional, communicative, organized and flexible. Being out of your home because of an unexpected leak can be overwhelming. Tom assured things would be done as soon as possible and he was very kind. The job was done as promised and we were in our home the day he told us he'd have us in.

We now have better floors than when we first moved in. Very pleased with a job well done.

The owner Tom Schilling absolutely killed it for us. We had a complicated situation with our insurance and he got our leak covered even though they denied our claim at first. He then came in and removed all the damaged materials, dried out our floors and walls, and rebuilt our home just like it was before! He came highly recommended by a client of mine and now I see why. Totally professional guy and great service throughout.

100 Stars! 1,000 Stars! I hired Tom Schilling and his team at All American after my house flood. My job (restoration and upgrades) included total renovation of my entire downstairs (from ceiling to floor). I am absolutely in love with the remodel! The beauty and quality of Tom and his team's work is outstanding. My downstairs is now gorgeous, especially my entire brand new kitchen. Tom and his team have such attention to every little detail and are experts in their craft. The quality of their work is not the only metric I used to give this rating. First, Tom was on site to evaluate the job within a few hours of me calling him. That dedication to work was further demonstrated when he chose to start work Xmas Eve. He and his team worked at least 6 days a week. When I came by the job site, someone was always there. That's why my job was finished in less than two months. All of my friends and colleagues who have experienced floods were evacuated 3-8 months. Tom did my entire downstairs in less than 2 months! Second, Tom is very skilled at working with insurance companies. My insurance adjuster (I call her Crabby Abby) was low balling. Tom had the finesse to get her to up the insurance payout. Third, Tom is excellent at communication. Any question I had or reassurance I needed (because I had stress freak-outs), Tom was always available to communicate about my questions. Fourth, the team at All American have the skill set (with expert craftsmanship) for almost every aspect of my job inhouse. No reliance on subcontractors meant better quality control and no time delays. Only aspect that was subbed out was installation of my quartz countertops. In summation, my house is now absolutely gorgeous with excellent craftmanship. I recommend All American to anyone that needs a restoration post flood or fire. Hiring All American was the best decision I have ever made.
