When our place flooded I called several places only to get agencies who answered the phone and said they would have someone call me back. I was so relieved to call All American Flood and have Tom actually answer the phone!!! He calmed me down quickly and said he would be there in the morning...it wasn't as urgent. He was professional and drove a long way to get to our place. His contact and communication was excellent and he held by the price. I highly recommend.

I called All American flood Restoration company when our water heater failed and upon further inspection we noticed MOLD! I think the previous owner had a similar situation but did not remedy the situation correctly.We spoke to Tom over the phone who was immediately super helpful and knowledgeable. After sending him pictures he saw how bad it was and scheduled us right away. They showed up ontime and were very easy to deal with. Tom dealt directly with the insurance adjuster and had everything handled quickly and professionally. The area they worked on looks better then it did before there was any damage. Had an emergency issue when we noticed our cermanic tile flooring was hot in certain spots ranging from the laundry room, through our hall closet and into our kitchen. I was able to get Tom to stop by the same day to evaluate the situation. The next day we already had the issue evaluated with a detail plan and insurance was notified. Tom made sure everything with our insurance adjuster was handled and processed smoothly. An issue with a huge slab leak that should've taken forever was done promptly and effeciently over 3weeks. From the removal of walls to the re-route of plumbing, to the team moving all of our furniture out into a secured storage unit to prevent from damage and all the way to complete head to toe clean up, including repair to our baseboards, crown molding and new paint, we were so impressed. Tom and his team were nothing but professional and showed up everyday to get the jobs done. They were also very patient with my kids and our little pug having to get around the construction areas. I couldn't imagine what it would've been like to have had to wait or to have a company delay completion like I've seen happen to others. In other words, this company is nothing short of amazing. Highly recommended and will contribute to refer to anyone searching for a top notch company to handle their plumbing issues.

I had an emergency when mold was discovered inside the ceiling of a condo I have for rent. It is a very scary situation when you have a hazardous substance in a place where people are living. I called All American Flood Restoration and Tom immediately met me at the property to take a look. It was a day that the freeway was shut down so it took about an hour to drive a route that would normally take 10 minutes so I was very grateful. Tom identified the problem and had a crew onsite within a couple of hours. They set up their safety quarantine tent so that the mold in the air would not spread and went to work. The job took a few days to complete and they kept a safe and clean work area. They were at the property when they said they would be and kept me up to date of their schedule from start to finish.

All American Flood Restoration did a fantastic job onsite and off. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Hopefully I don't have similar issues in the future, but if I do I won't hesitate to call All American Flood. Thanks again for everything.

After searching online, I came across AFR. I want to say that choosing this company was truly worth it, they did a fantastic job. My condo had a water leak in the roof, so we had to remove a section of it along with part of our adjacent wall in our living room. Due to the damage we also needed carpet renewal and new paint. When I called them, Tom came out promptly to assess the damage, he gave me an estimate the following day, which we thought was very reasonable. He sent out his crew which were very professional and very quick. They covered all our stuff from debris, and they got the job done in less than a week. With each detail that had to be done, we were very impressed by the care they took to get it done right. We're so excited we have our home back together before Christmas.

Great work! When my house had water damaged due to our toilet being overflowed it was gross. Tom and his team made it a nice and smooth process. Tom was informative throughout the process and my house looks amazing. The quality of work is excellent! Two thumbs up! God forbid I get water damage again - Tom is going to be the first person I call!

Highly recommend!!!! I was stressed and on the initial visit, was pleased by knowledge and professionalism. Tom even met with my insurance adjuster and kept in contact with her. We used AAFR when we had a slab leak that damaged our kitchen and adjoining den. Tom Jr. was clear and upfront about the process and good at communicating work and material schedule. We had plumbing, drywall, paint, counter top and flooring crews in at various stages of the project. All did excellent and thorough work and were a pleasure to deal with. Tom Sr. did a large part of the finish work and we couldn't be happier with the quality and appearance of the finished projects. A great overall experience in repairing what was a really crummy problem.

Tom and employees restored my kitchen after a large leak and did a wonderful job gutting and replacing all the cabinets. They did a great job and I couldn't be happier.
