This company is just amazing! Tom is fast, dependable, honest and just a great person. We just had a leak in our kitchen, and after having another restoration company come out, I called Tom and he came right out, reassured us that he could do the job and do it right! I had dealt with the other restoration company on a previous leak and they were dishonest, slow, left a mess and charged me for things I never agreed to. Needless to say, we decided to go with all American on this one, and I'm so glad that we did! Tom had his guys out right away, and they're also great people. Got demo done right away, Tom helped so much with the insurance adjuster, and now we're on the way to having our house fixed, and most importantly fixed right! I've never been so happy with a company and we're only part of the way there. I'd highly recommend them for any restoration needs that you've got. We just experienced a flood, this business works fast! They are very professional, respectful (we are two females living alone) and kind [David, Mario and Levi & Tom (owner)]. To make a long story short, Tom and his crew came to our rescue when my husband and I were faced with something so unexpected. Not only they responded in such timely manner, but each and everyone of his crew that we met were very professional and did an amazing job on each of their part. Tom had his guys do a plumbing reroute due to ; to Tom and Tom SR at All American Flooding for doing an excellent job on installing our new cabinets, for an amazing job on our newly painted walls, ceiling, and for our beautiful new tiles. The Husband Ryan:Tom is the man behind the scenes he runs the entire show. You will be blessed to meet Tom. He came to our rescue when had other companies come out with no experience. Some companies say they were contractors with experience but those other companies destroyed our house with no experience. They poked holes in our walls and damaged manifolds to our plumbing when Tom came he explained everything to us that those people did not know how to do a proper leak detection or even cut drywall. The first company who looked at our situation did not care and walked all over our brand new carpets we spent thousands on while they just walked into our home with dirty shoes as we have small children for god sake. Without naming names we dropped the 1st company out of the picture just because of the horrible worth ethic, lack of knowledge, sloppiness, ano care for my children's safety, and my wife's output did not matter to them when I was not around and at work. If my wife felt one bit unsafe or insecure with the people working on our home. Then that's the biggest red flag partly because I'm at work when she's home. Great thing is my wife loved Tom at ""All American Flood Restoration"" when he first arrived. More about this guy. Tom is a great listener and is very detailed with explanations. He blue printed our house like an artist rendering in 3D. It's was almost intimidating at first. You can't teach a person how to be a people person but Toms born with it. When he says something he makes it happen. He is a very easy to talk to type of guy and never gives you any run arounds. He tells you it up front. His secretary Natalie was such a helpful person she packed all our fragile items and furniture. They respected our two little children and they were very courteous. Everytime they arrived they would always remove their shoes and watched out for my children's safety first from sharp objects, heavy equipment, dust etc. All American Flood Restoration never left anything lying around and kept us up to date with a constant time line of work start and completion. They even work around us while we stay in the house. The before and after restoration is such a huge difference. Everyone who comes over our house now always has something great things to say. The workers are close knit and family oreintated. Thanks Tom you are gifted and a truly talented person who envisions the best for their clients. Our house no longer looks like it's stuck in the 80s because you brought it into the modern era. It's great to know no shortcuts were done behind the walls and it's a great sense of peace knowing the caliber of work was done with the highest quality its helps my wife and I sleep easy at night. You will definitely get referral list to all our friends and family. For those reading this, this wasn't just a 1 day job but took a few months. Well worth every second. I had a slab leak , and found Tom thru a neighbor. Tom came out and check out the problem and was on it the next day. I was never left without hot water when they left ever night and cleaned up while they were working.I can not say enough he also handled the claim with the insurance company. My home experienced a flood and required major restoration of 2 bathrooms, kitchen, part of master bedroom and front room. I was referred to Tom by my local Serv Pro team. I called Tom and he assured me that my home would be restored and look even better than before. He came promptly the next day and his team got to work. Tom was able to make some design changes and improvements to the home that made it more beautiful that I ever imagined. I did have some expenses that were above the insurance money that I choose to invest back into the restoration, so my results are not typical of what insurance would 100% cover. The additional costs were very fair and I was quite pleased with the quality of work and craftsmanship. Tom has the best guys in the business and they are all experienced in their trade and very particular with attention to detail. Tom ensured everything was done to my satisfaction and I am more than happy with the result of the restoration.

When our place flooded I called several places only to get agencies who answered the phone and said they would have someone call me back. I was so relieved to call All American Flood and have Tom actually answer the phone!!! He calmed me down quickly and said he would be there in the morning...it wasn't as urgent. I called All American flood Restoration company when our water heater failed and upon further inspection we noticed MOLD! I think the previous owner had a similar situation but did not remedy the situation correctly.We spoke to Tom over the phone who was immediately super helpful and knowledgeable. After sending him pictures he saw how bad it was and scheduled us right away. They showed up ontime and were very easy to deal with. Tom dealt directly with the insurance adjuster and had everything handled quickly and professionally. The area they worked on looks better then it did before there was any damage. Had an emergency issue when we noticed our cermanic tile flooring was hot in certain spots ranging from the laundry room, through our hall closet and into our kitchen. I was able to get Tom to stop by the same day to evaluate the situation. The next day we already had the issue evaluated with a detail plan and insurance was notified. Tom made sure everything with our insurance adjuster was handled and processed smoothly. An issue with a huge slab leak that should've taken forever was done promptly and effeciently over 3weeks. From the removal of walls to the re-route of plumbing, to the team moving all of our furniture out into a secured storage unit to prevent from damage and all the way to complete head to toe clean up, including repair to our baseboards, crown molding and new paint, we were so impressed. Tom and his team were nothing but professional and showed up everyday to get the jobs done. They were also very patient with my kids and our little pug having to get around the construction areas. I couldn't imagine what it would've been like to have had to wait or to have a company delay completion like I've seen happen to others. In other words, this company is nothing short of amazing. Highly recommended and will contribute to refer to anyone searching for a top notch company to handle their plumbing issues.
