Saturday Jan 15, 2022. At 11PM I Spoke with Heather, told me her tech will come between 1-3am, at 2am she calls and say her tech was having issues and won't make it till 7am. They say 24/7 service, scam!!!, just like roto rooter the first thing they ask for is payment info. Not what's the issue or some kind of issue description, card info is their priority. They ask if you're inquiring emergency service which cost emergency prices. They make it sound like for sure they will arrive between the appointed time slot but calls back after hours only to say tech having issues and won't make it till after 7am. Sounds familiar? These people have no integrity, absolutely zero care in their profession. False advertisement at a new level. They want to claim 24/7 services to lure people in but in actuality only respond on set work hours. If anyone out there experiencing the same lies, or if anyone know of a honest plumbing business please share so we are not misled by false businesses. Together we don't have to be fooled and lied to when we need to call a plumber. I will never recommend Rotorooter or drain pros to anyone with a plumbing problem. If businesses can't respond help or assist 24/7, they shouldn't write or say 24/7. Be honest so people to stay up waiting hours only to receive a scam call. If I was able to leave a no star I most definitely would, unfortunately the app inquires.

Straight RIP OFF!!!! Clayton added a P-trap to our existing plumbing. 10 mins worth of work and charged us $750. I spoke to Chanel and Keoni at concerning the OVER charge and the owners offered a $35 coupon on our next service... Poor business practices gets poor reviews. It takes Hawaii Drain Pros 3 hours to install an ABS P-trap! This is a 10 minute job.

Jordan is the most amazing plumber! He was courteous, respectful of our space, quick at fixing our problem and left the whole area better than when he came in. Hawaii drain pros were amazing to deal with. Extremely nice over the phone, listened to my concerns, and dispatched Jordan immediately. From the time I called to when Jordan arrived on site was an impressive 30 minutes! Jordan gave me an estimate before the work was done, explained what he was gonna do and gave me a time frame. He was spot on with everything and replaced a 20 year old rusty clogged pipe super quick. At the end they emailed me pictures, and video of all the work that they did. Truly exceptional service. I only wish they had a tip option upon checkout. I had limited cash for tip, but would have given more if there was a tip option upon credit card check out. I will only work with Hawaii drain pros in the future!

I had a clogged toilet and needed my pipes to be snaked so googled and came up with Hawaii Drain Pros. They came and did an estimate and gave me a cost. I have to be Honest as I was flabbergasted by the quote that I was given, but being that drains were clog, I had to have it snaked. I had two bathrooms just recently remodeled. But with new bathrooms I also needed to know why the clogging so I ask to have it scoped. Even a higher cost with scoping! But while scoping they discovered a piece of demo tile stuck in the pipe. Now the estimate went 4 times the amount as it was explained to me what was needed to be done. Fred was the serviceman, I did not get the his last name, but he was an elder gentleman with obviously had a lot of years of experience. He took the time to explained to me step by step (Maybe because I still had a hard time swallowing the numbers) the procedures and that they would have to come back in the AM to start the job as it would be long process. Well over night my head was still spinning over the numbers but I know something had to be done. Morning came and they showed up at 10:30 am, because he was stuck at an emergency job till 1:00 that night and apologies starting off late. Well they were here from 10:30 am to almost 5:00 pm, but as he started the process he would call me and showed me what he was doing as well as showing my thru what the camera was seeing. They finally broke the pc of tile and made sure it was Totally cleared from my pipes, I don't think I would be much off to say they went in and our exchanging the snake, the descaler back and fourth maybe 8 times? At the end of the Job I was completely satisfied. Frank was really professional about doing his job and even took it kind of personal that he would help insure that my pipes would be cleared of that tile. He even thank me for be patient and also that I came to watch the procedures so that I would understand the work involved. Sorry for the Long review but its people like Frank that represent your company that makes all the difference in the world where service in provided and we know its not cheap. It really help to keep a customer like me satisfied when paying that types of amount of monies for drain services. Thank You Frank and Thank you Drain Pro for have people like Fred ! Colin

The Hawaii Drain Pros office answers calls with ""how can I make your day amazing?"" And I think that perfectly encompasses what they strive to do. Overall, it was worth it to have someone experienced come fix the problem. I had a clogged sewer pipe, that backed up gray water into the garage the night before. I unsuccessfully tried to plunge it, use Draino (which I regret), and snake it with a 20ft snake. Now the ordeal is over, I'm glad I called Hawaii Drain Pros because I had none of the equipment necessary and I could not have fixed this on my own. I called Hawaii Drain Pros around 11am and they sent Frank, a senior licensed plumber, who arrived by 2pm. He was very experienced and kind, did a quick diagnosis and gave me three options without being pushy, offering his honest opinion. It's very hard to get plumbing companies to offer any kind of estimate off-site and I'm sure pricing can vary greatly. The cost for the estimate is $28, which can be applied to the service if you choose to go with them. For me, it was under $500 to snake it, under $800 to snake and hydro-jet or camera it, under $1000 to snake and hydro-jet and camera it. I chose the mid option. Frank snaked the line multiple times and had to work through all the backed up Draino :'( and then hydro-jet it to clear out the congested pipe. He offered some general maintenance/preventative tips and even cleaned my sink and washed out the junk that had backed up into it. Check their website, they have some coupons to save a little off their services. Their office said their pricing is competitive but I don't have anything else to compare it to.

I live on the mainland and I have a small family apartment in Honolulu. When I came to visit, there was a terrible plumbing problem. I was only here a few days so I was concerned about getting it done timely. I called Drain pros and they were out quickly and fixed The problem within an hour! Thank you Drain Pro's for saving me from the horrible customer service of Roto Rooter. I called Drain Pro's in the late afternoon and Ryan showed up later that evening. He took a look at the kitchen sink and offered several service options. We opted for the least expensive service. Ryan proceeded to do battle with that pesky clogged drain. He played that drain snake like a Stradivarius. Viola, problem solved. I even received a follow up courtesy call the next day. Wow, I'm impressed. Mahalo Ryan and Drain Pro's.

Excellent service, the job that I needed done for my bathroom was definitely bigger than I initially thought, they came in and got to working, they were extremely professional, and kind. I contacted them to replace the cartridges in my shower valve. They were very responsive and scheduled a technician the next day. The technician reviewed all of my angle stops, fixtures, and checked my water pressure. He gave me options. I like options. I went with just repairing the shower valve. The technician, Clayton, was knowledgeable and professional. The work was done to my satisfaction.
