This company tricked me in to signing a contract making me think I was signing for the bill and when completed the toilet was flushing but very slowly not like how it regularly does so I had to have a second plumber come the same day and they found the cause of clog... and Hawaii drain pros tried to tell me I needed to get a new toilet because it was old... and so since they didn't fix them real problem just cleared up a little... I asked for a refund... and then they tried to tell me I signed a contract that I was tricked in to signing because they made it look like it was for the credit card I used.... if I could rate zero stars I would .

Mahalo Jarren and Ryan for your prompt and professional service. Pictures were taken as to pipes under my home, which were susceptible to breakage from a higher than normal water pressure. My original call was for a loud whistling from a toilet, which upon investigation was more than the toilet.

When your usual ""fix"" only make things worst, it was time to call a professional. From my first call to the clearing of my bathroom drains, Hawaii Drain Pros are exactly as others posted. Everyone was professional when they saw the mess. Cleared two drains and replaced an old part, in time so my handicapped parent could clean up for bed. They cleaned up my bathtub which I did not expect and appreciated. I will call Hawaii Drain Pro again if needed.

I do not normally write reviews but this company saved me in a time of need. My water heater was old and just discovered leaking and one of the closest companies couldn't help until the next day afternoon. I found Hawaiian Drain Pros after searching Google/Yelp and they were able to send out a technician in 15 minutes! The technician, Jaron, was able to quickly fix my problem and drain the old tank. The offers for replacement seemed a little high and I declined but then the company gave me a better offer. Jaron was able to come back the next day, remove the old water heater, and install the new replacement. Jaron was professional and did an amazing job! Nice plumber showed up early. Gave me a quote for $3000! To replace my old toilet with a new $100 toilet he had in his truck. Will not repeat. Too expensive.
