I am impressed with the warm, diligent and excellent service provided by All Aloha Plumbing. Both Keoni and Joe were willing to ""go the extra mile"" to insure that i was happy and satisfied with the excellent service they provided to me. I had my bathroom sink removed and a new vanity and sink installed to replaced it. After I informed them that I had a concern with some work that I wanted to discuss, the project manager, Keoni return my phone call quickly and informed me that he and an employee would be coming to work on my concerns and resolve any problems that I had. We discuss my concerns and the next day, in the morning, both Keoni and Joe came and worked to remove my concerns. They did excellent work, cleaned up the bathroom and removed all of the items they removed. I'm happy with the work they did in my bathroom. I would certainly use them again, and refer them to anyone who asks me for a good plumbing service. Gordon

I had a technician from All Aloha plumbing come to my house today to simply snake a clogged drain in our bathroom. He gave me outrageous estimates with the highest at $1800 and the lowest at $525. When I told him that their prices were too high for a simple job like this, he called his manager and they offered the service for $325. I still said no as I felt their prices were extreme. Read the other Yelp reviews in regards to how ridiculously expensive they are. When I asked for a breakdown of labor cost and parts, he was unable to provide that to me and said ""the owners set the prices "". My recommendation is to use a different plumber that has prices more in line with reality...

We had water leaking from the back of the refrigerator and onto the ceiling downstairs. Upon inspection, it was the plastic tube in the back of the refrigerator that is kinked and cracked. The technician needed to go get a part from a hardware store. Fortunately, it was around 7pm and the store was still opened.

Had an issue with my toilet. Called all Aloha Plumbing and spoke to a friendly representative who was able to schedule me the same day. They were able to solve my problem the same day at a great price. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know.

Verrrry overpriced. They quoted us for something that did not even need to be replaced and the pricing was higher than any other plumber. Just make sure and get another quote

Given that it was the original since we bought our home in the 1990, it has outlived its usefulness. Joseph's plumbing experience is was explained with respect and professionalism and he is very professional. He completed the job in less time than we expected. That's right! Well done! It shows how proud he is of the work he does. Thank you to the fullest!

we just purchased a washer dryer. the installer said that the valve had to be replaced. we live in an old building so i understand things need to be replaced. i saw the tv commercial for this company and gave them a call. joseph came and said what needed to replace. unfortunately, i agreed to pay $3000 to do the job. later found out it could have been done at $1500. i screwed up. but i would suggest getting at least 2 quotes. remember paying for tv ads in not cheap. buyer beware. aloha to aloha! We felt the pricing was very very high. Disappointed with the pricing however the technician was great. We will not call this company again as noticed after the fact how many reviews mentioned the same ""prices too high""!!!!

Customer service and service technician are top notch. Very responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. I should have done more research because I thought the pricing was high but it was late on a Saturday night, I just wanted to get the repair done. Pricing for the replacement of a new water heater was very expensive, after calling around other Shops, I could have gotten it done for $1,000+ less. Call around from other estimates. Service is great but prices are expensive.

Service was awesome, particularly Jai. He kept me informed along the way on what was wrong, what he planned to do and worked on fixing the problem in an orderly and efficient manner.. He also let me know when he left and when he was returning, be it for equipment or lunch. The office staff also kept me informed of his whereabout and I really appreciated that. Employees at All Aloha get A+ for work performed at the Sullivans!
