I had called a dishwasher repairman thinking that it was an issue he could fix. Unfortunately, he said he couldn't do much more and recommended calling a plumber which I did. All aloha plumbing responded quickly via Yelp and I was fortunate to get an appt within the next week. They gave me a two hour window which was great. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to make it until the end of the window which was an issue. It was pretty close to the time I had to pick up my kids. They do a complimentary plumbing check which is great if you have a lot of time to spare. Not so great when you are worried about picking up the kids on time. Other than that, the repairman was great... very personable and professional :) Best part... my dishwasher is now working :)

Our new bestie Ray/Rae came in like a ray of light in our darkest of times. Our shower was not draining and this man worked so hard to obviously snatch out hair blocking the drain. I hadn't been able to take a shower the night before so he literally was a super hero in my eyes. He was efficient and lovely to speak with. If you ever get a chance to use this company please use him, he's a top notch guy. Thank you All Aloha for coming to our rescue.

I had 2 call agents who were both very kind and quickly set my parents up for an emergency toilet clog appointment. My parents let me know that ( Joseph ) their plumber was knowledgeable and explained to them the different options they could choose from and the process, he was extremely kind and did a great job resolving the issue. They were responsive and the plumber was good, but the pricing of the work felt excessive. Make sure you review their estimates closely prior to them doing the work. They replaced the emergency shut off to the refrigerator supply line and had to cut/resolder the pipe and that was priced reasonably due to the labor involved, but they also changed the supply line from the emergency water stop to the refrigerator and charged me $265 for what is a $20 part that fastens to existing connections on the shut off valve and refrigerator. It was also mislabled on my receipt as ""Replacement of Hot Water Supply Line from Emergency Water Stop to Dishwasher. Happy with the quality of the work but not the pricing and documentation. I'll take the hit on this one as I didn't do my due diligence but they will not be my first choice going forward.

I had a leak coming from our toilet's wax ring seal being compromised. It was leaking under my flange entering between my travertine flooring into our wooden sub-floor soaking our closet and hallway carpet. Kawika arrived hours earlier after he called, he did a quick assessment calculated and quote. He quickly and professionally hopped on it. Before I knew it da bugga was pau. What a professional. I manage a very large company and recognize skill and talent when I see it. This is the tech you want when you have a plumbing issue. Was kind of pricey but what plumbing job isn't. Much Mahalo Kawika & All Aloha Will call you guys again for sure.

From the first contact with Travis, I already felt a sense of relief. He was comforting and reassuring that all of our worries would likely be addressed and repaired. He assured me that Al would be getting in touch with me within a 2 hour period. An indeed, I received a phone call shortly after and Al was on his way. By the time I got in touch with All Aloha Plumbing Oahu, I was l nearly in tears and thought that our Christmas was ruined. Al fixed Everything! And at a cost I could afford. Such relief! Thank you, All Aloha Plumbing Oahu! You guys really are 'All Aloha'!

On a Friday evening a pipe under my kitchen sink came off making the sink unusable. I called All Aloha Plumbing, and the next day Chris came out and fixed the problem. He explained things clearly, worked efficiently, and was very pleasant and professional. Everyone I spoke to at the company was easy to talk to. Excellent service.

Austyn was professional and courteous. He came out on a holiday at midnight to fix my plumbing issues. He explained the situation and cost. The price could've been better but they are responsive and follow up with you. He even came out a second time after midnight to address additional concerns. Not the cheapest, but service is good. Recommend in an emergency.
