I called this Company to get an estimate and hopefully repair of the plumbing for my shower that involved replacing my tub drain to the P trap of the apartment below. The P-trap had already been replaced and the photos of it showed me it was brand new, but the plumber said it would need to be replaced in his bid. They gave me a quote of $2500 for a job that would take about four hours he said. I said I would wait and get a couple more estimates And had to pay $39.50 for the estimate. The next company I called was able to do all the work needed for $750. That's a huge difference.

The technicians came on time, listened to my explanations and issues, and really tried to get my drain unstuck!!! I live in a condo so that means additional complications and Keoni and Al went above and beyond to get me additional quotes to be able to mitigate my problems. I highly recommend!

I just wanted to leave a quick review for All Aloha Plumbing because I experienced great customer service with the call agent (Travis) and plumber (Kawika) I spoke to. Travis was very pleasant and kept me calm while I explained my emergency. I was just about to call and cancel my appointment when Kawika called to ask if I still needed their services. He was also professional and polite. I know that if something ever arises again with my plumbing, I'll give All Aloha Plumbing a call.

The plumber, Steven, did a thorough job of fixing our plumbing. He explained what the problems were and explained in detail how he was going to fix it. He seemed very efficient and knowledgeable. Following is important information. This company charges a huge amount of money for their services. In spite of the fact that Steven did a good job, we will never contact this company again. He charged us a ridiculous amount of money My husband and I are elderly. Our funds are limited. This company has left us reeling financially because of their price gouging The original bill was $1,600 for 3 hours of simple plumbing work. It was lowered to $1,100. This is outrageous. Be aware!

I had All Aloha come out to my house to look at my portable tankless water heater, as their website boasts them being the Island's tankless water heater specialists. The appointment was rescheduled last minute, and then rescheduled two more times. The technician who came out took one look at the unit and said that since it wasn't hardwired to power and used batteries (all portable ones do) that he had no clue what to do. He literally shrugged. Never checked to see that the water and gas were connected correctly. Never even turned the water on. He claimed he couldn't touch it because he might break it, but it is literally broken and he was there to repair it, so I didn't know how to respond to that. He also told me he couldn't spend much time there, (he wasn't here more than 10 minutes) which I found odd considering he was again supposed to have come with the plan to do some level of service same day. I then politely reached out to the company to say that I didn't feel I should be charged a dispatch fee since the person dispatched literally told me he didn't know how the unit operated. No response for a week, and then a call was scheduled with a manager that I never received. I know the dispatch fee isn't much, but be aware that they are overselling their abilities, and the customer service side of things could cause a headache.

requested service on Sat. Appointment was scheduled for Tuesday between 12and 2. No one called so I called them. Rescheduled for Wednesday mornin. Again no one called. Called another company and someone came in half an hour. Price was reasonable so I let them do the job. Don't be fooled by their commercials

AMAZING and EXCEPTIONAL service from All Aloha Plumbing Oahu. We had a leak in the wall of our shower overnight. I went to Yelp and although another plumbing company reached out first, it was All Aloha that reached out, then followed through quickly with a phone call. Penny was wonderful and helpful explaining their services thoroughly so I knew what to expect. This included an initial quote. I was happy with that, so she scheduled someone for the same day. Stephanie called a couple of hours before the scheduled time to tell me Kawika was on his way. Kawika was FANTASTIC!!! He was super respectful in our home and got to work right away. He gave me several options to fix our shower leak. He was patient and explained the issue in detail using videos and pictures of the leak in the wall. The quote was reasonable. In the end he fixed the leak. Our family is very happy. Kawika was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and had choke aloha. I highly recommend All Aloha Plumbing and will definitely call them again in the future. Mahalo!

Had a clog in our sewer system last week about 9:30 pm. After waiting for another well known plumbing service for an hour, they told us we'd have to wait another three hours. We then called All Aloha Plumbing who arrived in about 20 minutes. Their plumber Joseph was extremely polite and took care of our problem quickly.

Scheduled service on 5/28/24, which was scheduled on 5/23/24. Get a call on morning of my appointment from their office stating they had an emergency and to be rescheduled 5/30/24. Already explained to them that I needed the service done ASAP they decided my service was not as important. For a business that promised a scheduled appointment, they should by all means honor the scheduled appointment. Really disappointed with the way they conduct their business.
