All Aloha plumbing has been amazing. I put out a call one morning (via Yelp app) after my son broke off the faucet in his shower and we could not get the water off. They sent a technician by the name of James in - very clean professional and respectful. He fixed the problem and replaced the faucet quickly. They sent out a follow up and I just can't say nice enough things. Truly a professional and positive experience from beginning to end. I found them on yelp and contacted them through the app as well, pricing was very reasonable and I will use them and recommend them in the future.

I had roto rooter plumber came in 10/1 2018 installed my hot water heater after that my house get air in my water line I called them they came back tell me it my faucet problem but I just changed my new faucet then I called again they came back still not fix then again 3 times problem still not fix . I just so piss off . Then I start searching yelp . I see all Aloha plumber have 5 star and I read people give good comment then I called them they came fixed my problem after all these few times i m so happy i m smart enough to change new plumber company . Aloha plumber said roto rooter plumber is did job totally wrong . Installed way is illegal way . And Aloha plumber company Customet Servier is very good they respond so fast and friendly. Job get done quickly too . I high recommend call all Aloha plumber . You can get joe done right at first time

This guys are pulling some kind of scam , we revived a estimate for a new water heater the 50 gal with no extras $6600 , I was shocked , when I asked if they had anything lower ? He says well how much do you want to pay ? WTH , I said 1500 is what I thought was normal, he calls his boss they quickly offer $4500! That's some kind of scam in my opinion , ended up getting it done thru Home-depot for $1600. Watch out

ALL ALOHA PLUMBING TRIED TO RIP ME OFF In a nutshell: they quoted me $1,671 just for installing a 40 gallon electric water heater (bought by me, and already delivered); I had it installed for $195 including all fittings necessary, and including tax. I bought the water heater from Home Depot who said that a plumbing contractor would call me for the installation. All Aloha Plumbing called me before 8:00 am on a Sunday morning (which I found slightly rude) and made an appointment to take a look at where the heater should be installed. Ben came, took a look at the closet where the water heater would be installed, and told me that since the heater had already been drained, it would cost me less money. I asked him how long it would take for the installation, and he said ""two to three hours"". Then he took out a pad, wrote on it, and showed me a few options, including a ""standard"" one at $1,671 and a ""professional"" one (more expensive, at over $2,100, which of course he recommended). I told him that I found this over the top, as it made the hourly labor rate of the standard (and cheapest) installation, around $500 an hour (I made allowance for a few fittings), which I told him was prohibitive. To which Ben replied: ""I can tell you that we will do a very professional job. AND BESIDES, YOU REALLY NEED HOT WATER, DON'T YOU?"" To which I replied: ""Yes, I do, and because I really need hot water, I should pay THROUGH MY NOSE?"". This unsettled him. He said that he would talk to his boss and see what they can do. Just about an hour later, I received a new quote, for $1,252.35; a 25% discount from the first price they quoted (which they would have charged had I been as ignorant as they thought I would be), but STILL A COMPLETE RIP OFF! I found a HONEST contractor who did the job very well, in one hour and a half, for $195.00 including all fittings and tax. I have hot water, and I WILL NEVER BOTHER CALLING ALL ALOHA PLUMBING EVER AGAIN. I guess the people who give them many stars for good service have no idea of how much it should cost in the real world; but I see other people here who share my opinion of their level of honesty (i.e. it is in the basement!).

416 dollars for a 40 minute snake job down one drain is highway robbery. I will not recommend anyone to this company. The technician was very polite and professional. But the price of 416 dollars did not make the price easier to swallow. I feel like I was ripped off. NO ALOHA at All Aloha Plumbing.

It's Sunday morning, and my toilet was clogged. I called All Aloha Plumbing, thinking I'd leave a message for someone to get back to me on Monday. To my surprise, Ashley answered and said that they could dispatch a technician within the hour! Ryan showed up, evaluated the situation. He cleared the line, and it flushes better than it probably ever has. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, speedy response, and sincerely wanting to help with the issue. I will be contacting them again soon as to when I can get the toilet replaced. They have already emailed me estimates. These guys are on it!

I usually use Allen's Plumbing but had a really frustrating experience, so I tried All Aloha Plumbing. Best decision ever. I submitted a request online on the weekend for a quote and received a call on the following Monday with an estimate. I promptly scheduled for Friday. On Thursday I received a call letting me know that he was going to be later than expected, so I agreed to be rescheduled for the next morning. RAY showed up right on time and was very friendly and professional. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for years. RAY was exceptional and they should be proud to have him as part of the team. COMMUNICATION was amazing.

Their estimate was outrageous, They will not itemize on their bill. I felt they were dishonest and did not care about anything but their $$. Never again and I will tell others to avoid them. Their reputation on Maui is very poor. It's really a scam. Can they be legally liable?

Ripping people off is their motto. I was desperate due to a building flood, but they could not make it till after 5pm and wanted an extra $80 for ""after hours visit "" do you call that Aloha? I don't and will never ever call them again.

This is the BEST plumbing service I've dealt with on island. Receptionist is very friendly and professional. Service is speedy and top notch. I've had them remove a root intrusion in one sewer line and a faulty wax seal on a different toilet.
