the price quoted to install four bathroom sink water valves and four repair hot and cold water cartridges that cost on amazon just over $100.00 was &1,800.00. i said that i thought it was price gouging because of bad times. he called his office and agreed to do it for $900.00. i said that was way too much. its said that they are taking advantage of people in west maui. i found a honest plumber

I have to admit that my opinion of All Aloha Plumbing has changed. When I was selling my house and found out that it was not legal for my house to share a cesspool with a neighboring house, I sought an estimate to get my plumbing redirected to an unused cesspool, also on my property. Since my house was post and pier, it was a matter of getting under there and doing the work. The bid came in at $27,000. Like another unsatisfied customer here, when I expressed doubt, the plumber doing the bid asked, ""Well, what do you want to pay?"" I told him I would prefer to pay $10,000. He then lowered the price to $20,000 after calling his office. At that point, I asked around and was pointed to another plumbing company. They came in with a bid of $7,000. So I don't know what has happened at All Aloha Plumbing but their ethics seem to have gone down the drain. I went with the second company, which did the job in a few days and ran into a problem that required rerouting an outdoor toilet as well. Total bill was $10,000, $17,000 less than All Aloha Plumbing.

Looking at the reviews here I am left with wondering if this company represents the growing divide between how you treat on island vs off island people. I'm baffled trying to understand how people think this company has fair prices. They were called for a toilet water leak at my house and replaced a single toilet water line and it cost $735. Their quote for doing the rest of the water lines in my one bedroom two bathroom condo was $3-4k. Replacing a metal water line folks. Further when asked how they came up with this pricing (labor/parts) they are unable to come up with an answer, which leads me to believe they made it up to gouge people as much as they can. Front desk folks told me the plumber knows, the plumber tells me pricing is office thing. Wait you did the work and can't explain how you charge a customer? Yup, that is what I am told. The manager will not return my phone call. I've been a homeowner for 23 years and have never seen businesses be this shady anywhere else. Needless to say I recommend staying away from this place.

This guys are pulling some kind of scam , we revived a estimate for a new water heater the 50 gal with no extras $6600 , I was shocked , when I asked if they had anything lower ? He says well how much do you want to pay ? WTH , I said 1500 is what I thought was normal, he calls his boss they quickly offer $4500! That's some kind of scam in my opinion , ended up getting it done thru Home-depot for $1600. Watch out

Had All Aloha Plumbing come for a simple repair job which took them less than an hour to fix. The guy that came was great. The job came to around $1K which made labor an unbelievable price. Asked for an invoice detailing costs and labor mutiple times, they never sent it. I would NEVER use them again.

Gerald Agdinaoay and his assistant came and completed the job on my toilet that I requested in a timely manner. The completed job was excellent and to my liking. I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a water heater issue over the weekend and called them Monday morning. The dispatched a technician on Tuesday morning who was able to diagnose the issue and also repair it. He explained everything in detail. I appreciate the quality of service, knowledge and friendliness of the staff. Oh, and they did not charge a dispatch fee or have a minimum charge as some companies do. All Aloha has done numerous jobs for me and I have always been happy. Plumbing is not cheap so it pays to hire someone who knows what they are doing and do it once, Chris Levine

They (All Aloha Plumbing) replaced a 3k water heater that was 6years old. They said too much sediment was in the tank. They relaced it with a $1400 w/h and said it was the ONLY w/h they used. I needed a w/h spend $500 it lasted 26 years! These guys left a muddy mess and never cleaned up after themselves.

Company quoted $6,500 for an outdoor shower install. I believe this company thinks people are stupid. I hired another professional plumber who charged $165/hour and the job took 3 hours. Materials were $400 total. So $895 total versus their $6,500 quote. I would NEVER use this company they will completely rip you off. Shame on you All Aloha Plumbing. Change your company name to No Aloha Plumbing.
