Undependable! Made an appointment, waited for three hours and and no one came. I even called while I was waiting to double check appointment. They told me that someone would get back to me and that never happened too. If you want someone dependable do not call All About Plumbing!

Well, shame on me for not looking at the Yelp reviews before I called to schedule service with this company. Horrible reviews, but sadly this company's service is non-existent.

My water heater broke last Saturday and I called to schedule for someone to come out and either fix it or give me a proposal for a replacement. I spoke with their plumber Eric, who scheduled to be out ""first thing Sunday morning"" and I agreed to this but told him I was going to work in the morning and for him to please come as early as possible. He said he would be there between 7:00 - 9:00 am but was going to try to make it as close to 7:00 am as possible. Well, Sunday morning came and I waited and waited. At 8:30 am I called Eric twice on his cell phone, that he had called me on the previous day. I also texted him asking for an ETA. No one called back or texted me back. I also called their answering service twice who could see the service call and was going to contact Eric as well. No call back from anyone. Well, at 10:30 am I contacted another plumbing company who promptly was at my house at noon. I got my water heater replaced and their service was excellent.

Today, Monday I called All about plumbing and spoke with their office manager, who was nothing but rude and condescending. She stated 6 other people had already called today in regards to not receiving their scheduled service and that they paid $500 per month to an ""answering company"" since their office isn't open during the weekend. I told her that I was aware that they had an answering company, you could tell, but that I actually had spoken with their plumber, Eric, and that we had set up a service call for Sunday morning, 1st thing in the morning. At that time she said that she had no trace of that service call or any other service calls during the weekend. Just reading all the other reviews, definitely shows a pattern of service calls that are not met. All in all, STAY AWAY from this plumbing company if you actually would like service. There are so many other companies out there so there is no reason to call this one.

We have had nothing but exceptional service from this very reliable plumbing business. This was at least our 3rd visit from All About Plumbing as they come almost immediately when we call, and they always seemed so concerned about us personally when we had an emergency in the past. The most recent visit involved Eric, who is not only a great plumber and very thorough, but has an amazing personality as well! He looked over extra things, made sure everything was fixed properly, and was very typical of all of the good plumbers we have had from this business. I am super vigilant and would be critical of anyone who does not do an excellent job when I am paying them, but after a series of plumbers who say they are coming, they don't show up, and you never hear again from, this plumbing business is 100% the best. Eric replaced the toilet flapper and valves, which could have gone very badly if he hadn't checked it, and then also made sure he checked the other valves around and worked on my husband's toilet as well. We very much appreciate all the service from AAP!

Initially the response time was great when I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. It went downhill from there. The plumber showed up and instead of giving an estimate, he proceeded to replace the pressure regulator in the bathroom for $625!!! The owner (seller) said to do the work, but I (buyer) was the one that initiated the service call to get an estimate only! I've since placed 3 calls to the company asking for a report of what I requested to be done and what work was performed for $625. I've never received a return call and will never use this company again. We have also shared this experience with our real estate agents and home inspection service. My advice - call someone else when you need plumbing done.

Our water heater was leaking. Thought we might want to go with a tankless model vs the tank type we had. Eric came out, gave us a complete overview of both systems (honest about pluses and minuses for each) and answered all our questions. After quotes from other plumbers we felt confident Eric was the right choice. Decided on the tank style, called the next day and he was able to complete the replacement in less than 2 hours. Best plumber we have had the pleasure to know!

Too Rude. I come home to find this van parked the wrong direction and blocking my driveway. We had to park down the street and unload our groceries. I called the phone number and got an after hour receptionist who said she cant contact the driver. It was only 3:30, not after hours. Waited an hour, still there. Not impressed. Please have more courtsey for others when running your business.

Last Friday I had come to find out that I had a pipe burst from my hot water tank to my kitchen and couldn't get my normal plumber out until Saturday morning. My husband called to have someone from All About Plumbing come out at 10 pm to at least try and get my water off. The answering service told my husband someone would be out within an hour. This was the least of my concerns.

I did not have a shut off valve to the main water and this was all I needed, was to get the water off. I received a call from one of the plumbers who was rude and inconsiderate to my situation and when I told him I needed someone to install a shut off valve he flat out said ""I don't want to have to wake any of my guys up"" and ""well, that's not going to happen."" The office manager followed up with me and apologized for the situation and stated I would be receiving something from them in the mail.

Yesterday I received a $100 gift certificate for this company. Thank you, but no thank you. Myself, my friends and my family will not be using your company.

Be more compassionate and considerate in the future and don't offer emergency services if you don't intend to help people.

My husband made an appointment for the 13th. He was told we would get a call confirming a 2 hour appointment, which is typical. The problem is he didn't receive a call. He called them on the 14th to inquire if he perhaps wrote the wrong date down. They advised him that they called him once and he didn't answer so they assumed he no longer needed service. They did not attempt to call again nor leave a voicemail. My husband rescheduled for the 16th. On the 16th he did get a call for a 12-2 window. 2 o'clock came and we were advised someone would be there in 20 minutes. Finally! Except...3 o'clock came and went. After waiting around all day on our only day off we decided to call and cancel. The poor receptionist had no idea where the tech was. All she could do was apologize and all we could do is find a better company and warn others about this one.

I wanted to replace a pedestal sink with a cabinet sink in a half bath. All About Plumbing readily agreed to come out and prepare an estimate. The tech was pleasant, seemed knowledgeable, and checked out all aspects of the job. He then prepared a written estimate for an astonishing cost of $830.00 which included a 10% senior discount. Other companies were not anxious to come out to bid on so small a job but on the phone three other licensed, bonded companies estimated the job would run two to three hours at the standard rate of $105.00 per hour. One of those companies did do the job for a total of $365.00 including parts. I called All About Plumbing to offer them an opportunity to explain the difference in cost, but what they offered was by no means acceptable. If you're going to deal with All About Plumbing, I would strongly recommend getting comparable bids. The reason I gave them even one star was because they were the only company that would come out for an estimate.
