We had a toilet leak, Eric from all about plumbing diagnosed the leak and then referred us to a contractor called Ray Buchanan to fix the floors and shower. Ray Buchanan ripped apart our shower and all the floors. Overpriced all the materials and took full and final payment from our insurance and additional amount from us for ""home improvement""and never showed up at our place to fix the shower post payment. Eric referred us to a fraud called ""Ray Buchanan"" who not only took insurance money but also overcharged us in the name of home improvement and never completed the work. We had to hire a new contractor to get our work done which costed us $10000 extra which we had to pay from our hand.

They arrived when they said they would, fixed the hole in the water line to our spare bathroom MAJOR leak!), were congenial, friendly and thorough. Their prices were far lower than Anderson Heating and Plumbing. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your plumbing needs!

I called these guys to get an estimate to install a water filtration and softener system. I appreciate that they answered right away, Vicki was friendly over the phone and had someone come out for a free estimate the next day at my convenience. When the plumber, Xzavia came he was on time, polite and very professional. He explained the job thoroughly and was quite knowledgeable about the process.
The estimate was priced much more affordable than others that I have received.
I was actually pretty impressed by the whole experience and I will definitely be using this company for any of my future plumbing needs.

FIVE STARS for All about Plumbing. Zach replaced my broken down water heater and brought the new one up to code. My old one fell apart and took him time to make everything correct. Vicky called me in am to let me know he was on the way & very polite. Zach fixed a leaky faucet in front of house as well
I can't thank Zach and this company is honest and trust worthy. Its hard for my husband to let someone else do the work but with a bad back you have to let professionals take over. I'd recommend them always and if I have another job they have it. My water heater has no plastic parts as Home Depots does will last a long time and much more reasonable as well

The main problem we called him for was not fixed (a leak), plus a faucet repair left the faucet in worse condition than when he started. We asked him twice to return to fix the leak, and he never returned my texts or showed up again. Pricing was exorbitantly high.
