More was wrong than I anticipated but no hidden surprises and the cost adjustment was fair. He even taught me how to try to keep my toilet running well and the toilet was not in the repair equation! WORST company ever! This company was hired by my insurance company to fix broken pipe. After the service, they charged me service fee which was supposed to be reported to my insurance company. But instead, they told my insurance company they did not charge me anything. Now my insurance company keeps sending me invoice for payment. I tried to call this company to solve this issue. Every time I was promised to be called back, but nothing happened! AVOID this company if you are not comfortable about getting charged twice.

After calling, Jake came out the next day to check on why my water heater was not working. He simply lit the pilot and thought that was the issue. I called the next morning to say it was out again so he came out at the end of the day and then indicated I needed a new one and quoted me $1500 for a 40 gallon Low Nox (low emissions required by CA). I had visitors coming the next day and needed it so I did not have time to shop around. As scheduled, he showed up the next morning with a helper as two people were needed to raise it into it's location. After installing it, I noticed the box it came in and saw that it was a 38 gallon, not a 40 gallon as quoted. When I asked about that, he said the Rheem brand did not come in a 40 gallon Low Nox. Afterwards, I checked the Rheem web site since he told me he did not have any information to provide me on the model. Rheem web site showed that that the Low Nox in my style DID come in a 40 gallon. So I paid for a 40 gallon but got a 38 gallon, which I would assume would be a little bit less but my quote did not change. I also had to ask how to maintain it since he didn't offer (flushing and draining requirements) and so he checked the manual. Very personable guy but I don't like the idea of getting less than what I was promised with no price reduction and then given false information on why I didn't get what I was promised. Whole cost came to $1500 which after calling around to see if the price was fair I learned it was a few hundred more than a couple of others quoted me on the phone. Furthermore, several days later I happened to look at the large promotional business card I was left with which indicated $100 off a water heater. Did I get it? No. Was I told that at the time of service? No. The service was good and I've had no problems since, but I have a problem being given false information and not advised of promotional prices. It's a reason many of us distrust plumbers. I'll definitely be using a different plumbing service next time.

11/24/16 Update: Eric called in response to my review. Tried to explain that there was a misunderstanding about the type of water heater, but that really wasn't the issue. However, he did apologize for me not being advised of the water heater promo and sent me a $100 refund check. Also said that they will refund any difference between their costs and that of a competitor when provided a written estimate, but admitted that policy is not displayed anywhere - as of yet anyway. Meanwhile, I mentioned that my heater had started making rumbling noises and so he had Jake come out the next morning to take a look. Jake thought he had fixed it but said if I continue to have trouble to call him. It didn't, so I will. Jake was very cordial, especially considering that I had written this review. Based on their effort to remedy this complaint, I'm bumping up their rating from 2 to 4 stars.

We have used this company twice and both times have been very satisfied. From new toilets, master tub, to garage hose. Keep the husband away from these repairs and leave it to the professionals. Will be calling soon for the third bathroom. Thumbs up for sure!

For your information the company who did the work does have a license but they told me I didn't need to pull a permit because the gas line was already there and when I couldn't get in touch with them I called your company and The technician came out and because it was so much money to get it fixed not to code I wanted the company who did it in the first place to come back and fix it to code since I already paid a lot of money to get it done. Code enforcement came out here and they gave us time to get it rectified it's not a health hazard it's turned off at the house so we won't be burning anybody's house down your technician was just upset because I caught him lying to me about the cost of parts and turned us in I just think that's lousy....is that your company policy to turn people into code enforcement if you don't get the work ? Your technician was willing to fix it even though it wasn't to code and wanted me to sign off on it. I wanted it fixed to code! So there is no future issues!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys! We had a shower valve that needed replacing. Do to its location, I decide to ""let the pros"" do it. I called around and got a few quotes, but some people just gave me the ""odd feeling"". After setting up a same day appt, Brandon was on-time, inspected the situation, quoted us a VERY competitive price, and did the work all the work in less than 30min with a smile on his face! On top of all that, they provided a 10 warranty on the work. These guys are now stored in my phone under ""Plumber""

Outstanding service...highly recommend! Woke up to a leaky garage ceiling Sunday morning, called another company who took an hour and a half to come out and was unable to fix the leak. It was now late afternoon and no water, so we decided to continue searching online and came across this company who sent someone out within 30 mins and Brandon the technician was highly knowledgeable and professional, but most importantly he fixed the leak and had running water again!

Between Eric on the phone who explained so much to me about my situation (and anything he said he would do, he did!) and Brandon who worked as hard as any contractor I have ever used to get my water heater installed-this may be the best company I have worked with. So many contractors either don't know or care that it isn't supposed to be a shell game where you have to guess what service you need or want but with AAB it was straightforward: Here is what you need; here is what it will cost; here is when we will get it done. That's all you can ask for-it's what is called being a professional and they are truly professionals.

I had Brandon from All About Plumbing, come out and install my new Ruvati sink and Delta faucet. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Not only does the sink and faucet look great, it looks great under the sink too. Very clean and the new sink offers me more front room. He had to be innovative when it came time to install the mounting clips as at 10 inches deep, he had to not only maneuver around the sinks but had to deal with the clips wanting to droop into the sink while trying to fasten it. He used wood blocks, a long flat handled screwdriver, and of all things, one of my meat shishkabob (spelling) sticks to help keep the clip from spinning to tighten. Very ingenious of him. Thank you for a wonderful installation experience Brandon.
