Jorge UNDER-promised and OVER-delivered! I called him to look at a leak. He showed up within an hour, fixed it for under budget and it works great! If you have a plumbing issue call him and rest assured it'll be fixed!

What can I say that everyone else hasn't already. Some people don't want the work. Not only does Jorge want the work, he is up front, let's you in on the process, and is straight up just a nice human being. He returned the call right away, came the next day (it was a holiday when we called) diagnosed the problem (our sewage line was clogged from our house to the main,) and rooted out the line. He even called me outside to view the camera so I could see the state of my old clay pipes.

Folks, this is the guy, and I don't say that lightly. JUST CALL HIM! :)

I have to concur with the 5 star reviews for Jorge.

First of all, Jorge picked up the phone! He then scheduled a time to come to our house for the next day. When he was on his way, he called me first. Excellent communication!

On arrival, Jorge fixed our kitchen sink promptly. Then, in the same visit, I asked if he could check out a number of other issues throughout the home. He looked at all of the issues and fixed some on the spot. Then, the big plumbing problem I was dreading that came up in our home inspection, after thorough troubleshooting, Jorge told me it was no longer an issue and why.

His fee for the kitchen sink I originally called him about was reasonable and when he then stuck to his original quote for all of his services that day I was bowled over. Great service at a great price!

Jorge clearly explained all of the plumbing issues to me, answered all of my questions, and provided helpful recommendations. He was also honest.

I will be calling Jorge again for my future plumbing needs.

10 stars for JORGE! This is the 3rd time I have used him. 2 times, he was kind enough to diagnose and walk me through fixing it on the phone! When he did have to come out and do a repair, he was ethical, honest, and appropriately priced. He is a good and respectable and knowledgable man! Could not have better things to say about alfa plumbing!

I highly recommend Alfa Plumbing. We needed to add a water line to our new refrigerator, Alfa was on time quoted a fair price, the installation was seamless and the outcome was great. Alfa walked me thru the items that were installed and even checked and replaced a faulty hose under our sink. We will be using Alfa for our home moving forward.

I was nervous about calling a plumber and couldn't be more pleased with the service from Jorge and his partner at Alfa plumbing. They came same day as I called, were upbeat and optimistic, worked efficiently to clear my sewer line, showed me before and after live video of their work, and stuck to their very reasonable initial quote. I would call them again in a heartbeat, though hoping I won't haven't any problems!

Great service: lovely people who get the job done at a fair price.

I hired Jorge to unclog a toilet. I'd retrieved Mr. Potato Head's hat and an arm but clearly there was more down there. At least thats what the kid said.

Jorge is responsive. He got back to me by phone very quickly and set up a time to come. He was prompt and arrived when he said he would.

He gave me the options - auger more or lift it out. We ended up having to remove the toilet (Mr. Potato Head's other arm came up with the auger but some toy lived in the depths). He and his assistant dislodged the race car, replaced the toilet , sent a camera up its bits to make sure it was all clear and we were back in business.

He was quick, efficient, fair, extremely clean and thorough.

I second the other reviewer who noted his integrity. Absolutely would use him again and recommend without reservations.

I can't say enough good things about Jorge Alvarado and Alfa Plumbing. Jorge is knowledgeable, amiable, thorough and efficient. He returned our call quickly, could fit us in, on time, and helpfully explained repairs that were the best use of time. His repairs were just right, parts he used were good quality and all his fixes were a major improvement.

Jorge is a super kind person with enormous integrity and is a pleasure to work with. The best.

Jorge just came out and unclogged our toilet. He answered his phone promptly and came over when he said he would. He quickly fixed the problem but then took the time to show me how to correctly use the plunger and a toilet snake.

Jorge was professional, friendly, helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to use him again.
