Jorge is a true professional. I called him about a significant kitchen leak I was experiencing, and he provided some initial advice over the phone, including walking through a possible diagnosis and some more and less costly options for fixing it (explaining trade offs with each option). I ended up scheduling time for him to come by in person and install a new faucet (he was very easy to coordinate with over text), but when he arrived it turned out that my problem was much simpler to fix (a matter of tightening a few things that got loose). He did this in about five minutes at no cost.

Jorge's honesty, promptness and overall professionalism have made me a big fan. I'll be sure to call him with any plumbing issues I have in the future.

I am going to join the chorus in singing Jorge's praise. I hired Jorge to install a new stainless steel sink in my limestone countertop. We thought it was going to be an easy install, but sadly the sink was just a tad too big for the counter's hole. Rather than give up (my first inclination), Jorge and his helper took out a large drill, rolled up their sleeves, and painstakingly cut away enough of the limestone to drop the sink in. In the process, he also made changes to another part of the counter that actually fixed a slight defect from the previous installation. The work was difficult, and it took several hours to complete. But it was done in a highly professional manner. For going way beyond the call of duty, Jorge has my gratitude and thanks.
