Jorge is great. He was very responsive, came with everything he needed for the job, and was in and out in under an hour.

He came in a mask, and covered his feet with shoe covers. He was respectful of all of the Covid 19 stuff.

My sink is working great. I had a back up, and he was able to come in a very short time. He fit me into his schedule, and was very kind.

Today I asked him to come and check out a running toilet. He looked at it, diagnosed the problem ( a chain blocking the seal) and didn't charge me a thing. I will definitely be calling him the next time we need a plumber.

I used a local community board to get recommendations for someone to fix my leaking toilet, and wrote down several names in no particular order of preference.

After calling one business whose recorded message stated that they would try to get back to me in a couple of days (still have not heard from them), I called Jorge. He got back to me promptly, and gave me a date and time range from 12-2. To my utter surprise and delight, he called on the scheduled day to say they would be there around 1:15 and that Ivan would do a preliminary assessment.

Ivan was right on time, and was very thorough about ensuring where the leak was coming from so that I would not waste money.

Jorge and his crew, worked efficiently and were respectful of keeping my bathroom clean (removing a toilet is a messy job).

I could not be happier with how this job was handled from start to finish. If you are looking for a company with expertise at a reasonable price, Alfa Plumbing should be your choice.

My garbage disposal drain was clogged. I texted Alfa Plumbing and they did the repair the same day. It was very easy to schedule an appointment via text and they arrived during the scheduled timeframe. The price was very close to their estimate. I will use them again.

We had a great experience with Alfa plumbing. We had some banging in our pipes when the shower was on. Another plumber came by and wanted $1k to strap the pipes and check the water pressure.

Alfa came by and told me that the problem was with the shower cartridge. I ordered a new one from Amazon for $40 and Jorge was generous enough not to charge for the estimate. Glad to save lots of money to solve a problem and I hope to use Alfa in the future!

I'd give them 10 stars because 5 is not enough. I've dealt with Jorge and Alfa Plumbing three times now and he's the only plumber I will ever call. I learn so much from him and his advice that I'd happily pay him just to teach me to do things myself. But most plumbing jobs are beyond my capacity so I am more than happy to pay him. The man is a gem. Ten stars, seriously!

We have been customers of Alpha Plumbing for well over 15years...I think that in itself speaks volume. My Mother has some pretty horrendous plumbing experiences over the years and learned early on that if you didn't have long $$$$$$$$ most likely you would not be getting a quality job done.
From the time we were referred to Alpha Plumbing we have been treated with respect, fairness, given clarity, and much understanding. I can not think of a time where we have called and didn't receive a response either by phone or text to address the current issue. We recently had a issue with our toilet.. and as everyone knows .. we are in the middle of a pandemic... truly thought since ours wasn't a super ""emergency "" the likelihood of us being seen the same day was probably unlikely...
Mr. Jorge(the owner) messaged me that Ivan would be able to come later that afternoon..here's the kicker .. I didn't get the message.. for which Mr. Jorge tried 3times..then proceeded to leave a voicemail..and follow up with two calls... unheard of right???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say contact was finally made and Ivan and Ephriam came..and did a BEAUTIFUL JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give Alpha Plumbing more than 5 stars... in my book they literally deserve 1000 star's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Second excellent experience with Alfa Plumbing. Available same day and arrived within hours. We primarily needed our kitchen sink drain line de-clogged. We needed some additional work done: new hot water heater hose connections and a replacement to our poor-quality disposal unit (which may have been contributing to the clogs). Jorge and Ivan completed all the work in about an hour-and-a-half. Very friendly and professional. And they wore masks during the entire visit as required.

I've had occasion to need Jorge's expertise and knowledge 3 or 4 times in the last year. Each time he was sooo accommodating, knowledgeable and understanding. There was one instance of a bathroom remodel, With the delays he kept rescheduling until the room was ready. Another instance, he knew EXACTLY where to dig to uncover a clean out, 2 feet underground!! Can't say enough about these guys.

I texted Jorge at 3pm on a Thursday to ask about installing a hot water spigot to the outside of my house. He came the next day and was really friendly and great to work with.
