AVOID THIS COMPANY. Called up to have a thermopile replaced on the water heater in my rental. The water heater was still under warranty but I decided to just get it fixed and deal with the warranty later. PGE came out for the free relight and stated in their report that all it needed was the thermopile which costs less then $15. Plumber went to house and verified it needed a thermopile but changed out the entire water heater instead without asking. I Then got a bill for $1,823.00 and when I ask why he changed out the water heater vs changing out the thermopile which all hardware stores carry in stocks he simply stated I thought you wanted it fixed. I ask numerous times why he would change out the entire water heater instead of a $15 part and never git a answer. When told him I would not pay he stated he would go back and pull out his water heater and I could hire another company to install a the water heater! Now I am suppose to hire another company to install a water heater that should never have been replaced in the house that was still under warranty. ? Needless to say this was not acceptable to me. He then harassed and threatened the renters and myself to the point the police had to be called. He put a mechanics lean on the house and now I am having to sue the company. By law all repairs over $500 has to have a written estimate that is approved. This guy is nothing but a joke.

No hot water, water heater's burner gave out. Contact Alejandro and received immediate respond. He came promptly and ontime as scheduled. He went above and beyond to help us out even when it's getting really late. I was really touched by his sincerity, honesty, and expertise. We have hot water now and will keep using Alejandro service for future job. Strongly recommend Alejandro service to my friends and family. Thank you.

I needed a drain cleared at a rental on New Year's Eve day. They did answer the phone and sent someone. (Others didn't even answer the phone or replay to messages.) They sent a guy who only spoke Spanish and didn't really know how drainage systems work. He kept saying ""clean out"" and opened a clean out after the blockage and snaked downstream of the blockage. As it turned out, he vibrated some of the blockage loose because of plastic drain pipes. They charge $475 for that and I had to call a real company on January 2nd to get someone to snake from the toilet as was required.
I pulled the toilet before he came and re-installed it myself. I'm over 80 and will do it myself next time.
Incidentally, Google has a translating app for cell phones that I didn't have at the time, so if you don't speak Spanish, have that before they arrive.

I can't thank them enough! We ended up doing a kitchen remodel and needed someone to complete new sink and dishwasher plumbing. This company was extremely responsive, workers were so professional and provided quality work for an affordable price. We ran into an issue with sink placement when it came time to install counter tops and they offered to come back out to adjust plumbing to make it work.

They get 0 stars! Awful experience! The owner did not come and do the job he sent someone else. The person he sent, was drinking beer on the job and threw his beer cans in our bushes before he started working. He barley new what he was doing and had to call for help. He did not know English so it was hard to communicate with him. My husband had to watch him the whole time to make sure he was doing the work correctly. When he said he was done with the work, my husband turned on the water and water shot out of the water heater because he did not hook it up properly!! I will never use them again, very unprofessional and a bad experience for us.

Alejandro's company was on point! Both bathrooms clogged bc someone cooked lamb and the grease clogged the drained. Reached out to Rotor Rooter since it said 24/7 and the guy said someone will reach out on Friday morning which I confirmed 12/3 and it was already morning since I called at 2am 12/3. Provided my information and no one called me. So I ended up calling Alejandro's based off the reviews for Yelp and Google. It's better to a text since his voicemail is full and I got a response within seconds from texting. Appointment at 9am same day, they came a little earlier which was great!! I highly recommend and I will be using their service from now on. The price for snaking was very affordable. Maybe was here for 20+ minutes and they were done.

When I finally closed escrow on my condo I soon found out that there was a gas leak from my condo to the main gas line, I had to repair it in order to get my gas turned on. Alejandro was quick to reply and provide service. I would recommend him, he is timely, affordable, and had my issue resolved in a matter of a few days without pulling any concrete up and keeping cost down.

Excellent customer service!! Alejandro was professional, so kind, and very humble. He's the type of person that will teach you how to do something and instead of charging you. Not every buisness functions like him.
This is the guy you want to deal with, he's a christian also.
