Incomplete work on the plumbing job. The service men are not licensed plumbers. Very disappointed. I would have been better off calling a handy man.

Alfredo (the technician) was great, he was knowledgeable and finished the job (Clearing the main drain from the roof vent, minus using my ladder to get on the roof) in 30 minutes (so far 5 stars). But when Alfredo handed me his cell phone to speak to his boss/ owner (Alejandro). Alejandro told me that since his worker had to get on the roof that is would be $350.00. (this part is 1 star). The Owner starts telling me why it was so expensive, ""that he has to pay special insurance to handle any workman's comp claim if his workers fell off the roof and were hurt. Later that day when telling my frinds of my sticker shock when I heard the price. He told told me of a story when their plumber had to clear their main drain from the roof vent and only changed them $150.00. I am left wondering where the extra $200.00 goes? I learned to ask for a price estimate before the job is done, to atleast prepare me for the bombshell.

$350.00 + 30min = a sucker (me) .... or am I wrong?

My bathroom sink literally blew up at 4:00 in the morning! I called Alejandro and everything was fixed by the time I got home from work the same day.

My husband called to have someone check out our water heater & Alejandro came out to our house immediately, on a holiday. He was very professional & most importantly, honest. He told my husband what the issue was & gave an estimate to fix it, but also told him it could be under warranty. He even offered to call our water heater manufacturer to find out if we were covered. Turns out we are covered so we did not need Alejandro's services this time, but we will absolutely call him in the future. His repair estimate was very reasonable & he did not charge us for coming out. If only all repair service companies were this honest & kind, the world would be a better place.

What a great experience we had with Alejandro! We were getting ready for a wedding last Sunday. Hadn't showered and decided to water our lawns when all of a sudden our sprinkler system burst and we had to turn off the water main to our house. After a quick call to Alejandro, he told us he would be about an hour or so because he was finishing up another job. We were relieved he would be able to help us on a Sunday, but still has to figure out the wedding preparations. Ha! After a trip to the gym to shower, and back to the house to get ready, we were good to go. Alejandro came to our house after we had left, made the repair to our pipes, turned the water back on and cleaned up the front yard! Didn't leave an invoice and told my husband that we would figure out the payment on Monday! Wow! So appreciate his honestly and willing to help us out in a crazy situation. Hubby called him Monday and Alejandro was here in the evening to get paid! We found a new plumber! Thanks Alejandro!

This is one of the worst plumber. He charged horribly expensive. I had a clogged sink and he removed the ""gunk"" that was stuck in the pipes and then dumped it into the toilet and clogged the toilet. He refused to fix the clogged toilet, which was his fault. He complained the whole time he was working. He also made a big mess in my kitchen and bathroom which he just dragged his ""snake"" around. He did a piss poor job and then he demanded payment. I refused to pay him until he fix the sink and toilet. My walls had black smear all over from his gloved hands. It was so gross and stinky. I will never call this guy again,

Not to be mistaken with the Alejandro's plumbing in Suisun City, this guy Alejandro is a lone wolf, real professional, competent and cares about doing a great job. He didn't charge double or anything for a Sunday and his 24 hour service. Wish we had hired him sooner, the other plumber did a poor job that had us scratching our heads. Alejandro is wonderful!

I had a plumbing emergency and Alejandro was at my house immediately and fixed the the problem quickly. Very nice man. I would recommend calling Alejandro's plumbing first. I am very pleased.
