Wow. I don't write very many reviews, but Alejandro really knocked it out of the park. He fixed an area in my bedroom that required flooring, wall repair, and paint. The time he took to carefully get things just right, it was easy to tell he takes pride in his work. He showed up on time, communicated constantly, and just made me feel comfortable that he would do the job well. He even offered to fix a spot of paint where another repairman had done a poor job. Oh, his pricing was very fair too. If you have a job, Alejandro is your man.

I have finally found my forever handyman! Alejandro helped with several projects for our rental condo - installed handles on new kitchen and bath cabinets, installed smoke detectors and CO monitors, did some painting, and fixed a window and a door. He is very conscientious (pays attention to details and is an excellent problem solver), is courteous, prompt, and has great communication. He is an all-around great person, and I couldn't be happier to have found him. All of the 5-star reviews here are 100% accurate. Alejandro has five-star ratings for a reason - he ""can fix it."" He did some electrical work for me that was pretty complex and did a great job. Even came back to help me with the electrical software, which was a bit tricky. Pricing was lower than I expected and he wore a pandemic mask, both of which I appreciated. Good to know he's around because I will hire him again when the need arises.

Update! I needed a security light installed on the side of my house and called Alejandro. He came by and after a few minutes told me that the area (well) that the electrical components go in was not deep enough for the base of the light. He said he'd have to go to the hardware store and buy a part to address this. He came back later and was able to install the security light by making the well deeper using a thick plastic ring which he sealed and waterproofed. This is what I call thinking out of the box and Alejandro again saved the day!

If you are in need of home repairs then you need to call Alejandro! We have spent the last few weeks working with him on multiple repairs and fixes in our home in preparation for new tenants. During his initial visit we walked the property where he asked detailed questions, took photos and notes. We were able to quickly book a time for him to come back and complete all are requested repairs in one day. We've since had him come back again for other fixes we're just not able to manage ourselves. Alejandro is professional, timely, responsive and above all he is FANTASTIC at what he does! He is officially our go-to while we rent our home and I have no doubts he will keep our tenants happy as well should anything else need to be repaired in the future. Thank you Alejandro!
