I had new sinks and countertops installed in my three bathrooms, which required 5 new faucets. I called Alex at ALC plumbing and scheduled a time for him to come out and complete the job. I can't say enough nice things about Alex and his work. He was here on time, completed the job in less than 4 hours. He installed new valves, new p traps and hooked everything up perfectly. While he was here, he was also able to descale my tankless water heater, which he installed about 1.5 years ago. If I ever need a plumber again, Alex is the man I will call. He's honest, ethical and very fairly priced. Thank you Alex!

Alex of ALC plumbing is one of the most hard-working, intelligent, and thorough contractors we have had the pleasure to work with. We had a slab leak (which was not our first) so we decided to completely repipe the house. Alex was able to bid the job at less than half of another local plumbing company and was able to get the work started weeks before we would have been able to start with a large repipe specialist company. Because Alex has worked for a large repipe company, he was able to tell me how they manage to repipe a house in one day...by cutting corners and making ""one size fits all"" decisions on how to install the new pipe materials. Alex considered the way our house was built and made decisions based on optimal plumbing design, our preferences for pipe locations, and a minimum amount of destruction to our walls and ceilings. We are very happy with his work, including the whole house recirculation system that allows us to have hot water very quickly at all our faucets. He recommended a terrific drywall person who repaired the walls and ceilings perfectly. We are very happy to have put the slab leak issue behind us forever and to have an excellent plumber to call on for our future needs.

I highly recommend ALC Plumbing.  Alex is dependable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He replaced our sewer pipes, installed a new tankless water heater and completed
several other minor repairs.  Everything was done efficiently and in a timely manner. On the morning of New Years Eve we were without hot water. I phoned my landlord, who in turn called ALC Plumbing. It was an extremely busy day for them and I received a call from Alex giving me a time he would be at our place, which was in the evening due to their crazy work schedule of other emergencies on NY Eve. Alex and his co-worker arrived at around 8:30. They began working right away. Both were polite and professional and friendly as well. They ran into some unexpected issues but they never stopped working until the project was completed around 11:45pm. There was no mess left behind and I thanked them for going above and beyond on a holiday. We would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Happy New Year!

We have been consistently impressed with Alex and his crew. He's responsive and has always been great at scheduling and keeping appointments with us. We've used ALC for both smaller and larger jobs (including an extensive remodel), and the service is consistently punctual, courteous, and reasonably priced.

Alex is also very knowledgeable. We've only asked one question that was far out enough in left field to stump him, but rather than simply guess and double down on something he wasn't sure about for fear of looking unprepared, Alex actually took the trouble to thoroughly research the topic and present us with all the best options. We have referred him to our neighbors without reservations--this guy's the real deal!

Game me a reasonable estimate and came back and finished the work the next day Saturday. On time, on budget and courtesy text to let me know his status of picking things up and arriving.
