As I stand here after several hours of waiting for Alex to arrive, as he texted me he would, or even reply to my text or phone call, this is my 3rd and final time. His initial service 2 years ago was actually great. But the 2 times since, that I needed his assistance on the job he previously performed, he said he was coming, but then completely ghosted me. If you can get him to show up, he's great. If you're one of the rest of us, get comfortable, pour yourself a tall one, and say a prayer. You're going to need it.

Beware! Contracted ALC Plumbing to do a remodel in the bathroom. Charged me $2600 and did not finish the job. After numerous calls, all of which went unanswered, I am out thousands of dollars and an unfinished bathroom. Please be cautious to allow this dishonest, thief of a man to come into your home. Dont allow what happened to me happened to you.

It was 11.30 at night and two toilets in my house were severly leaking. Obviously, I had to get a plumber immediately. Don't waste your time calling trhe phone numbers that say 24 hour service. I did for an hour and no plumber company would come out at night. I have used Alex before to replace a water heater. So, I called Alex.
He was accommodating as he came over that night to clear the line.
Alex is not the cheapest plumber, but, cheap doesn't get it done and he does get it done. He knows his trade and is very professional at his job. I highly recommend him.

We unexpectedly had to redo our kitchen plumbing and Alex gave us a quote at a reasonable price, was able to come out and complete the project quickly, was really professional and knowledgeable, he was even able to save us from ripping up our floors or pavers outside... overall highly recommend him!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Alex is the most honest Plummer we have encountered. We had another Plummer come out and did a sub par job. Used the wrong materials and charged us for unfinished work. Alex was very fair in his pricing and really spent the time to explain our options. We also had him walk around the house to make sure everything was up to code and safe. Of course we found issues. He will be getting all of our work. I would recommend Alex and his team to everyone!

I had new sinks and countertops installed in my three bathrooms, which required 5 new faucets. I called Alex at ALC plumbing and scheduled a time for him to come out and complete the job. I can't say enough nice things about Alex and his work. He was here on time, completed the job in less than 4 hours. He installed new valves, new p traps and hooked everything up perfectly. While he was here, he was also able to descale my tankless water heater, which he installed about 1.5 years ago. If I ever need a plumber again, Alex is the man I will call. He's honest, ethical and very fairly priced. Thank you Alex!

Very great company Alex is a great guy with a wonderful set of kids and a wife that supports him and their company!!! Very trust worthy guys, very diverse company that will come to your house any time of night or day to resolve the problem! We miss Maureese; one of the technicians who started the company with Alex who eventually went on to open his own business because of Alex.
