We have been consistently impressed with Alex and his crew. He's responsive and has always been great at scheduling and keeping appointments with us. We've used ALC for both smaller and larger jobs (including an extensive remodel), and the service is consistently punctual, courteous, and reasonably priced.

Alex is also very knowledgeable. We've only asked one question that was far out enough in left field to stump him, but rather than simply guess and double down on something he wasn't sure about for fear of looking unprepared, Alex actually took the trouble to thoroughly research the topic and present us with all the best options. ALC Plumbing saved me from our overflowing toilets and showers!
It was like a scene out of a B horror movie...one minute you're showering and the water is creeping up over your feet...and the next the toilets are rebelling and I'm running through the house with a blood curdling scream and visions of murky water devouring me, my dog and my house up..never to be found again.

OK that was a little dramatic...but that is how it feels when your drains are backed up.

One call to ALC and they assured me that it was my sewer main that needed to be cleaned out...and not to use the water until they got there.
