I was smelling gas and needed a hose changed in my 70 year old wall heater. I called Albert on a Saturday afternoon, told him what I needed and texted him a photo. He stopped off at Home Depot to buy the proper hose, and he was at my house an hour or two later.

He took apart the whole heater, meticulously vacuumed it, replaced the hose and got me back up and running (which I wasn't sure was going to happen).

He was kind, meticulous, and reasonably priced. I was so grateful to have found him.

We are very happy with the service and work done by Albert's Plumbing. We reached out late afternoon on a Sunday and he was able to make it out to our house first thing on Monday morning. The water pressure to our faucet suddenly became non existent, and he diagnosed the problem right away along with fixing our rusted/leaky washing machine connectors. Albert also noticed some other problems with our plumbing but he was very polite about it and did not push us to fix it right away, unlike some other plumbers who will get pushy for an extra sale. On top of the great responsive service, his prices are also very fair! Would highly recommend giving Albert a call for any plumbing problems you may have.

My house had a broken main domestic water supply line caused by a legacy oak tree root. I called Albert since he was local as well and he responded in quick time. He assessed the situation and gave me a verbal bid on the spot followed by an emailed bid soon thereafter.

I gave him the go-ahead and he started first thing the next morning as promised. We ran into a major root issue with the huge oak tree and I had to get a city permit in order to get permission since it was on a parkway and I had to have an arborist actually do the work to have these pruned. Albert returned immediately thereafter and was able to do a complete water line repipe and main valve replacement in one day of work. He came with his fully-equipped truck and never had to leave the site to get parts or tools, since he was fully prepared. Totally professional! His pricing was reasonable as well.

Albert is honest and direct in his business dealings and I have no hesitation in fully recommending him for any plumbing work.

I have asked him to bid on other plumbing needs for my house and look forward to working with him in the future.

I called on a Saturday night at 7pm and he came promptly at 730pm and we confirmed pricing via call/text after i sent pics of the leak area in our attic. He immediately fixed not only the original leak but also found another leak in the copper piping in the attic and took before and after pics/videos. Very honest and reliable and so much more reasonably priced than other plumbers who didn't even answer/call back even after promising to call back. Will definitely use him again if necessary.
