He handled it very quickly and professionally. We were amazed that he took care of the job in 1 day. I'll start by saying I am a contractor myself, however plumbing is not my field. During the process of selling my house, the buyers sewer inspection revealed roots in the line and they requested that I HydroJet the line and reinspect. I found Albert through Yelp and gave him a call. Albert gave me a price range for the service over the phone and was able to schedule for later that afternoon. He showed up when he said he would and provided the service promised at the lower end of the range given and provided a video of the line showing it was clean and root free. Albert and his son were friendly, knowledgeable and profesional, I don't know what else you could ask for. Highly recommended.

I am SO SO pleased with this service! I needed a plumber really last minute when my garbage disposal was backing up into my sink, and Albert responded so quickly and with the best price. He showed up exactly when he said he would, he contacted me before arrival (which he told me he was going to do), and when he arrived he was so kind and respectful. He was very kind about answering all my questions, cleaned up after himself so quickly, and was very easy to talk to during and after the whole transaction. Sent him a message in the morning that I had a new oven delivered only to find I couldn't install it because there was somehow no shut-off valve for the gas line on the old stove. He was there in half an hour, figured out that whoever put the line in previously had done it all wrong, spent the rest of the day fixing it (which involved opening the wall) and putting in the new oven. Finished everything by mid-afternoon. Very pleased.
