Nathan N., Apprentice Plumber, arrived right on time, minutes after my initial call, and was fully professional. All went well, diagnosing the problem quickly, providing appropriate background information so I could understand the issue(s). The repairs went well.

My toilet clogged and flooded the bathroom very early on a Saturday morning. I called Albert Nahman, and the young woman on the phone was very courteous and informed me that someone would be calling me back with more information. Half an hour later, I received a call asking for more information on my issue. The gentleman informed me that he could have someone come out in another 20 minutes. Not very long after, Nathan arrived. He cleared the clog and was awesome about explaining what he was doing every step of the way. He fixed my issue (not enough water in the tank to properly flush) and was very thorough about making sure that it wasn't still leaking.

We hired them to clear a clogged drain under the sink. A week later the drain leaked. They came out and fixed it. Or so we thought. Now two weeks later it leaked again. We called them and they came out again. This time the drain which had been fine for years would only work if the entire sink was re-plumbed and a new garbage disposal put in in place of the top of the line model which has been working perfectly for years. They would give me an estimate. I threw the bastard out of my house.

Our hot water heater wasn't working, so I decided to call this company (see the ""FYI"" at the bottom of this review for reasons why I made the call).

A guy named Jeff answered the phone and was quite nice and customer serviced oriented. He was upfront with the costs (which were reasonable). He arranged for a tech to visit me the same afternoon, but called back in about 30-minutes to let me know another technician was available sooner if it worked for me. It did, and in about an hour-and-a-half later, Mario arrived and went straight to work.

Mario was like the other technicians I've seen; a very nice gentleman who seemed trustworthy to leave alone in our home and work (I didn't feel the need to be present for any reason). He gave me his assessment and proceeded to replace the components identified as the culprits. Shortly thereafter, he let me know he was finished, and, wala!, we now have hot water again.

I would definitely recommend this company. My overall customer experience was a solid 5 stars... from the guy who took my initial call to the technician who serviced our unit, two thumbs up.

In what appeared to be a most difficult installation of a washer and dryer, Albert Nahman managed to get everything in seamlessly and quickly beyond my expectations. A lot was involved, but under the direction of Fernando who demonstrated the perfect example of courtesy and professionalism, the job was completed on budget and on time. Quick, clean and reasonable cost made this the gold standard I would use for any other contractor.

Wilbur arrived, right on time and got to work. Our washer drain was clogged, I tried a ""weekend warrior"" repair......to no avail.

Excellent job, I had specifically requested Mike and Otis came (vs. Mike with no pre-notice) but Otis was very good too. Had a leak in an awkward place (2nd floor wall), Otis was good on diagnostic, possible options, possible solution, clear pricing, clean-up and attention to detail. Leak fixed-so far so good.

Great company / great service. They were pleasant over the phone and got a technician out the next day (Saturday). Otis was quick to inspect, explain, and price a replacement toilet for us, and to give us a rundown of the two potential problems that could arise in replacing our 60+ year old toilet (and a price impact) - we felt like we understood the whole process. He also popped under the house to check the drain and shared a positive assessment of our current system - it was a nice bonus bit of info.

They scheduled replacement at our convenience and the whole thing took exactly as long as he had told us it would. And our bathroom was left SPOTLESS. Very happy; we'll turn to them the next time we have any plumbing issues.

We needed a gas line extension to our fireplace. From the estimate to the service date Albert Nahman Plumbing & Heating were professional, on time and clean. The job was finished and wall re-patched almost like new. Fernando and crew provided great service and bonus in Spanish for my mother to understand. We will definitely hire them for other projects.

Otis came to troubleshoot our low water pressure in a bathroom sink and shower. He clearly communicated how he would approach the issue and what the fees would be depending on what the underlying cause was before he began. Rates were pretty high, and it's a bit crazy that they charge a service fee in addition to the repair fee, (plus I had forgotten that there was a yelp deal until after I had already paid :P) but bonus points for being available on a Saturday and for Otis being very neat, courteous, and quick.
