I called these guys to replace washer hot/cold faucets. Their plumber showed up, looked it for about 2 minutes and said it would be over $2300 to replace because it required cutting a hole in the sheet rock. I prompty gave him $75 house call fee and sent him home. Another plumber did it for $400.
I dont think it is worth calling them, might as well start with someone who is realistic to begin with.

Our hot water stopped working and after checking our boiler we saw that it was displaying an error code. We called Albert Nahman and scheduled an appointment about a week from that day to have our boiler looked at after double-checking over the phone that they knew the exact make and model. We called a few days later to see if there was an earlier appointment since we'd been without hot water for two weeks at that point and were given an earlier appointment time. After waiting for the repairman to arrive for the earlier appointment an hour after the arrival window had passed, we called the company to ask what happened. The receptionist told us that we must have called a different company because they had no record of the earlier appointment. We then checked our call history to find the one call we made that day we rescheduled with them and called that number. The same Albert Nahman receptionist answered the phone. When the repairman came for the later appointment date, he immediately asked for the boiler's manual, fidgeted with the boiler, then suggested we get a $10,000 replacement within the first 20 minutes of showing up. We scheduled an appointment with LJ Kruse and their repairman identified that the boiler's ignitor needed replacing, ran to the store to get a new one, and had the whole thing fixed in an hour. We will not be calling Albert Nahman again.

Do not use this company. Scammish. They quoted me $74 to come out and look at my garbage disposal. When they arrived, repairman walked in with no tools. He stood by my sink, took out his phone, and proceeded to give me a $750 quote to replace & install a new garbage disposal. I asked him, ""Aren't you going to look at it first?"". He did. Said the motor was broken. when I said I didn't want to buy one. He charged me $94. I said, ""I was quoted $74."" He said, yes but I opened the disposal and saw it was the motor. When he emailed me the receipt, it had $0.0 and did not show how much I paid. Bad experience from the beginning. Would not recommend this untrustworthy business practice.

The interaction with this company made me pretty upset. I called about flushing my hot water heater, which is a quite simple task. They said they could do it, but they could not provide a quote...and it would a $75 fee for the technician to come to my home and assess the situation. The technician was very kind, knowledgeable and professional; but the quote just to drain water out of the tank was $283. Yes, you heard that right, $283. I was shocked and refused the service. Now I still need to drain the tank and I'm just out $75. Why can't they give a quote over the phone? I feel like this a dirty tactic to prevent people from changing their mind after they've committed to the $75 fee.

My 80 year old mother lives in Oakland, CA, I live in Atlanta, GA. I called Nahman Plumbing to have them fix an old saddle valve that was clogged and put in a new valve on the wall where a new refrigerator was being installed. The plumber from Nahman came, put on a new valve, took the credit card number for payment and left. Obviously my mother had no idea whether the job he did was completed or correct. When the new refrigerator was delivered, the installer said there was no water coming from the valve that Nahman plumbing installed. We contacted Nahman and they sent out the same person who came the first time. This time he said he gave an estimate for an additional $200 to do what we asked him to do the first time.... fix the old valve that was clogged in addition to putting the valve behind the refrigerator. We contacted management at Nahman and they said they would send someone out to take care of it. The next person they sent out said he wanted an additional $400 to do what should have been done the first time. Of course my mother started to panic until I told her that I would call them to talk to an owner/manager. I placed numerous calls, but they never bothered to call back. At this point I am contacting the credit card company to make sure we are not charged for anything.

I have been a customer for years and will no longer use the company.
I have just called to make an appointment to have my kitchen plumbing be disconnected in preparation for a new countertop installation. The service would also include reconnecting everything back up after the counter is installed. The job would involved a 2 steps process - disconnecting the water source to dishwasher, fridge, faucets and disposal and then coming back a few days later to reconnect everything back up. Simple right?. No! The person who answered the phone seems to be clueless of the job that needs to be done. She informed the company can only schedule the disconnecting portion of the work and would not be able to schedule the reconnection until the disconnection is done. I finally told the company their process is complicated and uncertain to get my kitchen back up and running. Their piecemeal approach could leave me stranded should they unable to come out to finish the job. This has been my experience with this company.

Tony did a great job replacing our old problematic Baxi Luna tankless system with a new Navien system. Great attention to details.

Techs Stanley King, Jr. and Colton (sorry didn't get a last name) came out today to repair (ended up replacing) our sump pump. They did a phenomenal job and we couldn't be happier with the service and kindness both displayed. I am a big dummy and forgot to hit an ATM to have some tipping cash on hand and I feel awful - would have loved to show my appreciation with some green, but I was told providing a positive review here will help them both. I hope so!!! They deserve whatever rewards AN Plumbing will provide. 1000% will call again when needed

We have used Nahman over the years. Our kitchen faucet had a very low flow. Several plumbers from Nahman at different times said that the faucet was not fixable. New one was $819. Fed up, I called Oliveto and Steve came and fixed it in 15 minutes, with only a charge for labor.
They also recommended a new water filter ($1442) to replace the one they installed several years ago that quit working, rather than taking responsibility to find new filters. It seems that greed has gotten in the way of competence. We are moving on to Olivero.

I called to ask if they provide services in Alameda and I was told they don't understand my question. I genuinely thought they didn't understand my question and repeated this 3 times with the same response. Thanks for making me feel dumb, I'll take my business elsewhere. I wish I could give you 0 stars.
