While I wasn't happy with my original repair, Albert Nahman Plumbing reached out to me and sent a second plumber (thanks Mario) who took care of the problem at no additional cost. Now I have a functioning faucet again and I'm thrilled with the final results.

What a shame. After spending well over $15,000.00 with Albert Nahman, now I can't even get them to call me back. 3 messages and a text with their answering service . They won't provide an office number or an email. I was very impressed with them before, but have now sent explicit emails to the many people i recommended them to, to be sure they know how this company treats customers now.

I was grossly overcharged. Sent an extra guy who was learning on my dime-- charged for 2 guys when the second just slowed it all down. Charged $400 to change the O ring on my bathtub mixer. Not recommended.

We hired Albert Nahman during the pandemic to install an air conditioning system in our house built in 1924. We interviewed four firms, three of whom said it was not possible to add successfully add AC to such an old house and then Albert Nahman's team figured out an elegant and workable solution. I am happy to report we turned the AC on for the first time yesterday and it works GREAT! Everything worked out well - from the estimate, to designing the solution, installation, and post-installation questions. Highly Recommended!

Thanks guys! We had a longstanding issue with our Williams wall heater turning off at seemingly random intervals during the coldest months. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it the same day. The vent had never been installed correctly, which caused heat to linger near the top of the furnace. The excess heat kept tripping the vent limit switch. I had replaced the switch on my own but this did not solve the problem. I decided to call in the experts and was very glad that I did.

Showed up and charged $74 to give me a price quote of over $800, which they could have given over the phone. Another company charged $180 for the same service.

Update: They at least refunded by service fee, but I would not recommend them. We ended up going with Oakland Rooter, who was excellent.

They wanted over $500 to fix a slow drain which they did not communicate until the technician was there. Utterly absurd.

I've used them on a few jobs (kitchen faucet, drain pipe, etc). While they do good work and are generally responsive, they are **WAY** over-priced relative to other plumbers in the area. I get that do a certain extent you get what you pay for, but $350/hr of labor (**journeyman labor, mind you!**) isn't justifiable. The straw that broke the camel's back was a nearly $1,000 estimate to re-set and re-seal a toilet. An Oakland-based Rooter & Plumbing company came out the next day and did the repair for $200. A 5x cost differential isn't just price gouging, it's completely dishonest.

Called in to have piping under our house looked as it was making rattling noises. They asked for my full name, seemed reluctant to take this job, then said their system was down. I asked for a call back, which I never received. I don't recommend using this shop.
