If I ever have a plumbing issue ever again as long as I live in the area I know who to call! Albert was so quick, friendly, and professional. I'd been putting off a fix to my shower head for months thinking it would be a painful ordeal, silly me, Albert got the job done at a reasonable price in a matter of minutes. We need more professionals like this guy!

Incredibly fast - arrived early and finished within ten minutes. I needed a new showerhead and he came and installed it promptly. Excellent service, cannot recommend it enough.

He's also a really cool guy. When he arrived, Albert told me that the service would take around twenty minutes so I thought, ""OK, maybe I'll go to the grocery store and buy a razor because I have been in need of a shave and my electric razor is not working."" I went out to the living room to gather my wallet and no sooner had I picked it up than Albert called out to me from my bathroom. ""Come in here!"" he said. I rushed over, heart racing, wondering if something had gone terribly wrong. I just didn't think I could handle another catastrophe in my life right now. In my cramped bathroom Albert was putting the final touches on my new chrome shower head. ""Five settings,"" he said with a friendly smile. My old shower head only had three settings, of which I had only been able to access one because my adjustable knob had broken off. My new shower head was shiny and bright unlike the dull, outdated, drab design of my previous one. To put it simply if my old shower-head was a broken down old Chevy pickup, my new shower-head would be a Porsche 911. In other words, if my old shower-head was a 1999 Toyota Corolla with FWD, my new shower-head is at least a 2003 Toyota Corolla with FWD. In other words, my shower experience was about to get a huge upgrade.

Albert was friendly and quick packing up his tools (which he had brought in a little bucket with him) and soon it was time to bid him adieu. As he climbed up my steps I knew that I had just met a reliable man who would be there to help me if ever - and I mean ever - I were to run into bathroom trouble again. ""Bye Albert."" I said, already looking forward to his next visit. Bye."" He said. As soon as he was gone, it was time to take my new baby for a test drive. Let me tell you, this baby can WASH. I was having such a pleasant time that I didn't realize how long I'd been in there until my roommate came in to check on me. ""Everything's great man!"" I told him, still reveling from the hot steady pressure of the shower on my back. ""Everything's just great.""

My time is valuable. Albert respected that. To top it all off, Albert did not charge me for the shower-head because I'm pretty sure someone else paid for it. He truly lived up to his promise of ""A1 Service"" . Thanks Albert! See ya next time!

Albert came promptly after we had a last-minute emergency with our garbage disposal in our kitchen sink. He was able to resolve our blockage and in addition, he proactively replaced our pipes because he noticed that they were leaking. He did such a great job and was very friendly and professional the entire time, We were lucky to have such a great plumber!
