These guys are straight shooters. When you call on them they answer the phone, hear over your concerns, and let you know when/if they can come by. We've had them over for a couple of repairs in the past. Honest, direct, and fair.

Unfortunately, when I called on them recently to replace a sink they told me they were booked up for a few weeks and could not help us. Which is fine. I'd rather be told the truth than be fed some BS, which is what you get from so many contractors in the city.
