Jason my salesman was very knowledgeable and polite. He gave me all the information I needed about there systems. I appreciate the fact that he never tried to pressure me into buying the day he came to my house. I hate when sales people are pushy. A couple of days after he came by I had another company give me a quote which was 3x's more the the quote from Alamo. I contacted Jason soon after and scheduled my installation.

A week later Eddie came to install the system. He was very professional and did a great job with the installation. His work was very clean and neat. He left no mess in my garage and the installation was complete in two hours.

Alamo water softeners was recommended to me by my neighbor and I can honestly recommend them for your water softener. They are very professional and I can already feel the difference in my water.

I called Alamo because we had just moved into a 1966 ranch house in San Antonio which had a reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink. We wanted to change out the filters and possibly the membrane because we didn't know when they were last changed. Our technician was scheduled and called to say she had been delayed at the previous job but gave a new ETA. When she pulled the filtration unit out from under the sink, she discovered that we had a slow water leak from the RO faucet and black mold growing on the floors of the cupboards. She emptied the holding tank and turned off the cold water to stop the leak. Very helpful and very knowledgable. Will definitely use them again.

AWS patiently explained the products to me over the phone. Sarah was very nice and knowledgeable, the rep that came out to see me, checked the hard water levels and explained the equipment to me once again. I liked that all their parts were not proprietary and that I didn't HAVE to go back to them if I didn't want to for future repairs. They were able to schedule the install quickly. The installers were early, friendly, courteous, helpful, and quick to complete the install of my water softener, freshwater spickets(sp?), and water filtration system. Just had our new water softener installed by Alamo water systems in San Antonio, TX. Efrain and Eddie did a great job with the install. When they came out they found another way to install install our system which saved us $300! They also provided two quick shut offs for the system, one for the whole house and one for the outside hose bibs. They even helped me drain the hotwater heater.

The sales lady Sarah was also really helpful and very nice. Their was no pressure to buy. The entire process was truly a great experience. I believe these guys are an outstanding company and I would definately recommend them. They were also $2,000 cheaper than culligan for a better system.

This company is absolutely wonderful to deal with. My parents had them install one of their water softeners many years ago, and I've had them out for several service calls since. Once they replumbed the pipes so that the whole house could have soft water, and they've checked out the system several times between tenants. They are reliable, friendly, and the service technicians take great pains to make sure I understand all the facets of the system and the equipment. I recommend this company highly!

The absolute best customer service ever. Trevor, the owner's son, gave me the estimate. Trevor's mother and father must be very proud. He is dependable, honest, knowledgeable, and a well-mannered young man. He quoted me a fair price, with military and cash discount. The tech ( I don't remember his name ) that removed my old softener was on time, and professional. The tech ( I don't remember his name ) that installed the new softener and ro system was very knowledgeable. His instructions, on how to operate and maintain, were very understandable. If you are in the market for a softener, I would highly recommend giving AWS a call.

Best in product and customer service around the San Antonio area! I had my water softener and reverse osmosis systems installed over 2 years ago and both the systems are still running the way they did since the day I bought them. They gave us a military and pay with cash discount at the time of purchase (their not a door to door business that will go out of business and change their name to prevent warranties). I shopped around before I purchased and they were the best in service (see BBB and Angie's list) and in price compared to 3 other vendors. I hadn't changed out my reverse osmosis filters for two years because it still tasted great. The frequency that I use it is at least a gallon jug of water every morning and about another gallon throughout the day. Also with no additional cost, they connected it to the fridge as well. As for the softener, it still works great with no issues. No hard water visible on sinks, showers or even facets (money saver on replacement costs and cleaning products) The cost of the system paid for itself. When they say they will be there, they will and you can count on it! You know they treat there employees great when the same person comes to your two years later (no turn-over on employees). The individual that came back to my house this week was because my wife has been asking me to have filter changed. The employee even demonstrated how to change it out and how the system worked so next time all I have to do is purchase the filter and change it myself to save a small service call fee. I recommend AWS to all military, new home buyers and even if your needing a water softener system to help get rid of that hard water residue you've been fight with. Your spouse will thank you!

Best customer service we have ever experienced. Actually, my husband did business with Alamo recently and he was blown away by their product and customer service. These guys really care. I give them the highest of recommendation . We live in Helotes were the water is extremely hard, they know their business. We are extremely happy.
