Great service, they fix my water softener and did the throughout service, even when my unit is from a different brand, they were very profesional and honest, went beyond their duties.
They came back with a new part needed , installed it pretty quick and a very reasonably price, they did not over charge and gave me free advice.

Have used them for several years now. Recently replaced out water softener, with great results. New RO filtration system put in about a year ago, had them come to diagnose a humming sound last weekend, and change the filters.
Sadly there was an issue with it not working properly after this service call. Had a bit of a bump getting another service guy to come at a time I could be home. I expressed my frustration regarding this issue and today I got a call from James (supervisor) who said he would come himself at any time that would work for me, today.
He came as requested, on time and the system is working beautifully.
James was professional, on time, and responsive to my needs.
Can't ask for better customer service.
Will continue to use and recommend AWS.

Super happy with our decision in March 2022 to have Alamo Water Softeners install our new water softener in our nearly 100 year old house.

I'm writing this review after about two months with the system installed. Alamo Water Softeners was one of 5 companies I had out to provide an estimate. Estimates ranged from $3250 to over $7000 to trench, plumb and install my new system. Alamo wasn't the cheapest but their warranty and the feeling I got from them justified the higher price increase.

After install I had a few more question on how the system worked after I briefly lost power to my unit. They sent out another rep to make sure the system was still working correctly and to show me what to check in the event of another outage.

Overall project included about a 110-120 foot trench back from my water main to the detached garage in the rear of my property where the water softener was installed. Then it got tied back into my main line at the front of the property with a tie into my existing main sewer line for the drain. Two hard water hose bibs were provided exactly where I wanted them.

I want to thank the staff at Alamo Water Softners for their responsivness in rectifing an issue I had recently. Two weeks ago I had a new system put in along with a new pressure relief valve. The crew they sent out were a little inexperienced an as a result made a few errors. I wrote a review that stated the issue and the next day a supervisor contacted me and sent a new crew out to correct the issue. The result is better than I previously had...new control box in the ground along with a shutoff valve and new solder joints on the pipes! Jonathan (aka Paco) and Brandon did an outstanding job! Thanks Alamo for superb customer service!

We chose AWS 2 years ago for our water softener and have been happy ever since. We had our first issue I which our tank wasn't draining correctly. It took them a couple of weeks to come out, that's to be expected in todays world. But they confirmed the appt yesterday and showed up today on time. They got everything fixed in about a hour and no charge because it's under warranty!

Alamo Water Softeners had the best reviews and were the most reasonably priced when I was looking for a water softener company. I had never used a water softener before and wasn't prepared for keeping up with even the smallest maintenance for the system, (kind of like when I was young and would forget to put oil in my car). Although the system does require some care, like adding salt, which I would probably forget to do, Alamo Water has a very reasonable maintenance program and will add salt and check the system for their customers quarterly. Jeff was the last tech who serviced my system today. He filled up my unit with salt and did a quick check of the unit. They never rush the service and are always on time with a reminder text message bf they arrive. Exceptional service!

Great service, very professional and the quotes were very reasonable. I have them a 4 star just for the fact that I wouldn't have wanted the installation immediately but no biggie. They did come a day earlier than scheduled though.

In typical Alamo Water Softener service service: excellent!! Very minor manufacturer defect was corrected without any issues. Rare these days to find a company that provides actual Customer Service that counts. AWS has been a go-to company for me since 2010. The faces have changed, but the quality of service has remained exceptional. I highly recommended them for any water related needs you may have. Their product is great. Their service is better!!

Our water filter started to leak, I called Alamo Water Softer, they make an appointment within two day. The technician came (even earlier then my appointment) professional and knowledgeable , solve the issue with my tank. I'll recommend Alamo to anyone that needs service.
