Terrible customer service, and some of the rudest I have ever dealt with.
They gave me a service window of 1-4 on Monday to fix our broken hot water heater, they even sent a text and e-mail to confirm, then @ 3:45 after waiting at home all afternoon, they said sorry we can't come until Wed....now we are without our water heater for at least one extra day because they didn't even have the courtesy to let us know earlier in the day that they were not coming. I called to ask what was going on and the lady at costumer service was extremely rude and said it was m fault for expecting what they said they would do

Got connected through American home shield, was a bit worried from the reviews but had no problems. Shawn was on time, got even a text message and a map just before. And mask was on! He knew what he was doing, got it unclogged in no time.

This is the second time I have used Aladdin's Plumbing. The first time was because our shower valve got stuck open. I was so happy with the experience and level of professionalism that I immediately thought of them to do this work. As expected great work and A+ for professionalism and quality if work. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do about the box being slanted because the drain pipe was slanted.

I would absolutely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
