I called AHS at noon on Monday, Aladdin's Plumbing called me the following Tuesday morning @ 10am and asked about the garbage disposal and two shower cartridges that were all leaking. Tony was out to my house by 11am with all the replacement parts including the new disposal, and had everything installed and running good as new before noon! By far the best experience I've ever had with AHS, and their vendor assignment of Aladdin's was to notch. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services, whether thru a home warranty or not. Thanks Aladdin, above and beyond!!

This company really cares! It's not just words on a slogan. We had an issue with a clogged drain and we had tenants vacationing in our home, they couldn't use the kitchen sink or dishwasher. Aladdin's didn't have room in their schedule until the next day but hearing the desperation in my voice he told me to hang on a minute, when he returned to the phone he had a plumber for me within the next hour. I was so grateful! I could have been patient but having guests in our home they wanted it fixed right away. Great service from beginning to end! Thank you!!

This is my fourth 5 star review for Aladdin's Plumbing!!! Every single interaction with this company has been amazing, which really speaks to their work ethic in this day and age.

On their last visit, Dylan let me know that time was ticking on my venerable water heater. He patched it up but I needed to start thinking about a replacement. Somehow, it had lasted close to 20 years! I was really appreciative for the temporary fix and transparency back then.

Fast forward 7 months and the grim reaper came for the water heater and there was also a leak. I called the office on a Sunday and Dylan was out the next day. He broke the news to me straight and outlined a plan for next steps. While he was here, he also swapped out my dead garbage disposal in no time at all.

Bhakti called me from the office, and we're best pals now. He explained how the warranty replacement would be handled, and did everything in his power to keep my incidental costs down. We had a great conversation and he's the real deal.

Dylan came back out and had my shiny new water heater in place quickly with no follow-ups needed. I had hot water again, and though I pride myself on being tough and being able to take cold showers, this was a nice thing to have back.

Bhakti and Dylan are saints in my book, and I wouldn't want any other company to handle my plumbing needs and I have all the confidence in the world that Aladdin's Plumbing is gonna slam dunk another issue for me.

I WISH DID NOT WORK With ALADIN. Wate of time All work orders are denied!!!Home shield warranty assigned aladin.they fond excuse to deny it all except 1 ez job !!!I paid over $270 water bill a month for leaky faucets . Wasted 60+ days!!! Not a fair business or reliable .

Aladdin's Plumbing service was excellent and very helpful . Mr. Bhakti was so efficient and immediately provided me information and searched for the items that I needed and estimate for the job. He suggested to pick up the items and disposed the old one which was very helpful for me! The Plumber Tony installed two Kohler toilets and two shower head . His professionalism and knowledge and positive attitude was appreciated. I highly recommend him!

Called on a Monday morning at opening hours and Bhakti scheduled me for that some morning. I was relieved to hear they could come out quickly. My technician was Tony. Very knowledgeable about the plumbing business and he solved the issue in a short amount of time. He even gave me some info on general plumbing issues here in Aliso Viejo. I'm always happy to learn.

We had a great experience with Aladdin's Plumbing. They arrived on time, with a friendly attitude, and ready to work. They shared options for repairing our slab leak and made sure we were comfortable with every step. Cutting through ceiling drywall is messy, but they were conscientious of covering our furniture and decor and cleaning-up. They recommended a partnered drywall repairman to patch our walls. They gave us a seamless solution to a dreaded slab leak problem. We would absolutely count on Aladdin's Plumbing again.

Horrible service!!! These guys were sent out by AHS to take a look at the water heater. They sent a tech which gave me a diagnostic and took pictures. I told him even if AHS doesn't cover it, I want it done and will pay out of pocket. He said ok and took a picture that he said he will give to his office to start looking for the part.

I then get a call from the boss saying hey, we need to send another person out again! I was confused as they had already sent out someone and they took and pic and let me know what had to be done.

This guy starts asking me questions about what the previous owner did and how did the previous owner install the water heater and if this was checked out on the Home Inspection report when I bought the house! What does that have to do with what I need how? How is that going to help me? I called them to get an issue resolved not ask me what the previous owner did? How am I suppose to know!

He then said he will contact AHS which he never did and pretty much went silent! If you guys need a plumber, go to someone else instead of these people as all they do is give you the run around and ask dumb questions that neither will help them nor you!!!!
