One star is too many for this unprofessional company who doesn't care about the customer. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Our home warranty company AHS sent them out to our home for repair. Max came in the front door and was lead to the garage by my son, where our water heater is located. My son went back in the house for a bit, when he came back out to check on status. The plumber was no where to be found, our side garage door was wide open, our dog was no where to be found and our side gate was wide open. My son in a concerned panic ran out looking for the plumber and our dog. He saw the plumber in his van who was parked the wrong way blocking our driveway. The plumber yelled ""your dog tried to attack me"". My son was concerned about our dog being lost. My son asked the plumber why he would assume it okay to go out to our backyard with out asking. The irate plumber and my son got into a discussion. We understand he was scared, however, handled the situation extremely unprofessionally. The plumber then slammed his van door on my son hitting my sons arm and hurting him. Why the need to forcefully cause bodily injury. By the way we have sign on the gate warning we have a dog in backyard.

Every other professional technician asks if we have a dog prior to entering the backyard. This guy assumed it to be okay to enter our backyard without asking for permission. By the way our dog barks at any stranger that comes near the front door and has never bitten anyone. An uninvited stranger came into our backyard and our dog scared and chased him away.
As soon as the plumber left my son called the office. He was told they would call the supervisor and call back. No one ever called back. I finally called and the only person who talked to me was the receptionist, she informed me they sided with the plumber. All she could tell me is that my son was rude and that my son was the one who slammed the van door. If that's the case why would my sons arm be in pain. Of course he was upset, my dog was out wondering the neighborhood with a possibility of getting lost. They never apologized and simply asked me to call AHS to get another plumber. Way to go Aladdin!

I have a home warranty through American Home Shield (AHS). When I had a leak from my upstairs bath tub, they sent Aladdin's for the repair. The plumber was polite, on time, and had a reasonable window of time for me to be at home waiting. The plumber was very knowledgeable. The repair ended up getting completed with great skill and quality.

My concern was with the office follow up side of the repair. After the plumbing problem was diagnosed, it too two weeks to get the plumber back here with a part. I called after one week and the part wasn't in yet. It was the elbow on the tub drain. The second part of the office follow up was that the plumber never called in the dry wall repair for the hole he had to cut in the kitchen ceiling. I had to call American Home Shield and Aladdin's Plumbing multiple times to get the paperwork pushed through for a warranty drywall repair. AHS was literally paralyzed to act on the drywall issue until they heard from Aladdin's. So I am happy with the repair itself but I would say Aladdin's has some glitches to workout on the office side of the business for ordering parts and followup with home warranty companies.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Have absolutely no concept about customer service. The technician arrived 40 minutes past the appointment window. He initially indicated the work was covered under my insurance and mid way decided he needed to talk to the insurance company for approval and took all his tools out to his van. Returned 15 minutes later saying insurance had declined repairs and wanted to be paid right away. When I told him to wait while I called insurance he got very upset, wrote down ""Customer refused to pay"" on his paperwork and demanded I sign it. When I crossed this out to endorse my comments he became aggressive, pulled the paperwork out of my hands saying I had no right to write my comments on his paperwork and that he will report that I had refused to pay.

I am never doing business with them again.

Aladdin's Plumbing was contracted by our home warranty provider to remedy our blocked kitchen drain. They were scheduled to make the repair today between 12:00 and 3:00pm, and call/text when on the way. Well, I sat at home waiting all afternoon and no one showed up or called to reschedule. I tried calling their office several times and, after being kept on hold for 5 minutes each time, was told by a recorded voice that they were experiencing a high call volume and to call back later. I find their lack of professionalism astounding; hopefully the quality of their work is better. Unfortunately, I'll have to waste my time tomorrow trying to speak with someone about fixing our drain.

Alladin plumbing is the AHS contracted plumber for this area. When I had a problem with my water heater it took them 4 days to send someone out. He arrived 3 hours late. After collecting the $75 deductible he ""diagnosed and fixed"" the problem. The problem recurred in 3 hours and when I called Alladin, the person answering was very rude. He made a different ""diagnosis"" over the phone without even knowing anything and refused to come out. He said, ""I could come out and flush the system but that probably wouldn't work. You need a new water heater."" He did not notify AHS and just dropped the whole thing. Two calls to AHS took over 30 minutes to answer and resulted in more finger pointing and denial of responsibility. Shame on Alladin Plumbing and on American Home Shield for contracting with them!

Our water heater went out so we used Aladdin's for the repair. Chase was our plumber and he did a great job. He was flexible and fair and worked hard to get us online ASAP.

After installing the new water heater, there was trouble with the unit's thermostat, but Chase kept working to resolve the issue, until determining the thermostat was faulty and needed to be replaced.

He even worked on Sunday to try and acquire the replacement parts. Unfortunately the parts were not available until Monday morning but Chase was there and in our garage a little later changing out the parts.

We have hot water again and are very thankful to Chase and the Aladdin team for going above and beyond to get the hot water flowing again!

I would recommend Chase and the Aladdin team for any plumbing need.

Had to go with this company for my Mom's house plumbing issues as part of the American Home shield's warranty. The guy came in, very impatient and rather rude and left the faucet issue untouched since he was there for the leak under the faucet only. When I asked him to let me know what's going on with the faucet, he told me that his job doesn't require him to provide technical explanations to customers!!!
Very disappointing service and kudos to American Home shield for contracting with these unprofessional and lousy company!

While it is never fun to have a plumbing problem in your home, I will say the plumbers from Aladdin's made it as smooth as possible. We had a hot water slab leak (luckily no water in the house) and after calling the home warranty company (AHS gets 0 stars) Aladdin's plumber quickly confirmed the problem and the line that was leaking. Unfortunately the Warranty company would not cover the repair (only cover repairs to line, not rerouting) So had to schedule a repair for a later date. My one issue was that I was not given the option of having the repair done at the time of the initial visit. (If the warranty covered the fix would I still have had to wait?)
The repairs were done very well considering that the pipes were routed rather oddly (So Cal construction) and aside from the holes in the wall and ceiling the plumber (Max) and his assistant left everything in as good a condition as they found it.
While I hope to never HAVE to call a plumber, I would recommend Aladdin's in the future.

Honest,Professional. Had a pipe burst under slab. Had to replace 20ft of pipe. Aladdin was there every day, including Sunday, to finish job. He explained every step. They cost far less than other companies that I called. They did a thorough and beautiful job, he even came back to help with any other issues we had. They are the best plumbers we have ever had in the past 20 years. I will always use them and recommend them to anyone.

Aladdin's plumbing is by far the best plumbing company around. The owner Aladdin takes such pride in what he does. We have used Aladdin several times. From the first time I met him I was super impressed. He found the plumbing problem right away after numerous other companies could not find it. I was completely sold on him after that day and was so refreshed to see someone who was passionate about his job. We have had Aladdin out for other plumbing problems like the day we had a pinhole leak. He found it right away and repaired it. We refer all of our family and friends to him! Please do not hesitate to call him! You will be very happy! We have found our plumber!!!!
