BEWARE!! This company is very UNETHICAL. They were recommended by American Home Shield warranty. Aladdin's Plumbing replaced our water heater and we paid for the items that were not covered by American Home Shield. The service people came out and gave us a handwritten estimate, after my husband called and asked Bhakti questions, they emailed an estimate with different prices which they also sent to American Home Shield. The first estimate included a city permit for $283 and the one they submitted to insurance was $243, the estimate they gave us had strapping at $75 and they submitted $50 to insurance. To add insult to injury; we confirmed with the city of Mission Viejo they DID NOT FILE A PERMIT and pocketed the $283 we paid. Additionally, the strapping they overcharged us for was not only identical to the one that was there, and they even used the old holes to screw them in. There were two other items they lowered the price they submitted to American Home Shield and added an charged us $125 for an item that AHS said we did not have to pay for to make up the difference.
We have supporting documents for everything, we have tried getting a hold of Bhakti several times to no avail, we are currently in the process of filing complaints with the City of Mission Viejo, Better Business Bureau and the State Contractors Licensing Board. When we approved the estimate, we felt good about it because they were nice and sounded genuine; it wasn't until we started asking questions afterwards that we realized we were ripped off!

I've had my own home and many rental properties for years. Finding a good contractor (of any kind) is definitely a challenge. Aladdin however is the exception to the rule. They are incredibly professional, are understanding (and will expedite things if there is a major issue), they tell you when they're coming (and actually show up on time or early), they keep appointments and don't cancel at the last minute, they are friendly, professional and reasonably priced.

Every contractor, plumbing or otherwise, could learn from Aladdin's. We have now used them at our home 4 times for different issues and every experience has been the same.

If you're looking for a plumber.....look no further. Don't mess with the other guys. Aladdin's is the only plumber you ever want to use. If you have questions, please message me. I'm happy to talk about our experience with them.

I live in Dove Canyon. For the past year the area under the kitchen sink was chronically damp. Finally I cleaned everything out under the sink, turned on a bright light got under the faucet area and spotted a leak under the faucet hose. It was drip-drip-drip from under the faucet collar. I called ALADDIN's PLUMBING (Mission Viejo), and they were out in 2 1/2 hours from my call.
The called me 20 minutes from ETA and announce their arrival.
The plumber was ON TIME, professional, courteous and experienced. quickly informed me yes there was a hose leak and recommended a new Pfisterer kitchen.faucet and Air Gap. Besides installing the faucet he also replaced and installed new water hoses from the wall valves to the faucet at NO CHARGE. In and out in 35 minutes. Plus, if something goes wrong after the service,
they guarantee the work - NO CHARGE when it's their issue, or the new part fails.
Aladdin's is the very best.

Was referred to them through American home shield, who seems to always send the worse companies and cheapest they can find! So i was already skeptical of Aladdin's . And I'm a hard person to please, just look at my Other reviews ! I am very pleased with Aladdin's plumbing! Daniel was the name of my service technician, and he made sure to get everything fixed AND get AHS to cover it! All i can say is I'm in disbelief. I give Daniel and Aladdin plumbing an A+

Nobody wants to endure a slab leak but Aladdin and crew made it at least bearable. Great service all the way around, on time, efficient in completing the repair, and the price was right! We really appreciated them wearing gloves and masks while in the house due to covid19. Thanks!!!""

This business did a terrible thing to me. I had a leak in the house. They suggested I use Jarvis, who came in, suggested I not call insurance and ripped out way too much then didn't send the bill for a week. Shameless business practices, and Aladdin pushed them on me. Very bad. Your reputation is impacted by who you refer. Very bad.

Our washing machine decided to back up to our kitchen sinks over Christmas and this company was able to schedule me in right after the holiday. But what was so impressive was the level of service and attention that our plumber brought. Daniel is the man you want to take care of any plumbing issues you may have. We had a tricky situation but he took the time to do it right. I am definitely calling back if I have any issues come up again.

We have a broken faucet on a pedestal sink. I can access every single plumbing fixture and accessory with ease. I have photos showing complete access to all aspects of the plumbing associated with our broken faucet. Aladdin's Plumbing is trying to charge me an additional $295 to remove the pedestal sink in order to ""GAIN ACCESS"" to the plumbing. I have had multiple text and phone messages unanswered and have had my broken sink now for months due to me trying to get them to finish the job without the added expense. Voice mail and text messages have been completely ignored. They have already been paid by the contracted home warranty company, AHS, and I truly feel they are trying to get additional funds for unnecessary work. If you look at other negative reviews, you will see that this is not the first time a home warranty customer has had a similar problem. Aladdin's plumbing can simply fix the faucet, I know they can, and I would be happy to improve this review if they choose to handle the situation properly.

Now, if anyone out there thinks, after looking at these photos, that this sink needs to be removed from the wall in order for the faucet to be repaired. Please speak up.
