The house we bought had a clogged sink and toilet that was constantly running. We had Dan T come out for a service call today and he was great! He went above and beyond for our family making sure the problems were solved and is very knowledgeable. Would recommend asking for him.

Had a stopped up toilet called American shield and they referred me to Aladdin's plumbing. Called and made an appt. and Kris the plumber called me before letting me know he was on his way.(which I requested)...Kris was very honest, hard working making sure everything was clean before he left. He resolved our issue which was roots around the toilet hole which was discovered when he took the toilet off...so grateful to Kris who was very informative and honest! If I had another problem (which I hope I don't) I would ask for Kris :o)

We were assigned this plumbing company by American Home Shield(AHS) mid-morning on a Saturday. And AHS policy is that the plumbing company would respond/acknowledge the work claim within 24 hours. But the plumbing company DOESN""T take home insurance jobs on weekends, as stated by one of their employees, yet they're advertised as 7 day/week and 9am to 5pm business. Plumbing company responded on Tuesday after many calls/voice mails from me on Tuesday morning.. But would not respond to numerous voice mails left on Sunday, Monday. And their response was to set an appointment on Thursday. I could have lived with that but the hot water heater leak kept leaking, I couldn't turn off the water supply line because the shut off valve was ""frozen"" in the open position.If you use us this company check their documentation for job very careful. We found errors in their billing that were $245 over billed. They charged for services/equipment they didn't provide. And we got very little to no support from American Home Shield. BUYER BEWARE for both companies Aladdin Plumbing and American Home Shield.

PS If you receive a recommendation for restoration of water damage company from Aladdin Plumbing stay away from them. They're approx. 200% above the industry standard as per my Home Insurance Company.

I am currently working with this company through American Home Shield. This is my 4th attempt to get them to repair my shower. They do not call back and when they do answer they give you the excuse of being short staffed. When the claim was placed they promptly came out to investigate but that was it. Now they need to actually fix my problem!!!! Even American Home Shield has been trying to get them to follow up.

Horrible Customer Service/Dispatch!!! Had an appointment through American Home Shield Warranty. Alladin's Plumbing dispatch lady confirmed my appointment for Thursday, Oct 18th between 8am - 9am. After the phone call, she sent dispatch confirmation text for Wednesday, Oct 17th. I called back right away and have her correct the date. Today, the appointment day - Thursday, Oct 18, I took a day off to get this water heater fixed/replaced. Surely, no plumber showed up. Called their office, was on hold and the dispatch lady picked up and told me that the technician called in sick. When will they notify the customer about it? It was 9:15am when I called. I should at least get a call within my waiting window or even earlier if most possible. I wasted my time off for nothing. In the service industry, this unacceptable! Very poor customer service!!!

Do not agree to any service until they document in writing the service you need and the cost. Then get estimates from other plumbing companies. They charged me $150 to replace two small parts on the water heater and another $150 to service a hydronic heater. Both services were performed in under 30 minutes. I later discovered they are supposed to charge $150 per hour, not per service. I also did not need either service as they later informed me that the water heater needed to be replaced and I needed a new pump on the hydronic heater.

Best plumbing company- honest, knowledgeable and experts in their industry. Dan is an expert in his field. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future.
