These guys really have their act together. I had discovered that I had a major back up with my sewer line. I was one flush
away from water and sewage coming into my home from toilets & showers. I called these guys and they were incredibly busy because it was a couple of days after Christmas. They made my issue a top priority and had someone out to my home within a couple of hours. Wow! The plumber came out and fixed the issue within 30mins. These guys are a class act and if I have any future issues, I will be calling these guys. Great job.

Still amazed at how great the response was to our problem. Referred by American Home shield. We had a leak start in the middle of the night. Shut the water off to the house and called first thing in the morning. They were able to send Chase out within 10 minutes and within the next 1/2 hour Chase found the leak, stopped it and got the water back on. Amazing!!!!! He cleaned up the mess from cutting the drywall and gave me a referral to a restoration company. I am very impressed with the great customer service and will definitely recommend to others!!!

I was stuck with them through American Home Shield home warranty. I would never hire them on my own. It has been six days since I have had no hot water in the bathrooms showers. They only have to come snd change the cartridges in the valves. They have not neen able to do that in six days. Right now they tell me I have to spend the coming.weekend without hot water. I am scheduled for Monday.

This place in CLOSED on weekends. They have an emergency number. When you calll the number; they just tell you they are closed!. In addition they closed the place in the middle of the week to go to a wedding!

I read thru the reviews here after my home warranty, AHS referred them to me for the job. (My water heater pilot was not staying on.) I saw a number of negatives but decided to continue with them regardless.

My experience with them was excellent. I called them around 10am and spoke to Bhakti. He said they were very busy and couldn't get a guy out until Monday. After explaining the problem, he thought it might be a quick fix and he said he'd try to get someone out there that day to do it. He called back an hour or so later and said ""good news, I've got a guy that can come by today"".

The technician, Jeremy showed up. Very nice guy. He knew what he was doing, was professional and got the job done quick. I now have hot water.

From my experience, these guys are great!

We have AHS policy so called in for service. Chase came to our home in Mission Viejo to fix a leak in kitchen sink, but told my wife he could not fix because the entire until might need to be replaced including remove the sink form the countertop. He then told her he need to caulk the sink and charge $125.00 to do this on top of the $75.00 service fee.

He knew this should not be done because a complete repair might still need to be done and is waiting on AHS to respond to additional work. I called him and all he said, ""we are a full service plumber, so call the office tomorrow with your complaint.

Calling the management team today, but expect they won't refund or make an adjustment. I will post again with further information.

Had a couple clogs at our condo that needed to be looked at, so our landlord called on Aladdin's to come out and get things fixed. Dan came to our rescue and was such a nice, professional technician. He got everything fixed quickly, and was great to work with. We'll definitely request his services for any future needs!

I've been using Aladdin's for my personal home as well as my rental properties. When I have a real plumbing emergency I don't bother calling Old Republic Home Warranty, I just call Aladdin's directly and they respond very quickly anytime I have a need. As a landlord, you can't ask for anything better than to know you have someone who will help you when you need it.....water seems to be my nemesis and I am thrilled to have found this plumber.

Recently I had a second leak in my home and when they came to fix it I asked them about repiping to avoid issues in the future. They came in and did an amazing job on the repipe project, including having a drywaller follow them. Within a week my 4 bedroom, 3 bath house was completely put back together including painting and you'd never know they had been there.

They also managed having my 100 pound black lab on the job and underfoot. I didn't have anywhere else he could go during this job and they worked around him. I think he thought they came to see him they were so nice to him.

I've already referred Aladdin and Shima to my friends and neighbors and feel very comfortable doing so.

We contacted Aladdin through AHS and got assigned to them really early this morning. I contacted them immediately through their emergency number, as I had secondary damage and water leaking to my downstairs. They answered the phone and were so helpful. I had to only wait a short amount of time before they had someone out to my house and they arrived earlier than quoted.
Once Jeremy (the technician) came to the house, he was kind, friendly and helpful and got to the job right away. He recommended me to someone who could assist me with the secondary damage that was not covered and helped me arrange for them to come to the house. 30 minutes later my problem was fixed and he left everything spotless. I would highly recommend him and the company, and I am grateful for all they did for me today.

We had Aladdin's plumbing out this morning to fix/replace our garbage disposal. They were sent by AHS. (AHS had previously sent out Rite-A-Way Services and they refused to do the job and abandoned us for the whole weekend!) Max from Aladdin's came in, took one look and immediately did what was necessary to get us up and running in 40 minutes! He was polite, respectful, punctual and professional. We could not ask for anything more! We will definitely be requesting them as our service provider in the future.
I see that they have some negative reviews, which seem similar to our experience with Rite-A-Way, but Bob (Bobby?) was very clear with my husband about what we needed to do in preparation for their visit, which I think made all the difference. Thanks to everyone for your professionalism and for treating us like human beings!

AHS sent Aladdin Plumbing to the house. to repair a toilet leak, but they said they did not have the part to make repair. The plumber left but clearly did not turn water off. The next morning, water had leaked into 3 rooms. A restoration company had to cut holes in walls & ceiling . It took days to dry out. The restoration company said the plumber was responsible for this fiasco. Aladdin & AHS claim no responsibility. Restoration Company said they have cleaned up after Aladdin many times.
I wish there was a zero star rating!
