I frequently see the Al & Robin Torres truck in our neighborhood, and we recently had some funky plumbing sounds, so I gave them a call. Easy to schedule, friendly staff over the phone and they even gave me a courtesy call prior to the tech's arrival.

The specialists that came by, one of them named John I believe, were very professional and courteous. They went out of their way to diagnose an issue and were kind enough to not ""sell"" me on services I didn't need. The whole experience made me happy to use their services in the future!

I am VERY pleased with my experience! I was having trouble with the outlets in my kitchen and was referred to Torres Home Services. Justin and Drew came out same day and fixed them really fast! They were very respectful and explained the issue very clearly. They also left my kitchen just as clean as they found it! I will definitely be calling them again if I have any other electrical issues!

These people are crooks and extortionists. I had a sprinkler valve break while my husband was out of town. He called these people as we like to use local companies when we can. We very very pleased when they were able to come out right away. However, once they arrived, I had to help them diagnose/find the busted valve. They also checked the toilets inside the house to make sure there were no additional leaks. I mentioned that one toilet ran from time to time. They gave me an estimate to 'rebuild' my toilet for $269.00! Outrageous. It's a 20- minute job, at most, with a $10.00 part. Who are they kidding? I did that job myself. Now, onto the sprinkler valve: They gave me an estimate of over $600.00 to fix that. It took a $30.00 part and my neighbor 30 minutes to fix. Complete rip off. When I declined their services, they left in a huff!
Mrs. Torres then calls me and tells me I am going to get a huge water bill from the city if I don't have a licensed plumber fix the problem. However, if they do it, 'she will write a letter to the city asking them to adjust my bill'.
She told me she's 'had very good luck when asking for relief from the city'. I paused for a moment because she did exactly what she intended to do.....scare me. Well, Ms. Torres, I built this house and know my way around the Glendale's city services. After a pause I told her I was comfortable talking with the city and handling the matter myself. She said, 'well, good luck with that'. Turns out, the city has an entire program set up to provide relief to people that had this same issue. They send you a form, you fill it out and send them your receipts from Home Depot and they take care of it. No need for Robyn's 'great luck'. Extortion is what I call that....trying to frighten me into using their outrageously priced company. Terrible people. Stay away from this company. They have a similar BBB complaint for trying to take advantage of an elderly woman. I'm not elderly, but I am a woman. It was insulting for someone to think I am so helpless and gullible.

I highly recommend Al & Robin Torres Home service I recently had a hard time finding someone to work on my heater and found AL & Robin home services and they were able to sent a technician out right away and was able to diagnose and fix the problem while they where there. I ask about a plumbing issues I've been having for years now, they were also able to fix my main drainage issues while they were there. I was Very impressed . They have Excellent service highly recommended and I will be using them going forward with any of my heat or plumbing issues.

Had our house rewired, central air installed and all new piping put in. Bob and Drew and the rest of the crew were great. They arrived on time and were very professional. All questions and concerns were taken care of. The office staff is very friendly and take very good care of you. This company's goal is to do things right. They took care of everything and inspectors were very pleased with their work. Highly recommend them!

My house is almost 100 years old, and it seems like everything went wrong at the same time. This company was able to solve all my problems simultaneously and expeditiously! Craig and John came out to explain all my options very thoroughly and clearly. Safety and quality are their priorities, which was very reassuring to me. Alfredo and Jacob worked at my house for several days. They were extremely professional and efficient. They left my house at the end of the day very clean. Alfredo went above and beyond to trouble shoot problems that arose. He also did an amazing job patching my walls after installing a new wall heater. I will most definitely continue to use this company for any other issues that may arise in the future.
