We had a pipe break in our house a friend recommended that we use al Torres plumbing and heating. We were worried about time regarding this issue. They had a technician come over immediately. Great price great service. They were officiant and did the job in a timely manner. The technician said the family business has been open for over 30 years. It definitely shows not only on there detail but there knowledge which was explained to us from start to finish. Definitely will use them again.

Our water heater went out so we called Al & Robin Plumbing & Heating, they scheduled to send a technician out, they gave me a window time for the technician to arrive. They called when the technicians were on the way and they even told me the names of the technicians who were coming. These guys did an excellent job, did a great job cleaning up so we are very happy with their work and will be calling them in the future.

We had a pipe burst in the wall and called Al & Robin Torres Plumbing & Heating, they were able to send a technician out right away. They found the busted pipe and repaired it, their technicians are professional and clean. We will always call Al & Robin Torres Plumbing if and when we need their services.

My mother's a/c went out on the weekend and didn't know who to call. I called different companies, but none offered weekend services. I found Al Torres Plumbing, but was skeptical because of their reviews. I decided to give them a call and boy was I surprised.
I received a call from the technician to verify the time that he was going out there. I explained to him that my mom is elderly and that I would be the one making the decisions about the repairs for her a/c.
He showed up with in the hour and was thorough inspecting the A/C . He took his time to explain the situation to me over the phone, as I do not live close, he addressed all my concerns and even sent me pictures of the problems. He gave me different options to fix the problems and I decided to instal a new system. We scheduled the job to be started on Monday morning, and Monday morning there they were as promised.
Since I don't live close, the office would update me on how the job was going. They called me when they showed up, they called me when they would be out to lunch and when the crew left for the day. I was so impressed with the crew that showed up. They were so courteous, attentive and CLEAN!! They even brought my mom a portable A/C to use while hers was getting installed. And can you believe it, they brought in the trash cans on trash day!! I was in constant communication with George, the job foreman. He explained every step taken to instal her A/C. They finished within the time frame they gave me including patching and painting. Now we go over my moms house to beat this heat! I am very happy and thankful for George and Al Torres Plumbing and heating! Yes, they are a little pricey, but you know how the saying goes, you get what you pay for. In this case its professionalism, efficiency and not to mention a job done right!!

They work on older homes and I needed a floor furnace repaired. Sam came out on a Monday & said it needed to be rebuilt for $2100 including a new thermostat and should be done by Wednesday. Okay they are a bit expensive but I thought worth it for the quick service. However, I was scheduled for a Friday morning install between 8-9. At 10:30 I cancelled and rescheduled as they still hadn't arrived & I needed to get to work. I was told Sam was stuck in traffic - okay, understandable. Then I was told he needed to stop & get supplies - at this point I felt I was getting the runaround. A supervisor called and rescheduled for Saturday. Not Sam came out and I was pleased with the work and the workers. I was surprised a discount wasn't offered to make up for the Friday fiasco. Will I use them again? Honestly don't know.

Al Torres Plumbing and Heating are very professional. I had just installed a new kitchen, floors, cabinets, the works when I felt the tiles on my kitchen floor go suddenly very warm in a straight line towards my sink. I called ATP&H and they came out and recommended a water detection service who detected a broken hot water pipe in my slab which was directly under my new cabinets. ATP&H techs did a bypass for me where I didn't need to completely demolish my new cabinets or floor. Cost next to nothing compared to what it could have cost me.

Should have checked YELP first & called Foothill Plumbing. Plumber did show up on time, within 2 hr window so they get 1star for that. I scheduled them to replace bathroom faucet which I had already purchased. For some reason Sam showed up without necessary parts & had to go back to shop to get supplies. Initially he quoted $225 but I mentioned I thought it was a bit high for a 1-1.5 hr job....he finished in one hour & charged me $205. He did a fine, clean job but charged me $205 for 1 hr of work. Two words: WAY OVERPRICED!!! ;-(((

It all started with a leak...a leak that converted the living room into a swimming pool !

I called three different plumbers and Al and Robin Torres Plumbing responded immediately. The problem turned out to be MAJOR, but they presented all the alternatives for resolution ( and the costs). They got to work and solved the problem.

We were so pleased with the quality of their work and the professionalism of the staff that we went ahead and remodeled three baths and the kitchen. Not only did they handle the basic plumbing but they had the staff to do the plaster and paint work. As we were finishing up we decided to go ahead and have Torres Plumbing and Heating replace the ancient heating and air conditioning systems. They carefully discussed our options and made suggestions for the best system for our type of home and for an easy to read and control thermostat.

Throughout the entire process their focus was always on the impact that the work would have on our family. They arrived on time and their employees were unfailingly polite. Everyday they cleaned up before they left. No mess! Their office staff was fantastic about getting answers for us about schedules and payments. Great people.

We are very happy with how all of our projects turned out. Love how the house looks now. I would definitely recommend Al Torres Plumbing and Heating.

$250 to fix a leaky faucet. Need I say more? Well if you have a an antique heater they can fix it but be prepared to pay and unless you want to pay double do not use them for anything else.

Totally DISAGREE with the ""rip-off"""" review! This is the best plumbing company we have dealt with in over 60 years of leaky faucets and plumbing catastrophes. Torres replaced the old water pipes throughout our 87 year old house; a job that involves breaking into walls and other noisy and dusty work which was done with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy. What sets them apart is the genuine concern for the effect the process had on our lives over the course of the work, for which we are eternally grateful. We found the price to be commensurate with the quality and level of service and recommend them to all our friends. Totally AGREE with Denise D. review!
