We've been using Al Garcia for a few years, this review is long overdue. When we were renters, our property manager would send Al and his crew when we had a plumbing issue. They've always been kind and courteous and very efficient with completing the job at hand successfully. Also, if you're the kind of person that doesn't like shoes in the house, they always wear shoe booties! When we bought our house they did a few small jobs for us such as hydrojet, fixing a clogged toilet and fixing some really shoddy plumbing work in the kitchen that was done before we moved in. They did a great job! We recently had Al and his guys back to install a tankless water heater, seismic shut off valve, utility sink, new bathroom faucets and fix some more of the shoddy plumbing work (that was not up to code, but now is, thanks to Al) that was done before we moved in. Al came out and provided a quote quickly. They started the job right away and finished in two days. They also cleaned up before leaving. His office manager, Stephanie, was also very quick to communicate and also submitted our tankless water heater receipts for rebate to the Gas Company so we didn't have to do this ourselves. I highly recommend Al Garcia and his team, they are efficient, honest and reliable.

we stopped getting hot water in one of the showers. called two plumbing companies and both gave weirdly high estimates to fix the issue and additional work that may be needed. got the reference for Al-Garcia from a friend. called Saturday, made the appointment for Monday. Francisco arrived on time with a colleague. fixed the problem for significantly less cost than others had quoted, and on the spot. he also did other plumbing work. was not rushed at all and quite professional. we couldn't be more happy with the result. we are also in the market for a HVAC system - he gave a competitive quote for that as well.

Loved that they showed up on time, arrival window was between 11-12 and they arrived at 11. Alfonso quickly diagnosed and resolved an issue with a tankless water heater that was failing. I really appreciate that he fixed the issue instead of trying to sell me a new water heater. This is the second time I've used their services during the COVID-19 lockdown. On both occasions they arrived wearing appropriate PPE and left the work spaces clear upon completion. Francisco provided plumbing service on a prior occasion, his service was also stellar. I highly recommend, these guys are very knowledgeable and good at explaining the problem and the remedy.

Horrible experience! The plumbers showed up to my condo without confirming I was available. Then I was surprised but thought great I'll have this clog fixed. I thought my management tram was sending the prior plumbers that were really professional and experienced as well as kind. Al Garcia plumbing didn't know what they were doing! They proceeded to tell me they were going to take my kitchen sink apart but due to old parts couldn't guarantee they could fix the clog OR PUT THE SINK BACK TOGETHER!!! What?! Radisic plumbing knew how to fix a simple clog and didn't mess up my sink! DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! They were so rude to me when I tried to talk with them AND STEPHANIE who answers the phone was equally rude! They are fortunate to have employment the way they behave! If I owned this Company I'd hire a better team before I lost my business! Really bad experience!

Came out to my house for a water leak. Punched two very sloppy holes in my stucco and told me that I had a leak in the slab and that I had two options: jackhammer into the slab to do spot repair or repipe whole house. Agreed that the latter was a better move and scheduled the repiping for a few days later. While I was waiting, I noticed water dripping down from the top of one the openings and that I could actually hear the pipe leaking/hissing in the wall at about eye level- not a plumber here but definitely not a leak in the slab, fren. Got another opinion and got my pipe fixed for $250 instead of the $8k they were quoting for the repipe. Mentioned they do a lot of repiping in my neighborhood. LOL. In summary, didn't fix a simple leaking pipe, lied to me about it and tried to upsell me into a whole repipe.

These guys are great!
They dad to do a complete redo of the front plumbing. Mostly main pipes. Everyday these guys were on time and communicated throughly when things were happening like turning off water, or schedules for the next day, etc.
They did an excellent job and I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for anything from a simple job to a major redo.

The team showed up on time and worked fast to get the job done. The entire team wore masks and lined up areas they were working on with protective layers. After they were done, they cleaned up and walked me they all the installations. Our new AC is cold cold!

I had purchased a new Toilet from Lowe's and was eager to get in installed since we were being ""Safer at home"". Lowe's could not provide installation for over a week. I called Al Garcia's plumbing at 9am on a Tuesday morning. By 230p that afternoon, my toilet was professionally installed. The installer were nice and took all the ""social distancing"" precautions as expected. It took them about 30 mins to get the job done. I know if I did myself, it would have taken hours :-). Their price was very reasonable.

Easy scheduling for the next day, which was a Saturday. Alfonso was polite, cordial, and early. He called ahead to make sure he could come by before the scheduled appointment. Assessed the issue quickly and it was fixed in no time. He even asked if there was anything else he could help with while there. No additional cost for weekend work, just the service fee plus the cost of any parts. Nice guy and I will use him again. I strongly recommend Al Garcia Plumbing and Alfonso to all my MHB neighbors.
