My water heater broke the night before so I called them on a Saturday morning needing a fix and they came over in under an hour and got right to work. I ended up needing a new water heater but these guys were not pushy with price and they always tried to fix it with their hands before asking me to pay any money. The install job on my water heater was top notch and they even brought it over from their shop, took out my old one and put in the new heater in just a few hours all in one Saturday with no heads up. Without using any other service I will recommend these guys to anyone and use them for everything in the future!!! 10/10

Decided to give this company a try, because of all the great reviews on Yelp. I needed a quote to replace the ductwork for my forced air unit, but they couldn't even keep there first appointment. The appointment was for between 3 -4 pm. Waited for 45 minutes past the appointment window and didn't even get a call. I called their office, and the receptionist tried to put it on me and say that the appointment was actually for the next day between 2-3pm. Which I would never agree to because I wasn't going to be in town the next day. At least have the decency to admit your mistake. If they can't make their appointment, I don't think I will risk them doing the work. Sorry!

AGP was a referral to me by the home appliance company during a bathroom remodel. AGP installed my bathroom faucet, finished the installation on my shower valves, and handles. The Technical knew his ""stuff"" and fixed things perfectly. You are my go to now. Thank you.

After discovering a leak in our hot water heater, we called and the crew was here within an hour. He took the time to explain what was wrong, as well as to recommend how to fix it. The repair went smoothly and the crew was very respectful of our home. The price was reasonable and we are so grateful to have everything done. They also fixed a broken valve in a bathroom. I would not hesitate to call this company again and to recommend them to others.

I was interested in having a seismic automatic gas shut-off valve installed at my house. I called L&B Pipe and Supply Company, got a price quote for the type of valve I wanted and asked for a referral to a good plumber for the installation. I was referred to Alfonso Garcia of Al-Garcia's Plumbing. I had originally intended to buy the shut-off valve myself and just have a plumber install it. However, it was obvious that Mr. Garcia preferred to supply the valve also--as a package. After listening to him explain that if he supplied the valve and the valve itself turned out to be a problem, he would take care of it, which wouldn't be the case if I supplied the valve. By the end of our conversation, I was persuaded to accept the package deal. We agreed that I would send him a photo of my gas line setup so that he could confirm the appropriateness of the type of valve that I wanted. I sent the photo right after the call, but did not receive a response after a few days. I called the company again, and the woman who answered told me that my email had not been received. I sent it again, and she promised to get a response back to me. After 2 weeks, I still have not heard. Obviously, I am going to hire another plumber. This was a waste of time, and makes me even more skeptical than I was previously of businesses such as this company which supposedly receive all 5-star Yelp ratings. What terrible customer service!

I called Al-Garcia on a late Sunday afternoon & they came out within 30 minutes. Antonio fixed the leaking pipes under my kitchen sink. He did the job quickly & efficiently, & the price was reasonable. I would absolutely use them again & recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

Very professional service with honesty. He also got the work done very efficiently. I had him repair our old a.c. unit and he only changed the parts that are needed and checking cool air works on all rooms with all measuring gears. I would stronly recommend him!

I called this company based on recommendations from my local appliance store. They are now my ""go to"" plumber. Their work was amazing and prices competitive and fair.

I had a new sink faucet installed. The repair men arrived and did not enter without putting paper covers on their shoes. I did not expect this and it was very much appreciated.

If there was a fashion show for plumbers these repair men would win hands down. Clean clothes, a work truck that looked like it had a fresh wash and wax, and they smelled great!! And they were very knowledgeable and were able to complete the repairs in a cramped space, remove all the trash and left with no signs of debris. This company takes pride in its work.

We had a problem with a new toilet we bought from Pacific Sales and they referred us to Al Garcia's Plumbing. We scheduled the appointment and they arrived on time. They fixed the toilet and I have not had a problem since. Also, since he was here, I requested an estimate on installing an outdoor shower. We scheduled an appointment; he installed it as scheduled; it works perfectly. Then, a week later I had a problem with the plumbing at our rental unit. We scheduled an appointment; he arrived on time; and fixed the problem. Finally, it was a pleasure dealing with them in every respect, from my conversations with their office staff, to receiving the invoices electronically, to dealing with the field guy. I strongly recommend them!
