They are coming out next week while I'm attempting minor troubleshooting recommendations Gayle provided over the phone. Very pleased this experience is turning out the way we anticipated it would for our sprinkler repairs!

We recently had this company out to look at our sprinkler system. They told me most of my drip system was not working and quoted me around $5k to replace it. I just had a second company out for a quote and they spent about 15 minutes digging around where the drip system stopped working so they could inspect the lines closer. Turns out the line was pinched by a staple used to keep it in place. As soon as he loosened it, water started flowing throughout the entire drip system. The guys who came out from AJ's were very nice and I do not think they were trying to take advantage of me. But they did not take the time to dig underneath to inspect the line. In the future I hope this company will make sure they are going the extra step to ensure they are doing right by people. I am so thankful I did not spend $5000 unnecessarily. I know everyone makes mistakes. I hope that's all this was. Also a good lesson in making sure you get a second opinion before costly jobs.

If they cannot return calls, how are they going to be on the job after you contract with them? You are NEVER too busy to return a call saying ....... I'm too busy, here's my schedule. Not them ! Very unprofessional.

I live in Lincoln Hills- Sun City. AJS Sprinkler install a new drip system a few months ago. It included new valves and controller. I think Steve and his team did,an outstanding job. They spent time to problem solve and strategize the installation to insure I had the most optimal system. I now have a single station that only waters my trees with a special neta-fim circlular drip system and all my trees are revived. I even have fruit on my flowering plums with full foliage. They took extra time to educate me on the system and since I was doing a major Reno on my front garden- emphasis on placing drippers maximaizing watering on some hilly areas. They left me with extra supplies for the upcoming Renos and I have been able to hook up the system with no problems. That includes adding raised vegetable beds.

I highly recommend this company. They did what they promised and quality of services de was excellent.

We purchased a new home and need sprinklers installed in our backyard. I called AJS Sprinkler 3 times before they returned my phone call. Last week I finally spoke with Gail and made an appointment for 3:30 - 4:00 today. My husband and I both took off work early, picked our kids up and rushed home. By 5:00 it was clear that they were not going to show up. We called and left a message, not a surprise that no one called back.
What a bad way to conduct a business. We will not be hiring someone so inconsiderate.

I wanted to say thank you to Steve and his crew for replacing our drain line in the yard. Our situation was exceptionally difficult, as the drain lines were buried much deeper than normal and crossed by numerous irrigation lines that also had to be repaired. Even with the challenges they encountered, Steve and his crew worked hard until the job was done. They worked until after dark to make sure the job was completed in a single day. They went above and beyond what was expected, and completed it in a timely and cost effective manner!

Steve, Kenny, and Berto came to check out my front and back yard. I needed help determining if my current sprinkler setup was adequate and also wanted a second look at how I set up my rainbird controller.

The guys showed up on time and were AMAZING! Not only did they take their time in performing an audit of my place, they also listened intently to any question I had and provided peace of mind with their answers.

They replaced a few sprinklers that were too high of flow, reprogrammed my controller, and uncovered a few leaks I had no idea were there.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company as they treated me right and ensured I will be their customer for life.

We had a leaking sprinkler valve with old, frayed wires. We also had need of fixing some sprinkler heads and an overall evaluation of our system. My husband and I work M-F and weren't able to be around for a weekday appointment. AJS went above and beyond and arranged for Kenneth to come out on a Saturday morning. So awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable, and gave us a summary of what needed to be fixed now and what we might consider for the future. He gave us an estimate, and we were able to decide if we wanted him to do the work right then or not. So nice to be able to choose what we wanted to do after the same-day estimate! Kenneth did an excellent job, and all of our issues were fixed that same morning. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any irrigation issues. I especially like that they specialize in landscape irrigation, so they are experts in this specific field. Highly recommend!
