These guys are the best. They've been out to my house to install new sprinklers and drip irrigation and I'm so happy with their prompt and professional service. I felt like I was in great hands. We just bought a house, installed a pool fence and the installer put a post right through an underground sprinkler pipe. We called and explained the situation, they arrived and fixed it quickly. We'll have them back to do a full audit of our new yard soon.

They were great. They showed up wearing a mask and came out within a day and installed a new sprinkler box. It was a much easier box to use than any of the others we purchased from Home Depot. Gave recommendations on watering the lawn and drip watering for back and side yards. They gave us recommendations of Water conservation and drainage. Much better than any other sprinkler companies we used. They are on are list of venders and we plan to use them next year to work on sprinkler heads for the lawn.

Troy and Steve were wonderful and I fully recommend AJS Sprinklers.
Great customer service started with their scheduler, Gail. Troy & Steve arrived on time, wearing masks, and ready to work.
We pointed out all the sprinkler heads that needed fixing and our problem areas on the lawn. They not only listened to what our ideas were but educated us! They explained the different ways to get our desired outcome and the pros and cons of each and relative pricing for each. They took their time inspecting each valve and the automated system to ensure everything was working correctly. They were unrushed and thorough.
Once we all decided on a plan of action to resolve our issues, work commenced immediately and was complete in less than 90 minutes! Their truck is fully stocked and they had all items needed on hand. Several sprinkler heads replaced, some nozzles replaced, and a few nozzles fixed for free with a simple turn of the screwdriver. They wrapped up with an emailed invoice and documented payment.
These guys are knowledgeable, professional, and really explain your options. Our lawn is finally water efficient and starting to turn green again in the hot Sac summer sun. Thank you Troy & Steve! Will call you and only you from now on for all our sprinkler needs.

The best plumbing outfit on the West Coast, anywayhands down. Steve and Troy were ultra professional. My time and valves for irrigating the front and back yard was causing havoc. I put in a call for an appointment. They were booked. However, the dispatcher checked to see when a truck would be in my neighborhood. She said, ""We have a truck near by on Wednesday. They might be able to help you then"". Sure enough they were down the street. It was about 105 degrees that day. I figure forget it. They came by and were listening to my story. Steve and Troy found the problem I had been working on for three weeks. Fixed the whole system in 15 minutes flat. I was willing to pay $1,000 to get the job done. Got charged $115. Honest, professional, old school smart (they think it out), and proud of the excellent work they do. You want things fixed call this outfit.

I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and expertise of this team! The technicians who serviced my sprinklers were Steve and Troy. I was having an issue with my automated timer not communicating with a specific system within the sprinkler grid and they fixed the issue as well as helped me figure out how to stop unnecessarily watering a part of my yard that is soon to be nothing but rocks. Overall all my questions were answered and they went ABOVE any BEYOND to be kind to my very curious 3-year-old who wanted to be involved in the entire experience!

They emphasized educating me about my system, names of parts, how all the pieces work together, what automatic timing does, etc. and this part of their service is invaluable to me. This company has absolutely gained our patronage for life. Thanks AJS!

I should have called professionals like Steve and Troy first, but I didn't, ugh, and thank goodness they could fix my sprinkler and drip line problems. These two listened to my story and took the time to ensure they knew what I needed fixed, gave suggestions, and showed me how and where they would start to fix the problems. They discussed each concern with me before starting and of course showed me the incredible working results when they were done!! They also inspected the whole system and found a leak I didn't know about and they fixed that too! At the end of the day, this is the type of service that deserves a Yelp, for the reasonable price and for being terrific professional and fun people that we will ABSOLUTELY call again for the next project and beyond.
