I'm so pleased with the service that my grandmother and I received from Edwyn, he made it easy to understand the problem, and came up with the solution we needed, his professionalism was noted . we will be recommending him to all our friends.

Angel at Airworks was professional, prompt and extremely helpful repairing damage done by another AC company. Will definitely hire the Airworks team again for any future AC maintenance. Their 24/7 emergency services were a lifesaver during this heatwave.

Everything was great - quick response, arrived on time and did a great job. Remember to have your dryer vent cleaned out - especially if it's a long ways from your dryer to the end of the vent.

I literally can't speak more highly of a company than I can about AirWorks Solutions. Special shout out to Sam.
These guys came out on a service call to my home in 2021, after the HVAC system original to my 1981 home started throwing off water. Sam diagnosed the problem as being the condensation drainage pipe, which bizarrely came up from under the ground, and had been clogged by dirt and debris. He got that cleared out. He also asked if I'd like an estimate for a new system, to which I answered ""sure"".
A few days later, Michael came to my home and produced a quote and answered my many questions. Michael is a straight shooter, which I appreciate.
In April 2022, I decided it was a good idea to buy a complete new HVAC system. Between inflation and industrial parts shortages, not to mention the hot summer rapidly approaching, I got in touch with Michael, who honored the 5 month old quote. A week or so later, technicians spent the day removing our ancient 1980 system, and replacing it with a new system, which includes a Nest thermostat and a built-in air purifier.
While the technicians replaced and lengthened the condensation drainage pipe, it turned out to still be a problem. The first day we turned the new system on, in June, it ran for 15 minutes and stopped. After trying to figure out the issue, I gave up on a very hot and humid Friday night and called the AirWorks Solutions phone number, expecting to leave a message and a call back on Monday. Instead, Sam answered the call and came to our home that Friday night, about an hour after my call.
Sam discovered the drainage pipe was not clearing properly, and that that design of a pipe simply did not work as needed. He spent 90 minutes achieving a work-around to get us through that weekend, and explained that the system requires a water pump and re-routed drainage to be truly dependable. He left us saying that he would speak with the owner and with Michael to get our problem finally resolved.
Flash forward three business days, and a technician arrived to install the water pump and re-route the drainage into our washing machine's drainage pipe. AirWorks Solution did not charge us for Sam's extensive Friday night service call or the add-on work to make the new system truly fail safe.
I am grateful to this company and feel 100% that these guys are the best.

All aspects of our experience with AirWorks were fantastic and professional. We are still asking guests to wear masks in our house and Edwyn was totally down with that, which we really appreciate. He was not able to do the full duct cleaning because our old-ass rental has some really old and fragile fiberglass ducting, but he still gave every part of our system that he could otherwise access a thorough cleaning and was super accommodating and forthright at every step. Super easy to schedule and get taken care of, and a great experience all around. Don't even think about it, just book them!

Quoted my 96 year old grandmother $1437.64 to replace a thermostat. They also charged a service fee when they could have just quoted a thermostat replacement over the phone. I don't post many reviews but this is predatory in my opinion. ""Shame on you"" (is my grandmother's response)

I'm not one to write reviews but this is an honest, trustworthy and professional company and I recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their HVAC.
This is our second time using Airworks to install air conditioning and heating. The first time was in our townhouse 5 years ago. Installation was fast and everyone was professional. When we bought our new house (built in 1962) we knew we needed to replace the original heater.
Once again Airworks didn't disappoint. They came in and quoted us for asbestos removal, all new duct work, insulation, and a new heater and AC. They were the best price. They hired a company to remove the asbestos but all the other work was done by them. I can't remember everyone that worked on our house (I believe it were several teams), but everyone was was professional, on time and dedicated to do a wonderful I'm not one to write reviews but this is an honest, trustworthy and professional company and I recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their HVAC.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I started the process of trying to replace our air conditioning system over a year ago. Some companies came out, spent time and then never produced a bid. Others gave a bid, but I just wasn't comfortable. Then a neighbor used Air Works to replace his unit and was singing their praises. Mike came out, looked at my system and gave me a couple of options including zoning (I was complaining about my ridiculous electric bills each month.) And then he patiently took my 3-4 follow up calls, each time offering detailed explanations to my questions. I finally signed the agreement and they started my job within a week. Every member of the crew was polite and professional. James and Andrew led the crew and it was like watching a well choreographed production. In fact, it was interesting to see that James had detailed diagrams and the crew seemed like they'd have periodic huddles to look over the plans. The whole job, which included zoning and new ducting, took a day and a half. And I swear the house was cleaner when they left. Highly recommend this company.

This is the first time utilizing an HVAC company and I must say I will not regret it! Sage came to my house and he was extremely friendly even wore booties to protect my floor! It was a simple fix- my filter needed to be replaced and my heater was not connecting to my Nest. He was able to fix the problem and his customer service was out of this world! I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs simple or large projects!

My wife and I had a problem with our HVAC system. It was 42 years old and on its last legs or leg. I contacted 3 different AC vendors and got a bid at 24 thousand, 17 thousand and AirWorks at 14 large. I will skip the freak out with the first company when we decided to give them a pass. Really nasty.
AirWorks sales guy and gal gave a fairly low profile presentation and the fact a young woman was there (she's new and learning) helped after our prior get together with vendor 1. There are a number of considerations when buying an AC unit and it's confusing. We decided on a modest 2022 unit that is light years better than our antique GE monster outside the bathroom window.
The biggest hurdle was getting the asbestos ductwork out and down the road. A crew showed up with moon suits, created a tunnel of sorts with negative pressure and hauled it all off double bagged. If you live in Leisure Village you have asbestos duct work in your original HVAC system.
We passed on additional attic insulation, a gold standard AC compressor and got a reasonable priced unit that works wonders. We did get an ""ionizer"" gizmo that charges dust particles and has them fall to the ground to be vacuumed up. Wife swears that house dust has disappeared. We spent a bit extra on a WiFi thermostat that we still haven't downloaded and had the grids replaced. Get the grids. They do help. Good luck.
