So i recently had another company come out because i was recommended AirWorks, but they couldn't get to me immediately. Hindsight...I know all too well if a company is quality then that will reflect with just how available they are. Good things are worth the wait and that was the case with Spencer!! The first guy we had out was in and out in 20 min. He quoted us 14k and I still had to put my 15 month baby to sleep in 80 degree heat. The guy even left the unit unplugged in our attic! Not the case with Spencer. He got on the case right away. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly. It was quite obvious that he really cared about fixing the problem. He spent an hour and a half fixing, and diagnosing. He was very, very thorough with his explanations. He really put himself in our shoes by giving us a breakdown of order of importance. What to fix first and when. He even caught that we have a dangerous furnace which we were oblivious too!!! I really appreciated him being a reasonable guy, that isn't just trying to rip us off when we were desperate for relief. After $135....not $14k...I am sitting here writing this in a very comfortable 70 degree home, and I have so much less stress knowing my baby will be sleeping comfy, and cool tonight.

Michael Mendoza was here this morning to repair our A/C unit. He is friendly,
professional and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly identify and repair the problem and the cool air was once again restored. In these days of 100 degree heat, we're ecstatic to have our air conditioning working again!
This is the second time Michael has been our technician. Last winter it was the heater that needed to be repaired and he got it up and running. I was as impressed with him then as I was today. Great job!

I've been using Airworks for a few years now and I'm still super impressed with their people and customer service. Every technician has been communicative, respectful, and professional.

I've never been more dissatisfied with a repair company and their concern for their customers. Unbelievably friendly on the phone, and I do mean unbelievable. Stay away. Tech showed up Monday at 5:55 pm of 2 to 6 pm service window but, after after calling his manager, said it was too late to perform $700 diagnostic cut and isolation test and office would call me about when they could do it, then let slip his manager just assigned him an additional call to make that evening. Then on reschedule 4 days later, after telling me I was at the ""opening of the 12 to 5 window, likely at 12:30"", repeatedly kept pushing back arrival time from 12:30 to 2:20 to ""maybe 5:30"", but how would they have time to do the service they didn't have time for so late in the day earlier in the week? I called another company who came out, identified a leaking schrader valve, replaced it, pressure tested, and charged system in two visits in the same afternoon. wow.

Tech Issac was very nice and knowledgeable. Good service call. He was quick and took care of the unit and explained we had no issues.

I want to express my appreciation to the AirWorks team who were instrumental in the purchase and installation of my new heater. Mike Mendoza was informative, knowledgeable, thorough and understanding along with just being a very pleasant person to do business with! The installation team, including Chandler, Tristan and Nick were very knowledgeable, efficient, patient, respectful and considerate! They wanted to make sure that I was very happy with my product from their company and they have definitely succeeded. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with AirWorks!!! They

I have been an AirWorks customer for my A/C and heating needs and think they are the best. I recently needed some plumbing work done and when I saw AirWorks had added plumbing as one of their services my search for a plumber was over. Had Art out to do some repairs in one of our bathrooms and he did a great job. He is a knowledgeable pro. AirWorks has come through for me again.

Gabe came out and changed my filter. When the initial service was done I didn't have the filter yet and they didn't have one in stock. He called bright and early and got it done quickly, which I appreciate.
I will say though, that 4 hour window in brutal. Thankfully I didn't have to experience that this time. But something to think about is a two hour window.

We have a new heat pump which is now one year old. The company that installed this heat pump recommended AirWorks Solutions to service their unit. Angel arrived on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and interested in all our many questions. Angel advised us about maintaining our Samsung unit and the options available to us for our air filters for the Carrier air handler. In addition, he offered upgrades for air purification and made us aware of the need for a surge protector on this unit, something we think we have, but will investigate because of this new information. We can recommend this company for servicing your air conditioning/heating needs. Since we have been under construction for over 2 years, we know a bad contractor when we see one, and Angel and company are one of the good guys. The company kept us updated throughout the process. They were highly automated, i.e., texting confirmations, arrival time confirmations, email showing pictures of the entire testing at vent process, pictures of the model numbers of units, compressor info, picture of the old filter, and the open system, and finally queried us as to how their people performed their job. This is a very organized and well-run company. We asked for their company sticker to be placed on our heat pump and carrier. This company will be the people we call for future maintenance and any other needs our system might require. Thank you, everyone who made this an enjoyable home maintenance task.
