First, Nader came out to assess our situation which, sadly, involved some pretty serious (but expected issues with our ac/heating unit. Michael Mcfarlane came next to go over game plans and determined the most cost effective ways to handle our issues. We opted for a new ac/heating unit with a no interest payment plan they offer. Our unit was over 20 years so we knew this was coming. Michael scheduled a team and today the install was completed. Michael Martinez and his team handled the install and everyone was respectful of our home and went over all the details of the unit post install. From start to finish it was an A+ experience.
Yesterday an Airworks technician (Michael) came to my home for a semi-annual check-up on my heat pump system as part of their family plan service. Prior to his visit the system was operating perfectly. Instead of inspecting my system, from the moment he entered my home he was in full sales mode: I should add an ""Ionizer"" (cost $1600), a ""surge protector"" (cost $600) and, by the way I need a new motor (cost $996). I told him to finish the inspection and I would consider his proposals. This morning I turned on the system and all that was coming out was cold air. I did a rudimentary check of the system and found out the condenser unit outside of the house had been switched into the off position. I turned it back on and the system is again working just fine. The only one who was near my condenser unit was Michael and I am left with only one conclusion: He turned the condenser off in a fit of picque because while he was in selling mode, I was not in buying mode. I called Airworks and canceled the ""family plan"" If I want my system sabotaged in the future, I can find someone else to do it a lot cheaper

They arrived on time and sent a text ahead of time. This time, they were out to clean my ducts. They did great prep work, putting up plastic and drop clothes to keep the place clean. Chris and Sam did a great job and explained what they were doing.

I feel very safe when they leave because they are very thorough so I will definitely stay with a AirWorks so they can maintenance my Heat And Air every six months they have a great payment plans. We had excellent service by Edwyn. Our thermostat went out and he took the time and energy to figure out the source of the problem as well as correcting the problem.
