I made use of the service maintenance contract and Edwin from AirWorks came to check on my heating/Air conditioning unit.
Edwin was very diligent in servicing my unit and found a couple of components that were not working as they should. He showed me the defective parts after he replaced them and explained how they should work. The air conditioning was working much, much more efficiently by the time left. Thank you Edwin!

Recently called them for potentially installing a new AC unit, or perhaps trying to patch together the old unit for a few more months.

As it turned out, other priorities prevailed and we needed to abandon any attention to the AC problem, to concentrate on more immediate needs.

But I want to commend the estimator who came out to assess the situation, make recommendations, and even provide an estimate on a couple of different AC models.

Their representative, Mike, was a credit to their company and to good ethical business practices. He was pleasant, patient, and personable spending considerable time and expertise showing us different facets of the current system and potential alternatives to address our current needs.

As noted above, the circumstances changed and we could not go forth with the project, but based on this representative, Mike, I highly recommend contacting AirWorks AC for any potential HVAC needs you develop.

My story with AirWorks Solutions is LONG and I'm not going to get into the entire thing BUT I will say that in the 2.5 months that we have been dealing with Airworks, they have been extremely helpful, honest, conscientious and nice! Seriously, a few of the guys are now like family to us! When we've called them, they returned the call and come out as soon as they could. We felt like a priority to them which is so rare these days! We feel so lucky to have found them. We had to get an entire new system...everything...and in searching around for quotes, some wouldn't even come to the house but offered quotes on the phone. Red flag for sure. This wasn't the lowest quote we got (not by much) BUT Mike came out, measured and researched what would be the best options for us to consider. I somehow had the feeling that the other lower company was going to 'find' things that magically jacked up the rate. Airworks did everything they said they would do and more. There were a few issues (not on their part) and they all seemed SO interested in actually finding the solution. It felt more like a mission than just a job. EVERY single guy that came to the house loved their job. THAT says something. Special shout outs to Kristy in the office, our sales guy, Mike, and technicians Edwyn, Antonio, James & Mike and ALL the guys that came to our house. We truly loved them all.

If you need HVAC service, we highly recommend Air Works Solutions and our technician, Sam Schaefer, for all your needs. They are honest, reliable and fair priced. The first company that came out greatly inflated repair cost and advisability and pushed for whole system replacement at outrageous prices which, of course, they could start same day. Our system is 11 years old and AIr Works Solutions added Freon and leak fix for 1/4 of what the upsellers quoted and said we had at least 10 to 11 more years on the unit. I guess the first company business model is to try to take advantage of old people and Air Works Solutions business model is to do good work,

Airworks installed a complete HVAC system for us including furnace, AC, new ducts and zoning. Everything was perfect from the communication to the work and equipment. The pricing was very competitive. This is a family owned business and they make sure every customer is fully satisfied. Don't go anywhere else for HVAC.

STOP AND GO NO FURTHER FOR A HVAC PLACE.... If you're looking for
HONESTY; CLEANLINESS; REASONABLE; PROFESSIONAL and ON THE BALL this is the place.

I have used Air Works for years! They have never disappointed me. A year ago I finally had to replace the condenser. It was more than 20 years old. They tried as long as they could to keep it going with minimal cost.

All of a sudden a week ago (when it started getting hot) the AC did not seem to be cooling as much as I felt it should. So I called Air Works. They came out the next day. Austin was the guy that came out. He was clean, kind, thorough, professional and honest!!! It turned out a piece that was installed in the furnace last year (when the condenser was replaced), was recalled. So they are ordering a new part and will install Monday.

The bottom line is, Austin (like Steve and Sam before), could have said anything, but he was HONEST!!!! This is how EVERYONE at Air Works is, including the owners, Kevin and Stephanie. In order to run a great company you have to have GREAT OWNERS!! It all starts from the top!
