From the beginning, I had a great feeling about AiRight. Not only were they listing as a go-to for installation of an auto shut-off valve. They were one of the few who walked through the process with me. From Anette reaching out to understand the service I needed to Terry, who called to get an idea of what parts were still needed to get an estimated cost and finally to Luis who talked through the design and what would be needed to install the valve. These valves are becoming a necessary item for house insurance, and I'm glad I was in the hands of AiRight!

So after looking for a plumber to come out and do my water heater flash, and after several estimates given, I couldn't believe the prices that i was getting then we called Air and the quality of service on the phones with their office and the owner was amazing. we decided to go with AiRight. They came out right on time as they said they flushed my water heater also noticed a few other little things that they pointed out and dressed right away for me at a reasonable price. We had several other estimates that were almost 3 times as much so if you're looking for a good quality service with a friendly attitude and a crew that shows up on time and cleans up tremendously after they leave like they were never there and the best price call AiRight cooling heating and plumbing and I even booked them to do service on my AC so I know I'll be in good hands this year call Terry He'll make sure you get what you need done at a fair price. Quick responding, contacted Rheem before I did, walked me through the Home Depot/Rheem warranty process. The techs basically escorted me through the store when we picking up the replacement water heater and extra parts. Not only Terry was great, but the techs were also. Have to mention Chris, Luis and Christian. I felt they were going to take care of my family's problem when I first met them and they didn't disappoint! Thank you!

Professional, courteous, honest, and solution oriented. We called on July 4th and Joseph the field supervisor took our call and immediately came out to service a plumbing and sewer issue. Our property had recurring back up problems caused by invading roots and a belly in the sewer line that needed resolution since we were having to jet the clean out every 3-6 months. After scoping the clean out Joseph provided a solution that would be more long term. He didn't want us to constantly have to lose money by having someone service the back up. He is honest, helpful, and committed to working with his client to resolve the problem. AiRight is a locally owned company willing to go beyond expectations while providing fair and reasonable quotes. We wanted to support our local business and glad that we chose and found AiRight. Called AiRight on Friday when my water heater broke down. Chris from AiRight showed up Friday evening, diagnosed the problem. On Saturday morning Chris had ordered the part from the manufacturer and reached out to us to let us know he was on top of the problem. By Tuesday the water heater was back up and working. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and the work. Would definitely use them again and recommend them as well.

Had a typical heating issue with it only blowing out cold air. Not good! Well, they showed up bright and early, got it fixed and serviced. I actually learned a few things as well. Airight did a great job on our laundry room conversion. We moved the washer/dryer to the garage, which required new hookups there, and then converted the laundry room in to a galley kitchen, which involved replacing the sink, installing new disposal, dishwasher, water purification system, and water line to refrigerator, as well as cutting back and capping gas line. Competitively priced, flexible with scheduling, showed up on time over the 2 days to complete, left work area clean, worked with me on a few changes to scope. Would work with them again.
