Terry and Mark installed a new furnace for me in just a few hours with a very reasonable price. I had called another company to get a quote and after three calls and no response I called Airtight. Terry answered my call right away and had a price for me the same day. Installation took place a few days later.

10/10 From my side I highly recommend Terry and Team. We instllaed Ethical h20 whole house water filteration and conditioning system with Terry and Chris. They are awesome. They are on time very friendly charged very less compared to the estimates outside. They spent 4 plus hours doing a great job re installing the System putting back . They are friendly and professional. For all my cooling Heating and plumbing needs its a one stop going forward..

used the referral system on Yelp to find a plumber to help me install a new faucet and re-install my garbage disposal and drain pipe assembly on a new sink.

I received several calls, but only a few would give me any type of estimate over the phone. Some of the bids were astonishingly high, even though I told them I had all the parts.

I was in a time crunch, as installation of the sink had run late into the week and I needed my kitchen as soon as possible. Terry at Airight Cooling, Heating and Plumbing, Inc. called me back after business hours (within 30 minutes of my request) and asked me a few questions about the job. He quoted me a price range over the phone that was very reasonable, and also told me he could have a plumber at my house first thing in the morning.

Chris was the plumber Terry sent. He showed up on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite, very clean worker also. He wore booties, wore a mask, answered all of my questions and did a great job! He also informed me of an electrical safety issue with the disposal so I could have it repaired.

They charged me less than the upper end of the estimate and got me back into my kitchen within an hour!

Having any type of repair work is so expensive and tough to have completed these days. I am so grateful to Terry and Chris for helping me!

My heater stopped working and the insurance company sent a technician a week later that told me I needed to replace the heater. After 5 days if not hearing back from my insurance, the company they had sent called me to say my claim wouldn't be covered but they could just come over and replace my heater. The quote they gave me was pretty high and I later found out that the report they provided was the reason why the insurance wouldn't cover the replacement. I started getting quotes and AI called right away. They gave me all the info I needed and immediately scheduled someone to come replace it. Luis came by and told me the connection I had wouldn't be able to fit a direct vent heater. He instead proposed a tankless heater. He came back with all the right gear and spent 6hrs doing a great job reinstalling all the pipes and putting the new heater. He was super professional and helpful.

My toilet was clogged with bathroom tissue. I tried many times to unclog it myself, but not even the vinegar/baking soda method would work! After checking Yelp reviews, I called AiRight and they were able to send someone within an hour to take care of the issue. The charge was $100, but it was a lot less than an another company that was available that quickly. The tech who did the job was Chris and he was friendly and professional. He said that the work was guaranteed for 30 days, too. He was able to unclog the toilet in about 5 minutes. Yahoo! I hope I won't need to contact them, again, but if the need arises, I won't hesitate.

Responsive service with fair pricing!

We needed to replace the washer outlet box & valve assembly in the wall of our laundry room in preparation for the delivery of a new washer & dryer set. This typically involves opening up the drywall to facilitate cutting the pipes going to the valves, removing the enclosure, installing the new valve & box assembly, then closing up the drywall.

I contacted several heating & plumbing services for quotes, and their prices were at or above the price quoted by Ed, AiRight's technician, but all of them wanted an additional fee to do a basic repair of the drywall that was almost as much as the fee replace the assembly itself. And by basic, I mean replacement of the drywall section that needed to be cut out to remove & replace the existing outlet assembly. Ed was able to keep the drywall removal to a minimum but still replace the assembly. All that's left is for me to do is apply some drywall mud & tape to fill/cover the seam, sand & texture coat it, then paint the repair area - all of which is pretty straightforward.

All in all, a very good experience!

Had a tenant going 4 days without hot water and getting the run around from two other plumbers. Tried 7 other supposedly ""emergency plumbing services"" and they all couldn't show up the same evening. Called AiRight, spoke to the owner and he had his plumber out there in 20 minutes. It wasn't cheap, and the fix required a second visit the next morning, but it got done and I have a happy tenant again.
