I called them on a Saturday and they were out in less than two hours. Called when he was 20 minutes away as well. I have a Home Warranty and they referred us to two different A/C companies and before I found AirFlo. Both of the referrals didn't answer their phones on Saturday so we left messages. One returned the call within an hour but said they do weekends and would be out Monday. The other returned the call hours later and same story - no service until Monday. Being in Palm Springs waiting 2+ days for service just isn't an option. AirFlo was prompt, Technician explained all he was doing. Made suggestion but no hard sale either. I highly recommend them. AND, now have them programmed into the phone.

Adam and AJ just left after successfully getting my unit up and running. They were superb, I couldn't be happier! 3 different A/C contractors told me I needed it replaced but they came out, took one look, said they could fix and they sure did! It was so mickey moused with all the wrong parts they were here quite awhile. But they had all the parts they needed to replace in their truck and I am a very happy camper. I trust them completely and encourage everyone to use them. I love supporting a local family business. You'll be very pleased.

I'm very unhappy with the service, had been overcharged for part which had been on their truck, but explained that price is including cost of getting it from their office, because it is their way to have some profit. On top of this they didn't mind to get tip, which they didn't deserve. So be aware of unfair tactics!

So great. Adam and Andrew came at the agreed upon time and listened for the grinding noise coming from my outside unit. He quickly assessed the problem but still thoroughly went through the unit to make sure exactly what needed repair. He replaced the fan motor and a couple of other gizmo things. They didn't rush through the repair. They checked to make sure everything was taken care of and running smoothly. They cleaned out and tested and did whatever they did to make my unit run quietly. The price was reasonable and the conversation was fun too. AirFlo is definitely my go to call for A/C in the desert.

They did a good job, but *way* over-charged me for materials. I understand they have to make money on materials, but when I priced out the materials, it was about 350% more than the price at Home Depot. (He charged me $100 for something that cost $29.95). But, everything is working very well, so I can't really complain. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the over-charging of materials and I won't be using them again because of the over-charge.
