Today was my 4th experience with Adam and his team over the past 9 years. They are incredibly reliable, clean, prompt and honest. We finally had to retire the 45 year old furnace that they kept alive for me way past its reasonable usage. Other guys would most likely have tried to sell a complete new unit on the first cal. No high pressure salesmen. Just honest techs that know what they are doing and take the time to explain it to you in a very basic language. I highly recommend them!

Adam is awesome! Known the guy for awhile did some work for his company. When my AC went out he was my first call he arranged to make me his first appointment in the AM so I didn't have to miss too much work, showed up even earlier then expected, got my AC up and running super fast, put up w/ my dumb dogs and brought along the sweetest technician to help him! He is honest, fair and super professional. Skip the big guys trust me. I know them all. If you want great service and superior knowledge with out the dog and pony sales stunts call Airflo. His pricing was fantastically fair too and my AC is cooling better then it has in years.

Adam arrived on time, diagnosed our A.C. problem quickly and promptly performed the repair. He did an overall check of the system, completed testing and verified it was working properly before leaving.
The price was fair and we would certainly call him again if we needed assistance.

Calling three company I finally got Adam the owner is Air Flow and he was very professional and other companies had quoted 2,600 to fix my heater. They were crooks all of them. Their licenses should be taken away. The final bill was 400. The son was working with his father and was very polite and they work as a team. I highly recommend their service and you will never use any other company. Honest and professional. Being a women I strongly search for honest and professional people who treat women as a equal and not take advantage of women. I can not say enough about Adam and his son. thank you Adam for being so honest.

Even though our HVAC was working just fine, we figured after at least 8 yrs of doing very little maintenance to our unit, that we should have someone come out and do a tune up. We called several companies in the area who had excellent ratings but they were all booked out at least 2 weeks but this company was actually referred to us by another company. I spoke directly to the Owner (Adam) and I did like the fact that you get the owner directly and not some receptionist or a voice mail! And to my surprise (since we have had record hot temps in the area for a month plus) he was still able to get his tech out the next morning! Juan and his apprentice came out as promised and on time. By the time they were done, we had about $500 of items that they said we needed to address which was a little shocking but we trusted him because of the age of the unit and agreed to go ahead with the work. After they left though, the system amazingly would not cool at all so I called Adam back and he returned our call right away (which was good) and his guys were back here in less than 30 min (which was great)!! However after they checked the system out and got it running (cooling), they said the issue was due to a faulty (corroded) contact. They said the part was going to cost us $150 with labor. Now remember we have not had ANY issues with the system for 8 yrs and here the first time these guys are out, we now have zero cooling and we are already in it for $500! They tried to tell us this was just a coincidence but we werent buying it. We told them to just leave it (since the system was cooling after Juan pulled the cover off) but this left a bad taste in our mouths. However, Adam called us back shortly after they left and while he initially said the same thing, he did the right thing and that was to get the guys back out and install a new contact AT NO CHARGE. We understand people make mistakes and whether this was their mistake/oversight or a 1 in a million coincidence of a contact just going bad after they left, I dont think anyone can say for sure but Adam stepped up and did the right thing from a customer service standpoint. I applaude him for this and would recommend them based on this because things like this happen with the best of companies but it's how they handle it and he handled it correctly!

I called AirFlo yesterday and explained to Adam that my AC was just not performing up to par. No emergency, but could he please send someone to look at it over the next week or so. The very next day Juan came out, and did a really thorough check of my whole system. It just needed some freon. Juan also put in a colored sealant, so that if it leaks again, we will know where to look. He also mentioned that the capacitors were starting to be in less than peak shape, but advised me not to replace them just yet. He will check them again in March when I call them for an annual checkup. And I will be doing that, by the way - calling AirFlo for annual checkups. They have earned a loyal customer!

Adam came out to look at my heating problem. Adam diagnosed the problem and did a through and quick repair. I have used Airflo in the past and will continue to use them in the future for all heating and AC problems.

I called them on a Saturday and they were out in less than two hours. Called when he was 20 minutes away as well. I have a Home Warranty and they referred us to two different A/C companies and before I found AirFlo. Both of the referrals didn't answer their phones on Saturday so we left messages. One returned the call within an hour but said they do weekends and would be out Monday. The other returned the call hours later and same story - no service until Monday. Being in Palm Springs waiting 2+ days for service just isn't an option. AirFlo was prompt, Technician explained all he was doing. Made suggestion but no hard sale either. I highly recommend them. AND, now have them programmed into the phone.

Adam and AJ just left after successfully getting my unit up and running. They were superb, I couldn't be happier! 3 different A/C contractors told me I needed it replaced but they came out, took one look, said they could fix and they sure did! It was so mickey moused with all the wrong parts they were here quite awhile. But they had all the parts they needed to replace in their truck and I am a very happy camper. I trust them completely and encourage everyone to use them. I love supporting a local family business. You'll be very pleased.
