Updating: Wes called and made things right. He stood by their mistakes, which everyone makes, just wish it hadn't taken that to get resolved. But, it's good to know that senior management will take care of their customers when they realize there's something wrong.

I had Airco replace a large A/C unit and 2 water heaters. For the 2 water heaters, they said that somehow the gas line near the water heater they just installed got a hole and started leaking and I need to pay for it, what a coincidence that it broke right when they were installing the water heater right next to the new hole, like a foot away. He said he would only charge me for the parts. He also pushed my roof vent up on the roof so the bare metal was exposed so I had to hire another company to fix that. I believe that was their recommendation for exhausting, but they wouldn't even get back to me with a quote to fix it so I had to find someone else. Their services manager called me and told me that I have to pay for the gas leak, so I paid him $275. Then I received an invoice from Airco for fixing the roof (which they didn't do) for over 4 times the amount I paid and fixing the gas leak for over $600 after paying the $275 two months earlier which they said covered it. I really regret using Airco, them trying to get me to pay for something they didn't do and then trying to recharge me over twice as much for something I already paid for. Looks like small claims might be next for me because they are "still looking into it"

Airco was very prompt to respond when our downstairs unit kicked the bucket. Jeremy showed up the next day and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. To repair the issues was very reasonable and completed in less than an hour. I highly recommend contacting them to beat the heat. Amazing job Jeremy and Airco.

I scheduled a Monday afternoon service call on the weekend at the beginning of an early summer streak of 100+ degree days and wasn't sure if the online scheduling system was too good to be true, but it panned out wonderfully. Jon called me right in the sweet spot of the scheduled window and let me know he would be at my house in 30 minutes and his timing was spot on. Jon very clearly and in good detail went over what he'd be looking at for the tune-up service and was gracious to let me watch as he talked through the various checks and answered my questions along the way. At the end of the service call, Jon explained payment options, including the various maintenance plans offered by Airco and at no point did I feel pressured or being oversold. In addition to being technically proficient and able to explain to me each part of the process, Jon was incredibly personable. I signed up for a maintenance plan and would 100% use Airco when my older AC system is in need of replacement in a few years.

Our AC went out on the eve of a long planned vacation. Mauricio came out at 9:30pm and determined that our extremely old unit had bitten the dust (this, in the middle of a heat wave). He called his service manager, who arrived at 7am the next morning to help us select a new unit and schedule a replacement date. The emergency service charge was credited toward the new unit. Installation went well and we are as cool as a couple of cucumbers with our new AC. We are so appreciative for everyone that helped work around this vacation and get us up and running in such a timely manner.

Came home to find our AC unit not cooling. With temperatures rising, called both my normal AC guy and several companies advertising emergency service. Nobody could give me service for two days. Except one. In twenty-five minutes Airco had one of their manager techs out to replace a capacitor and fixed the system. Yes, we had called outside of hours for this emergency. Yes, we paid a premium but it was less than two nights in a hotel and again...twenty-five minutes and he was there. Worth every penny.
