Drain from bathtub leak behind the wall. After the leak was located. Dominic showed us we're the leak was coming from and explained what he was going to do in order fix it. After the work was completed the area was clean and where the wall had to be accessed in order to get to the leak was also repaired. highly recommend Air Pro Master and hopefully it's Dominic that responds. Gabriel came to my sister in laws home to service her unit for the change of season. He asked her questions about her home and unit. He came to realization after initial inspection that her unit was under warranty with another company and stated that he could potential void the warranty if he works on the unit and he advised her to call the installing company to service the unit.

Austin is the Best!

This was the best experience I've ever had with a home warranty service request. I got the call from Air Pro Master within 2 hours of creating the request for my AC unit (I submitted it at 6:30 am) and the young lady on the phone was friendly and helpful.

Then the service technician showed up within another 2 hours. Austin was friendly, professional, and courteous. He listened to my description of what was happening, got on the roof to see what he could find, and quickly determined the problem. He had the part on hand that was needed to make the repair so there was no waiting to get my AC back up and running. And for those of us in Las Vegas, we know how important having this working can be, sometimes life threatening. Austin showed me the damaged part, explained what it is for and how it was damaged, and sent me video of the repairs at the ac unit itself (my days of getting on a roof are behind me).

He even gave me some tips about the filter I should be using for the unit I have so that it works better and can hopefully keep it in great shape for a very long time.

I've got to say, there have been times when I've had to utilize the home warranty A LOT! Out of all of these service calls ... this one is the absolute best experience I've ever had! If I could figure out a way that Air Pro Master and Austin are always chosen when I submit a service request I would make sure that happens.

stay far away.... Hot Water Heater went out filed claim with Home Warranty Company. They sent out this horrible company who sent BOGUS Report back claiming Inaccessible. Its totally Accessible.. My Disabled A$$ could easily access and replace... They just trying to scam more money it appears.

Mario helped me by diagnosing the issue with my unit and was very fast and efficient on getting my home warranty to approve the compressor for my ac.
