Beware!!! Techs have no idea what they are doing. We dealt with them more than once because of our home warranty. The customer service people are rude as hell and they tried to charge us $6,000 for our A/C and we had someone else fix it for $500. We had a water leak and first they said it was the pool so we had to call a pool company but they found no leak. We call APM out again and they said the leak was in the bathroom and they would rp open the walls. We requested a new tech and that guy said it was a slab leak and the would need to charge $7,000. Fnally we called someone else and they found the leak was in the sprinklers. stay away from these guys.

These people sent to me through my AHS warranty. They do not care for their clients. My ac needed repair. They came out, found the problem, then ignored me completely. I had to do the calls, and they still did not care. I think the repair main seemed very knowledgable. It is the staff on the phone. The first day, she was busy! training someone. I am sure that did not come out well, since she was so lame. Use someone else. I am reporting on Angie's list as well

This company was sent out through home warranty. My a/c broke on a Saturday. Warranty company said they can't send someone out till Monday. Air pros get here on Monday and says my blower fan is broken. Says he has to order the part and could take 3-4 days. WTF, I live in Vegas! Parts should be readily available. A week and a half later, and the hottest week so far, I'm still waiting for the part to be installed. Thank god for Sam's Club and portable air conditioners.

I cannot say enough about Air Pro Master. First, Tiersa was so easy to set appointments with, and her follow up was great. Roman I can't praise enough--prompt, efficient, diligent, and great at trouble shooting, even guiding me over the phone when our air conditioner stopped working a fourth time late at night. He truly cares about his clients' comfort, and is very frank and clear in his explanations of what could possibly be causing the issue, and what the fixes for each would be. He also followed up with a call to make sure everything was working correctly (our a/c had a series of issues so he had to come out multiple times). I can't recommend them enough.

Came out for a service call (home warranty), did what they could under the warranty. Jesus A. showed up on time and finished the job in timely manner. Jesus were extremely professional, personable, polite & knowledgeable.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Again this was through AHS, Air Pro Master came out yesterday because we have a leak. Well, the two techs they sent couldn't have been more incompetent, lazy, or full of BS if you tried. They took a two second look at the water dripping from my ceiling and said, ""oh this is a big job, we thought it was just a hot water heater leak."" Then they had the audacity to say that he has a friend who could trace the leak for FREE, who is from a mold-remediation company (WHAT?!!) How would this tech know if mold was even an issue unless he actually did the work and opened up the ceiling to take a look. To add insult to injury this goofball has the prepared excuse of ""well if we get started now we don't know what kind of hardware we'll need to fix the repair and the stores are closed"". Mind you this was at 6:30PM and to my knowledge any home repair store stays open to at least 9PM. If that wasn't the epitome of being absolutely pathetic then I don't know what is. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM, AND AMERICAN HOME SHIELD SHOULD HAVE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM FOR SENDING OUT SUCH GARBAGE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!

Horrible company!!!! My home warranty co. sent them to me for AC repair. The guy showed up before his scheduled appointment. Then he said he would return during his scheduled time, but never showed up or called. Now AHS my home warranty is billing for a $100.00 service call. They are saying just because he showed up before his scheduled time, did nothing that I have to still pay my service call. This is a great fraudulent way of making money. Just show up anytime you want, and say here I am, don't do anything and make a $100.00.

update: Their manager called me the day after I posted this and said he would talk to the repair guy and call me back tomorrow. That was a week ago.

Today Jesus A. came to fix my water heater and garbage disposal. I am extremely satisfied!
Jesus showed up in appointed time frame, was very polite and professional. He finished the job in 10 minutes and gave me necessary instructions how to avoid repairs in future. Thank you very much!

The worst... American home shield contracts with them and I have already reported the following issues :
1) Tech claimed unit was dirty and needed to be acid washed (see other reviews for this)
I had another a/c company come and look at the unit, they said it wasn't bad, but I had it acid washed by the other company anyway
2) Air pro master contacted AHS and advised them to decline coverage even though the AHS contract states that coverage is provided even with lack of cleaning or maintaining unit.
3) Air pro master told me that nothing had been done, but AHS said parts were replaced and the other a/c company said someone had been ""messing"" with it.
I wasn't on the roof, but after reading the other reviews; I don't want anything to ever do with this company again. Interestingly, a bunch of the positive reviews are from out of state people. Hmmmmm

Our AC quit on a 108 degree day. We have AHS and they sent the service request to Air Pro Masters. We called them at 9:00 AM and the technician arrived at 11:30. By 11:45 he had fixed the problem, which was a bad capacitor. Great and speedy service on a Saturday!
