Called to get an estimate to have our unit moved from one end of the patio to the other. They sent Jeremy out same day. He was very professional and answered all our questions and concerns. They sent us the estimate and within minutes of me signing the agreement they called me to schedule appointment to do work. Two days later Jeremy showed up with another worker and got the job done. Both were very professional and did an awesome job. Cleaned everything before they left and made sure the unit was working correctly. Will definitely be calling them in the future for any air conditioning or heater needs.

My ac unit stopped working on the hottest day of the year. The ac unit was making a buzzing noise and not rotating. The unit is 30 years old and i was afraid replacement was the only option however tech Richard Lozano came out within 3 hours and said this is a quality unit and has years of life left. He replaced the fan motor, blade, capacitor and deep maintenance cleaning done within 4 hours. Im very thankful my air conditioner was up and running keeping family cool.

They were SO good!!!!! Husband and I couldn't handle the heat anymore and neither could our indoor animals. Richard showed up yesterday, spent time with us, didn't try to jerk us around, and gave us a reasonable estimate and explanation of what they would do. Hired on the spot. Started today with Immanuel (I was at work, husband came home), and by the time I got home, oh...my...GOD! I have a cool house!!!! Yay! I cant say enough good things about this company and it's employees. They are really amazing, and interact with you, and you can so tell they're not lying to you (like so many other ass companies). We ever have another air (or heating problem), I now have my go to. 5 stars!!!

My home AC stopped working in the middle of last week. Called a couple of places, some couldn't come out the same day and some charged extra to come out. I called air one air conditioning and right away they set me up with an appointment and took care of my AC issue. I strongly recommend them for their honesty and great prices. They even signed me up for a yearly fee to maintain my unit gave me a discount for signing up. Let me tell you, most places sell then next time they'll give you a deal, air one took care of me and saved me around 200.00 thank you. I strongly recommend them, their annual feel for maintaining the AC unit it's cheaper than getting the service when needed twice a year. This will be better then calling someone when the unit goes down, it can get very expensive.

Thank you air one, you have no idea what a great feeling it is having someone that knows that they're doing.

Before you waste your time and money, give them a call. I Can guarantee that you'll stick with them, it's hard to find honest and knowledgeable ac companies.

Oh and I had them install a new Nest thermostat because it needed to be re-wired. I called them today, handled the same day! They're awesome!

This air company was outstanding. The service is the main reason why it's so high. Just everything was amazing about. Steve was the guy that came over I think. He honestly was amazing willingly to put the prices down. He honestly deserves a raise. I just wish he could stay for dinner. He said that he will in 3 days but called us and said he would come tomorrow and said that he is just looking out for costumer satisfaction. Which is incredible that he said that. Now I know who to call of my air-conditioning brakes down again.

Third time we have called them out. First time was years ago for a maintenance. Then a few years ago for a fan replacement in the ac unit. This tome was for a clogged drip line for the ac. Really nice crew, showed me the clog, repaired and tested to make sure no leaks. Will continue to use them price is reasonable and quick service.

The triage and diagnosis of the problem was spot on. The alternatives of repair problem or replacing A/C were appropriate. The estimates were in line with competitors. Workmanship was fast, complete, and with quality.

Our issue was resolved correctly the first time, writhing the timeframe projected, and at the cost projected.
