My AC unit broke down in my back house when the summer temperature was 102. Air one showed up the same day to give me an estimate, they were able to install a Samsung mini split unit the next day. AC is up and running, service was great and price was affordable. I will definitely use them again if my other unit goes down.

Great service, will use again. From the minute I called to the minute my a/c was up and running again was no more than an hour. They showed up within 15 minutes of my call and got the job done effortlessly. Ricky had the part i needed in his van. They're known to stay stocked with all the parts youll possibly need. Thanks Richard, Ricky, and Melissa. Only problem I had was with the bill being unclear as to what I was being charged for. Other yelp reviews proves this seems to be a common issue. Made a quick call and everything was broken down to me. Other than that everything was great. Once again thanks guys. See you next year!

Never cold in Cali .. :-) except when your daughter has her first child and she is living with you. I really feel I was taken advantage of because I was desperate to have the heat back on because I had a newborn in the house. I had a hard time finding anyone to come out because I have an older house and a dual sided wall heater. Air One was the first that said they could do the work and be there the next day. Upon arrival Ronald inspected the heater and concluded it would cost 695.00 to repair the heater! I was floored at the price so I asked how much to replace the heater he said 1400!! Again I was taken back. Being that they were the only ones out of many I had called that said they worked on my type of heater I didn't know what to do. I was desperate and it was freezing. I asked if he fixed it would that take care of it ? he expained that my unit was very old and other parts could go out. I asked if he could get a better price for replacment as I could not afford this kind of money. He went out called his ""boss"" ? came back and said no 1400 was the best they could do. I asked for a break down so I could understand what I am paying for i.e. price of the heater, labor etc.. he said he could not do that, that 1400 was the flat price. I went ahead with if out of pure desperation having a gut feeling I was making a mistake and oh boy was I. I looked up the unit I got a Cozy W505F(g) 50 k btu. This retails for 566.26 this means I paid 833.74 on labor and tax !! plus the rating on this unit are not very good. Ronald did a good job with the install and I am sure he is told what to say and do and didn't personaly want to rip me off this I am sure was the company and the ""boss"" he called. Do your homework before letting this company do the work for you.

I found this company thru the Amazon prime home service. I sent an email Friday evening to fix my AC. This company responded by Sunday evening (the same weekend) I had a scheduled appointment that Tuesday the same week. All this was done thru Amazon when you set up payment for the service, at a fixed price. I received a call about a half hour before there scheduled arrival time. Ron from Air One, found the problem, & fixed the problem in less than an hour. The cost of repair was very reasonable and deducted from the cost of the service call. Ron also explained to me what might happen in the future for needed repair. If your concerned about the cost of the repair, make sure to get a quote before they finish the work. This company is very fast, has very knowledgable technicians, and will not waist your time. Use them, you will not be disappointed in any way.

My air conditioning was slowly declining, and then it was just blowing hot air. I was certain it was simply low on refrigerant. I made some phone calls to find a company that could come today. Air One called me right back after making sure the technician was available. Two and a half hours after my initial phone call, I was sitting in a nice, cool house. It was, in fact low on refrigerant. The cost was reasonable, the price I expected.

Richard came with his son, Richard. I always appreciate family working together, and they made a good team.

I will use Air One again. My experience was a simple fix, so I appreciated the short time it took to cool us down.
