Very satisfied with Air One, especially their technician Ricky who is very capable and honest with his evaluation and estimate. The Air condition maintenance work he did today was the second job he has done for us. The first job he did on our rental property, he was able to identify right away that the problem was just the filter, whereas the first company that made the evaluation said that they need to inspect the whole air conditioning line and was charging us thousands to fix it.

I got 3 different quotes for air conditioning and Air One was the most accurate. They went up into my attic and took pictures of the air ducts to show me exactly what needed to be done. They arrived timely and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them. Their technicians were very polite, and worth it.

Feeling Ripped off! I would give a 0 but it didn't allow me too. AC guy came out quick which was great. However he said it needed Freon and he added 3 pounds and charged me $330. AC worked fine for 2 weeks then it stopped cooling. I called Air one and they came back to tell me that my AC unit had a leak and that it will cost $3,000 to fix it. I feel so ripped off they should of told me that from the beginning instead of ripping me off for $330. If you AC goes out make sure you ask your friends about one, I went of google reviews and didn't work out for me. I rather know what's wrong from the get go. I reach out to another company which was referred by a good friend and they did the job the right way!

Air One A/C was the first company that actually took my call and showed up to inspect my A/C unit. I had been making calls to numerous companies for the last couple weeks and some wouldn't even return a call to schedule an appointment.

The technician, Ricky, was wonderful, polite and took the time to explain everything so I could understand it.

I would highly recommend Air One to anyone that needs a repair, service or is looking for a new A/C system for their home.

I had a great experience with Air One, Rocky came out to my home within a matter of hours and had the issue resolved in 20 minutes. I didn't realize the importance of maintaining the outdoor AC and he showed me the areas that need to be kept up and replaced the broken part.
