Just wanted to make sure I came on here to give a review on this company. They are a small business, family owned and operated. They came out to service our 20 year old AC unit and got it up to great shape. So grateful we didn't need a new unit quite yet, but when we do, we will be sure to use them. They have also replaced our water heater. Quality service and very reasonably priced in a timely manner. They are also so kind and courteous. They have great customer service. Which is very much appreciated especially in this time.

Had this company come out to service our unit, and boy, was that a mistake! The unit we have was the original unit when the home was built 38 years ago and has out lived many newer HVAC systems. We were just contacting them to do regular service. Their lead technician and salesman (NOTE: Air1, even displays this person on the billboards in Rialto and Fontana) was sent out. DO NOT let him touch your system. What should have been a service call after the summer season turned out to be a complete nightmare. Here is a summary of the mess that the Air1 technician left us to deal with: He zeroed out all of the refrigerant which has caused the compressor not to come on, disconnected the capacitor and wiring which stopped the condenser fan from working when it was functioning before he touched the unit. The technician stated we had a major leak, but my husband noticed that the technician was being sly and not connecting wiring back in the original way it was found, which cause more issues for our AC. The technician never verified or traced back the with the copper line to identify the leak and confirm it. His technique was to damage the compressor by destroying the prongs and wiring because it can't be repaired and therefore a new unit needs to be purchased. Ultimately to sell us a new system. This can only be done if something appears to be broken. Luckily, my husband is mechanically inclined and had a general understanding of the equipment he knew this technician was trying to hustle us and make a big sell. My husband thanked him and asked him to reconnect the condenser back to its original state. We were charged $189 for the visit, and now a non working unit, even though when they arrived, everything was fine we just needed our unit cleaned out and the refrigerant was a little low due to use over a long period of time. As expected, we received a call from the main office wanting to discuss options to provide a for an entirely new HVAC system that would have cost us between 18k -23k.

So my advice to you is when looking for a HVAC company to service your equipment take time to get reviews and has a trusted reputation in the business and not just out to sell you something new to help keep their sales stats high.

NOTE: We had to hire a private HVAC repair guy who had to clean up the mess the AirOne tech caused. This repair guy worked with us to restore our unit and correct shady work that the AirOne tech messed up and proved that there was nothing ever wrong with our Trane HVAC system. Just because it is old doesn't mean it doesn't work and that new is not always best.

Review Update: I spoke with a rep with Air One AC regarding my negative service experience. Had a chance to share my concerns and feedback. Understanding this is a family owned small business customer service is very important to the success of their business. They were just as disheartened by the level of service that was provided and committed to use this experience as a training opportunity. Thank you again for taking time to speak with me.

Initially, we were looking for a company who installed air scrubbers as we wanted to improve the air quality in our home. We did get consult from a couple of companies but we went with Air One because Richard gave the most thorough and helpful feedback and suggestions. Immediately, trust was established. He discussed the pros and cons of an air scrubber and plasma air. We went with the latter based on Richard's recommendation. Communication with Air One was exceptional. There were frequent updates via email, text, and phone call. When Richard came to install, he did a really great job. He ensured the space was tidied up and neat before leaving. We would recommend Air One to anyone!

Ps. We worked with another Air company prior and absolutely love them but they did not offer service for air scrubbers. After meeting Richard and having such a good experience, we feel comfortable in switching over.

Thank you so much Air One for coming out so quickly!! My heating system stopped working and my house was freezing. Service Tech ""Ricky"" came out and found the problem right away. He was very professional and clear in explaining exactly what was going on. I'm so grateful for all your help Air One and will never go anywhere else for my heating and air conditioning needs!! I recently bought a new a/c unit and was experiencing issues with my drain pump. Called their office and Trina immediately got me on schedule to address. The owner, Richard Sr. showed up accompanied by Deon(who sold me the unit) and Andrew. They deciphered problem within a matter of minutes and rectified the problem. The system now works great and I'm a happy camper. Air One's personnel are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a good quality product with 5 star customer service.

Our a/c and heater tripped and air one came in a few hours later. Ricky communicated everything thats going on and really worked hard to fix our a/c. He explained the issue and the best resolution. He is also takes his time and does not rush on fixing our a/c. They are also willing to work on your schedule and do everything that they can to solve your problem. Thanks ricky and air one!

This summer has been so hot, and I've had what seemed like a 30+ year old AC system that wasn't getting the job done. I reached out to Air One for an estimate and was immediately contacted by one of their customer service representatives to set an appointment. Air One's Comfort Advisor, Jason, was at my house within just a few hours to present my husband and I with the best options suited for our home. Jason was very personable and was not your average ""pushy"" salesman. Jason cared about our family and made sure we picked out the best system for our home. My husband and I chose Air One for our A/C service. Jason was able to call one of the office managers, Andrew, right away scheduled our install appointment for the very next day! Andrew was very friendly over the phone and made sure we knew he was there for us if we had any questions.

The following day, Jeremy, the service technician, arrived at our home with his team to complete the install of our new A/C system. The team was very friendly and respectful and made sure the work they did was left better than when they arrived.

If you are looking for a professional, family owned business, You won't have to look much longer. Thank you Air One for everything!

If you are looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable people, Air One is definitely the way to go! I can always rely on their remarkable customer service and professional technicians. I can truthfully say I feel like a valued customer. They are able to answer my questions and concerns when a problem occurs and are quick with a solution.
