Called to set up an appointment to get an estimate to convert our 3-zoned home from electric to gas. They wouldn't even come out for an estimate until the gas line was run in spite of it already being scheduled. Unbelievable. Big job their loss.

Terrible experience. The thermal coupler is not working and technician didn't even try to tighten the connection. Was charged $99 for a service charge and all the technician did was tried to sell me a new boiler for $6000-$12,000. Told me it would cost $300 more to schedule a service repair. That's why I called you in the first place! Still no heat. Thanks Air Experts!

Recently had our HVAC serviced since we are selling the house so we called Air Experts and Josef Pandak was our specialist. While servicing our heater he uncovered a problem. An old (and I mean old) filter had been jammed down under a newer filter. Apparently we had been jamming new ones down on top of it for possibly 20 YEARS. This filter was as black as charcoal. I've had it serviced before by Air Experts and no one had ever found this. A huge thank you to Josef who saved me from the dreaded ""Home Inspector"" tragedy...(being confident the inspector will find a dozen other issues, he WON'T be finding this one!!!)

We spent a lot of money to have Air Experts install two new heating/AC systems, and a tankless water heater. We were ""sold"" what was supposed to be this amazing system that was going to keep our house comfortable year round. Instead we got a system that does a so so job. Also the maintenance contract is very expensive, and we have had too many issues for a system that is so new, IMO. Also, the tankless water heater has had problems, and doesn't always kick on for some strange reason. For the money we paid, I would not recommend these guys. Overpriced and overrated.

That said, their service technicians (e.g. Bob and Chris) are very nice and courteous. So this is not a reflection on them.

Our heat went out during the recent artic cold snap and Mike at Air Experts responded quickly to our emergency. Turned out we had a frozen pipe causing the problem. At no extra cost the service technician went back to their office and brought us a space heater to help fix the problem which it did -we have used this company to also service our a/c in the Spring and they have always been very professional, reasonably priced and very nice and friendly in general to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone needing heating or air conditioning services-

I made for an appointment for a new central ac unit. The guy calls me 5 minutes before the appointment time tells me he's going to be 25 minutes late. Never showed up and never called back. Great way to run a business. They don't care about customers because there are so many of us

Sally who answered the phone was by far one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Worst customer service.

I called for a broken evaporator coil, the guy cane and said he'd have to run a 1000 dollar diagnostic for something I already knew. Strike one
Then when I said no thanks just refill coolant, he suddenly knew it was Def the coil but the price was going to be 2500(above average cost) and potentially a lot more. Aka give us a blank check sucker, no thanks just refill coolant. Strike two
Then it never worked I told him it wasn't working, ""no it's just so hot out"". It wasn't that hot out until now so it's clearly not working, thing is freezing up. The new co. Said the last guy didn't flush out the old coolant, they have to clean up his mess before fixing the coil for cheaper and firmer price. Owner refused to take accountability or give us a refund. Strike 3. I'll never use this company again
