I came home from work to a humid, 83 degree home. The weather report called for a 93 degree day tomorrow and it's already 6:30pm. Air Design Systems has 24-hour service and boy did they deliver. The repairman was at my home within an hour of my phone call and had my air conditioner tuned up, repaired and blowing cold air in about 15 minutes. The repairman was knowledgeable and had a pleasant personality. I'll be sure to call on Air Design Systems in the future if the need arises. Top notch company.

We've been so impressed with ALL of the services we received from Air Design Systems. We first called them to take a look at our water supply, which had rust in it. We ended up needing a new hot water heater, new pipes, AND a water filter to eliminate the problem. The main water lines in the street are full of rust in our neighborhood, so this was the only solution. Air Design sent excellent employee after excellent employee to our house for each job. We did not have a bad experience throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them.

Very prompt. Contacted these guys on an emergency leak one evening after typical business hours as they were the only plumbing service open 24 hours. We were immediately contacted and repair was completed within the hour. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and returned two days later out of his busy schedule to repair a separate leak for us that we initially thought we were going to have to go through a major renovation, but in fact, we didn't need to with his expertise. We were overall impressed with the prompt, courteous, and honest service, which is a relief because we have not experienced this with any other contractors or service companies in the area.

Our HVAC system died. Doug Kadrovach came to our home almost immediately. He patiently answered all of our questions and set up installation the VERY NEXT DAY! We were very happy with the two gentlemen who did the installation as well.

Our HVAC system went down yesterday afternoon and I tried to troubleshoot the best a homeowner could do. The issue was beyond my ability so I called ADS this morning to get a technician out and resolve my issue. Two guys, in and out in and hour and a half. Courteous, clean, and knowledgeable. My unit is now working quieter than ever. Much appreciated.

Wow I am blown away' Air design came out to do repairs on my plumbing. It was a difficult job. But the professionalism and friendliness of Sean amd Robert made the whole experience amazing. They should be commended for the work they did. In fact they went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a wood deck that had to be removed and some of the wood was rotted. Anyway they worked hard and got it done. Not only that but they put the deck back and got new wood to replace the rotten wood. At the end, the backyard look d like nothing happened. Thank you so much Air Design Systems for sending Sean and Robert. They solidified my commitment to use your company for all my plumbing g and air conditioning needs.

ADS installed a new air conditioning and heating system for us over a month ago and it wasn't until they left and I had paid for the job that I determined they never ran the condensation line out as it's supposed to be; it's still just stubbed out under the house, dripping down into the dirt. I can't get them to come back and finish the job. After many calls over the weeks, now the manager will not return my calls. If I had it to do again, I would choose a different company.

My kitchen sink had a leaking copper hose and handle under the counter. Called for a quote. Was told $150.00 per hour plus parts. Was charged double what the parts cost. They tried to say the time started when technician was dispatched, including driving time to my house. What! It took an hour to complete the job. 10 minutes to sit in truck to calculate the bill. When I complained about the charge of $274.66, the bill was quickly reduced to the amount quoted. $150.00 plus parts. Technician was very professional.

Called for a plumbing issue in bathrooms and their tech caused over $1700 of damage in kitchen. Management refused to own up to damage and do the right thing. How sickening that a company would cause damage to your home and then lie but it. Save yourself a headache and avoid using this company!!!
