I had Air Design Systems clean my air ducts and unit. They did an outstanding job. I was really impressed by the time they took and the detail to which they cleaned. My house seems a lot fresher and cleaner and the whole process gave me a peace of mind. Would highly recommend them.

Rich and his team did an AMAZING job! They came in and replaced all of our shoddy, old cast iron piping that was terribly """"fixed"""" during the house flip. They did the job quickly, efficiently and professionally and even installed a garbage disposal for us last minute. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for all plumbing issues in the future! (although I can't imagine there will be any considering the stellar job they did replacing our pipes)

Answered the phone promptly and was not an answering service like other companies in the area. They could schedule the plumbing right away but the HVAC schedule had to wait to speak to Doug... irritated I could not do it all in one call. This is where the company can improve.

Air Design Systems has been impressive from start to finish. The project manager Doug that came out to our house to give us an estimate was thorough and really listened to what our A/C needs were. He also gave us a lot of great useful information. The 2 gentlemen that came to do the installation, Chris and Shane, were both very nice, knowledgeable, and extra professional. And on top of the superior service from start to finish, we can't beat the price! We are so excited to have Air Design Systems for our A/C needs from now on.

Very prompt. Contacted these guys on an emergency leak one evening after typical business hours as they were the only plumbing service open 24 hours. We were immediately contacted and repair was completed within the hour. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and returned two days later out of his busy schedule to repair a separate leak for us that we initially thought we were going to have to go through a major renovation, but in fact, we didn't need to with his expertise. We were overall impressed with the prompt, courteous, and honest service, which is a relief because we have not experienced this with any other contractors or service companies in the area.

My experience with Air Design certainly doesn't match the ones I am reading. Even though their website says they """"do it right the first time"""" it took them FOUR times and over a course of three long days to get my air conditioning up and running. We called them on a Tuesday morning and they were here relatively quickly and we had air for a few hours, although it never registered below 80, and it went out during the night. A 2nd call was made to them at 7 a.m. Wednesday morning and even though it was their failure to repair, we were not given priority and they showed up 10 hours later. That """"repair"""" also was a failure, lasted a few hours and the air conditioning went out again overnight. A 3rd call was initiated to Air Design at 5 a.m. on Thursday morning and again the """"tech"""" showed up 10 hours later, spent 20 minutes on the air conditioner and 3 hours after their third failure, we again had no air conditioning. By that time on that same day it was evening, so a 4th call was placed to the dispatcher and the tech on call, Paul, arrived within 90 minutes. For the first time since Monday night (it is now Thursday) and after 4 service calls from Air Design, 3 of which were half assed failures, we had air conditioning throughout the night. Props to Paul, who obviously knew what he was doing unlike his incompetent coworkers. He spent the time and evidently addressed the problem as we have had air conditioning since he left. Of note, we have had company visiting us from out of town throughout this entire time and were not able to provide them with a good night's sleep or a comfortable environment during their stay. Air Design is not the only game in town and I will not call on them again.

This is a super company! My home was hit by the recent storm my area had and it knocked out my air conditioning. By the time I got home from work. It was late. I called Air Designs and the dispatcher had a technician call me back. Ed walked me and a friend through things to test so we could determine exactly what was affected and to determine if they needed to come out. It ended up being a simple fix. I was so grateful Ed was willing to spend a few minutes on the phone to help us diagnose and fix the problem. I don't know of a single air conditioning company that would have done that. I will use them from now on. Thank you Ed and Air Design Systems for helping the community and not charging extra for after hours' repairs. Super customer service! !

All I have to say is less than 100$ service fee on a Sunday at 8 pm. Fast good service AC is on and colder than ever. Thank you.
