I called to make an appointment, told them my association was coordinating a roofing company to be there at the same time to address a leak. The appointment was """"first on the list"""" today, the roofer was coming at 9:00 am... I get a call at 8:30 from Air Around the Clock indicating they would be onsite between 4 and 7 pm. They can take an appointment, they just can't keep the appointment... my recommendation: find another company.

We had to have our air handler replaced due to mold in our house after hurricane Irma... what a great experience it has been working with this company... they sent out a great crew and they advised us of every step they were doing. We had to have our air handler relocated and what a process it was, but what troupers they were getting up in our hot attic for 2 days and it was a success... the air purifier is a must in any home... I am totally in love with the clean air we have. We haven't had this clean of air since the day our home was rebuilt. Great job to all of your crew their !!!!

I found them to be $400 higher on a repair than the company that finally did it and also 600 higher on the quote for a new unit. Always check them against their competitors

Horrible and Dishonest... They installed a new system and then less than 1 year later said the coil was leaking, they charged us to install a new coil. Once that was in the leak started again, they came back out charged us to fill up the Freon and said the leak had to be in the wall and wanted to schedule construction guys to start the demo work that week. We called another AC Company and they found the original leak at the weld, we may never have even needed a new unit or coil to begin with. Not professional and completely dishonest.

I've been using ATC for years now. Needed a new unit put in ASAP and they were quick to come out and give a quote and started the work the next day. The ladies on the phone were very helpful and friendly! Thank you Eric and the rest of ATC for always coming to the rescue!!

I had them come to repair my washing machine, which the technician came by and did his best. He was unable to fix the washer and told me Air Around the Clock would refund me since the washer wasn't able to be fixed. No issue with the technician, only being appropriately refunded. They definitely took a really long time for me to be refunded. We spent 2-3 months calling them where we received the same excuses from their staff . They said """"they will connect with accounting and call back"""". They never did call back. Only until after I left a bad review on yelp they called me back and refunded me only partially..... I don't trust this company , and don't bother calling them for any other services. Seems like a scam service..... also It is not cool to be receiving phone calls or yelp messages from them because they want a better yelp review ..... if you provided a better service you wouldn't have to have bad feedback from customers....

I had my $4895.00 air-conditioning installed on 7/18/15. Since then, i have had to call this company at least 6 times for repairs. On basically the same thing. i turn my machine to 79 when i work. I come home tired after 12 hours to a hot 80 degree house. this has happened at least 6 times! Last time (about 2 months ago) after another fucking repair, i had the manager come out and check things out and he sweet talked me that all is ok now. Well 1/26/18, i come home tired to a hot 80 degree house and shut it off like i did all the fucking other times and the compressor does not go off. Coming home to an 80 degree house in the Florida winter is OK. But, I have come home several times in the summer and my house was 95 degrees and I had to sleep in that until this company would come out the next day. they obviously sold me a lemon. the manager told me 2 months ago that there is no lemon laws for air conditioners. Next day, 1/29/18 I get a call, bright and early, from the advertising supervisor unhappy with this review. She said i should not use such language. Don't tell me, a 62 year old how to talk. She and all the others i spoke with refuse to waive the $95 service fee to repair something that keeps breaking down. same problem. If it was fixed , i would not have to be recalling every few months. BTW , when the supervisor came out in Oct, i told him i wanted all the invoices emailed to me. In front of me, he called the office and told someone to do so. I never received it. ahh , I just called another company, A/C Tamarac. Very kind person answered the phone and they will be here in a half hour. Oh, and the service fee is only $49. Status post repair: they installed a surge protector, because I needed one to prevent fuse outage do to Florida weather, replaced the thermostat that Air Around the Clock installed, saying it was too high in voltage. Service fee of $49 waived. You lost a customer that you had since early 1990s due to poor customer service.

This company is excellent! I got home from work at 6 pm my Air Condition was leaking and would not turn on. I call Air Around the clock they have a tech out within the hour problem solved. Thanks Air Around the Clock!

I am very happy with their service. Twice now I have called my other company whom I have a contract with and they weren't able to come - so I called Air around the clock and they were available and reasonable and their technicians were really nice. I would highly recommend ...
