We had their maintenance plan, they can out and """"tuned-up"""" our AC, about a month later the main set of wires came off the AC unit outside. They wanted huge money to come look at it. Fast forward to July 2012, our AC went out completely, we called them to look at it. The guy that came, turned on the AC unit, went outside, said he changed all this stuff on it, but said we had a bad compressor. He also told us that there was no warranty on out unit. They were going to charge us $1350 + labor to install a new one 2 days later. We called another company who came out and looked at it. When I went outside with this other guy to show him, there were pieces of our AC unit all over the yard and the who system was left wide open by the last guy. There were capacitors in the grass, and pieces of wires in the grass (where my kids play). After the new guy looked at it, he called the company that made out AC, turns out there was still a warranty on our unit. The only thing AATC was right about was the compressor. The new guy fixed the compressor, cleaned out the system, tuned it up, replaced all the broken parts, and recharged the unit for $700 (total, including labor). AATC is a rip off, they need to be put out of business for their shady practices, and uneducated technicians. Not to mention how disrespectful they were to leave all that garbage in the yard. Awful company!!

Stay away. I bought central air from them May 2024. It broke down in August, 2024. They came and """"fixed"""" it. It is now December 2024 and I am waiting for another repairman because the AC died again. Bad experience.

Called them at 7:30 pm as an emergency to have someone come fix our AC that went out. I told them my wife has health issues and we needed someone to respond that night. They do advertise as 24/7 service. The operator had no idea when it if someone would contact us that night. No one called let alone come out. We received a call around 8:30 the next morning. I told them we called someone else that was more responsive and we had our AC fixed by noon. What a joke. Don't call them and don't think they will even call You back if you do.

My stepmother had a new system installed complete with air handler, condenser, evaporator coil, new thermostat, etc... the invoice states a one year guarantee on parts and labor, 10 year warranty on A/C equipment... 6 months later they refused to recognize the warranty and charged us over $400 for a new low voltage wire installation. Thankfully there are so many other Air Conditioner companies out there, making it easy to find one who is reputable and reliable; Air Around the Clock is not- Go elsewhere!

Great Company. Used AATC twice now and both times have been good service. Called AATC back in 2011 when my AC took a crap, purchased a Brand new Complete AC system and was installed the following day with no issues. Just this Friday, woke up to my AC system not working. Called AATC and a tech was out by 10:00am. Diagnosed the compressor as the faulty part and since it was under warranty, placed the order and it was Installed on Saturday morning within 2 hrs. AC is now working good again. Straight forward company with no issues. would recommend to others if you are having an AC issue.

My experience with ATC was stellar! The service was beyond professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. The office staff is excellent at keeping you informed on timing, and they are very accessible. The phone barely rings twice before you have a live voice, which is a rarity these days. I especially want to thank and commend Willie, Ricky & Kerry for going above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have my business for life and I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to be treated fairly, respectfully, quickly and above all to not get taken for a financial ride. We had a wonderful experience with this company. Out of all the companies that have come to our home this one has been the best! We'd been having issues with our 3 units for years and after spending money trying to fix leaking Freon in all the units we were done. To make matters worse, we were also tired of not really knowing why our master bedroom and bath always seemed warm even after lowering the thermostat to 65. I can't tell you how many companies have come here to """"fix"""" this unit. Finally we decided to give this company a try and WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID. I called their office and they scheduled a service representative for the very next day. Their representative Willy came first thing in the morning. He arrived on time with a friendly and helpful attitude. After surveying the units, he confirmed what we suspected - two of the units were on their way out. He then pointed out that one of the issues with our master bedroom condensation unit, which had been replaced 6 years earlier, was that the air handler was 2.5 tons and the newer condensation unit had been replaced with a 1.5 ton. What?! No wonder there was hardly any air in the room. It also had a huge leak. Willy scheduled our job for the next day. I was so impressed with the installation guys he sent. They arrived on time and ready to work. They placed tarps on all walkways and in all a/c closet areas so any debris would not fall on our floor as they removed and installed the units. All manuals, paperwork and permits were stacked neatly for us to review and sign. Once finished, they broom cleaned all the work areas. These guys were FAST. We had three brand new units in a matter of hours not days. I had a great experience with Willy and his team. He knows what he's talking about, the company's prices are reasonable and the guys are hard workers. I highly recommend them.

""""Air Around the Clock"""" Service Company gave me an Estimate of $2,800 to replace a $150 Blower Fan, as they said they needed Lift Equipment to lower the A/C unit down from the Ceiling and had to have 4 technicians to complete the Job. I agreed and when they did the work, the technicians did not need the Lift Eqipment and did not need the additional 3 technicians. They completed the replacement of the Blower fan without lowering it from the ceiling as they did the repair with just 1 technician and did not need to Lower the A/C unit from the Ceiliing. The other 3 technicians watched the 1 Tech do all the work as it was completed. They played on their cell phones while it was completed as the 1 senior technician did not need any help for the 1 hour fan replacement. They did not even bring the Lift Equipment from their Truck as it was not needed. So when I ask for a reduction in the price of the $2,800 estimate because only 1 Technician was needed, not 4 and did need the Lift Equipment, they did not reduce the Invoice and still charged me the full $2,800. I was taken advantaged of the Repair as it was very unfair the way they treated me for the cost of replacement of a Blower Fan for $2,800. I will never call """"Air Around the Clock"""" ever again after the way I was treated.

Last week a technician showed up to fix the upstairs ac unit that was not working. He ended up breaking a pvc pipe in the downstairs unit. Air showed up today to fix the problem left and within an hour the AC stopped working. Called the support line and was told and received a text that a rep would be out tonight to resolve. Just got off the phone with their answering g service they can't give me an answer if anyone will show up now. They are referring to a secondary support. On top of this the damage caused by the technician from the first visit is over $2,300'in water damage. Air Around the Clock has informed us through the vendor that they will not cover this cost which their employee did. I have video of damage and the pipe was not broken before their employee touched it. Second with a full maintenance and service contract he was supposed to review the Dow stairs unit so he should have seen the leak. As soon as I opened the door and untrained homeowner could see the leak. I cant recommend a company that refuses to fix damage caused by their incompetent technician. Would you? spoke with John from their service department and he refuses to cover expense stating employee never touched the downstairs even though I saw with my own eye. how does a pvc pipe break after the tech is here and I saw him touch the unit. prior no break and no water leak. you decide.

Very disappointed in ATC's lack of service and professionalism. My A/C was overhauled and repaired in August of 2016, then it was repaired again for a leak in late February 2017. Yesterday, we found out that there is yet another leak. ATC was not the most helpful in providing any solutions, not even willing to waive the service fee, when I have been a loyal customer and just recently had a brand new A/C installed in my primary residence. I now have another company clear out the line that was blocked. I have a photograph showing that the overflow was never properly drill through for the A/C to automatically shut off :-( Needless to say, I am declining the charge for the last repair service that didn't do the job and I am leaving this poor rating for ATC to note that their business practices don't go un-noticed.
