Have never replaced or purchased a new AC unit before - so this was an eye opening experience. Worked with the team at Air Around the Clock and I am completely satisfied! They took time to answer all of my questions and when the time came for the actual installation, the service men were polite and kept the work area fairly clean. When the job was all finished.. they cleaned everything up and the new system worked as good as can be. Been well over a year now and the unit continues to run efficient and smooth. Never once an issue and glad I made the right choice choosing these guys.

They are the WORST!! Thought they were good for years.. Called them last week to look at the dishwasher. They came and couldn't find out what was wrong . My husband came home and saw it wasn't plugged in. NO refund? NO one in charge to call me.. GRRRRR!~

ATC installed a brand new unit in my home [RHEEM 410A], 3.5TON in June 2010. Ever since this installation we have had to call them sixteen [16] times for one reason or another. That is an average of 0.67 times per month. To put it in perspective, ALMOST 2 TIMES every three [3] months. In the past year, the longest it has worked was about 2.5 months straight until it -again- started going bad. ATC has replaced just about everything on this unit and, yet it continues to gives us problems. I am not pissed. I am outraged!. This unit is a piece of horse manure. Do not buy it!. As for ATC techs, I cannot really complain for, they have been able to restore service. But still and all, it does not help me and my family.

Do not use air around the clock. Their techs left without reconnecting a safe-t switch, but more importantly an open hole in the access panel in the back of the unit. When we called them back to look at it their explanation was that what used to be there, we didn't want and they just put an equivalent to duct tape over it. I'm hoping it continues working right, but if i left it the way they left it, lint from the laundry room would have destroyed the entire coil unit

We had their maintenance plan, they can out and """"tuned-up"""" our AC, about a month later the main set of wires came off the AC unit outside. They wanted huge money to come look at it. Fast forward to July 2012, our AC went out completely, we called them to look at it. The guy that came, turned on the AC unit, went outside, said he changed all this stuff on it, but said we had a bad compressor. He also told us that there was no warranty on out unit. They were going to charge us $1350 + labor to install a new one 2 days later. We called another company who came out and looked at it. When I went outside with this other guy to show him, there were pieces of our AC unit all over the yard and the who system was left wide open by the last guy. There were capacitors in the grass, and pieces of wires in the grass (where my kids play). After the new guy looked at it, he called the company that made out AC, turns out there was still a warranty on our unit. The only thing AATC was right about was the compressor. The new guy fixed the compressor, cleaned out the system, tuned it up, replaced all the broken parts, and recharged the unit for $700 (total, including labor). AATC is a rip off, they need to be put out of business for their shady practices, and uneducated technicians. Not to mention how disrespectful they were to leave all that garbage in the yard. Awful company!!

Air around the clock replaced a Capacitor in September 2010, it took five minutes to replace and they charged me $199.00 the Capacitors retail cost 10-20 dollars. 21 months later on July 3rd, 2012 my wife called because the A/C was not working they told her they would not be able to come until two days later. When they got there two days later they replaced the Capacitor that they installed back in September 2010 and charged her $225.00 dollars. They rip people off and can not be trusted. I went to an a/c store and brought a Capacitor for $8.95 cents. So in the future I can replace it myself. Capacitors are easy to install. Make sure you turn off the power there is a box on the wall where your outside unit is. Pull out the power fuse. Carefully take out the plugs from the old Capacitor and put them on the new one. There are two screws that need to be taking off some you can remove the cover and get to the Capacitor. Air around the clock will rip you off stay away from this so called company.

I don't get it. I signed up for a maintenance plan and got some routine service done yesterday. 18 hours later, my indoor unit mysteriously falls from the wall and ceiling it was mounted to and you charge me $500 to fix it? Didn't you break it in the 1st place - now I'm being charged to fix what you broke? I'm an extremely unsatisfied customer. I called you guys because I wanted someone that was reliable, that I could trust with my business going forward and not have to worry about it. Just write the checks and trust that all is well. Doesn't look like you're that business and it's a shame. _________ UPDATE: They called me and explained what happened. When the unit was installed it was done so incorrectly. I'm not holding AATC responsible for this. They explained to me that it *actually* wasn't their fault, and are giving me 1/2 off their regular rate for fixing it. A frustrating situation, but they're resolving it for me. Will report back if anything changes, but they've made me feel a lot better. Upping to 3 stars from 1.

I needed my coil cleaned ,the guy that came said it would be 350.00,So we set up a time and day to it The guys come thier names were Stevie B and Al..Come to find out much bigger job then the original guy said ..they spent all day trying diffrent things ..Nothing worked ...Had to come back again did the job the harder and much more time consuming way for the same price . ,and did everything esle my wife asked of them and more ,this company and these guys were great ,,going to use them from here on out .

I have just had Air Around The Clock come out to check my ac unit because it was freezing up. Joe The Supervisor was amazing. It took him a total of 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and about 20 minutes to fix the problem. I would recommend them to anyone. He was so good that he was able to make the ac system work better now.
