Alex is beyond amazing! We just closed escrow on a home in North Park a week and a half ago. Our son moved into the home and within the first week a sewer water line broke in the building and backed up in our home. Not only did Alex answer his phone, show up at 7pm but he was calm, collected and set us up with not only answers but a referral for a water restoration company (Cutting Edge Restoration-yelping then next) to come and dry it out and make repairs the very next day. He waited for 3 hours for the plumbing company hired by the HOA to show up. Thank you Alex! We totally appreciate you!

We had a kitchen sink leak that ended up flooding our kitchen. It was an absolute nightmare! We looked on yelp for a plumber to come out the following day. We got in touch with AIM Plumbing and made an appointment for first thing the next morning. Alex came out and was right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He was right on point with finding the problem. He fixed everything perfectly, and we haven't had a problem since. Replaced a ton of piping underneath our house with high quality copper piping. Installed a water heater. Very professional work. I had a small leak on the water heater, contacted the company, and they were there that day to fix the problem no charge.

Alex is awesome. He came out on very short notice and fixed a leaking shower head stem pipe we didn't realize was causing a problem. He took a short video of the drip before he fixed it and then another video showing the drip was stopped. Not the cheapest but he got the job done fast and effectively. Nice, no nonsense guy.

Can't say enough good things about Alex from AIM plumbing. After having a blockage in my wastewater line cause my crawlspace to flood Alex was the first plumber that was able to come out. He quickly located and cleared the blockage as well as diagnosed a incorrect fitting in my plumbing that failed during the blockage. I received multiple quotes to replace this fitting and ended up going with Alex again due to his fair price and communication throughout the process. Will definitely use him again for any plumbing issues.
