Toilet died, so I called another highly rated plumber to check it out. They told me I needed to fix the drain to the sewer, and gave me an estimate of many thousands of dollars. He brought in his team, they did a thorough assessment, and gave me an estimate for a much better solution to my plumbing problem, and I saved many thousands of dollars. They got the job done in just a few hours.

I called a bunch of places and had to leave voicemails. I literally called this place one minute before the hours online said they closed and left a voicemail expecting to hear back the next day. Alex texted a minute later saying he'd come the next day to take care of our problems!

I got called into work last-minute and meant to let him know I would be out but my wife would be home to let him in. I feel horrible I forgot and missed his call when he got there and he waited for nearly an hour until I called him back to give him the info and he was able to go in.

Alex was friendly, professional, and even took the trash out when he left rather than leaving it in the house (unlike other 4-5 plumbers we've had come in the past over the years).

We mentioned we found him on Yelp and got a great discount and he was in and out installing our garbage disposal in 30 minutes! We had other projects but we need to get approval from our HOA first to do them, will definitely be using him again.

Alex and his team are professionals to say the least! He shoots straight, works efficiently and got the job done under the quoted time and price (which was a new one for me lol). Ive had some bad experiences with plumbing services in the past, as im sure everyone has, but their number will NOT be lost and definitely used again. Ill spare the details of the job in case anyone is eating, but they have my absolute recommendation.

AIMPlumbing installed a new water heater for us. Initially they have given a comparable price for the standard water heater. After discussion, later they installed a tankless water heater. Price was bit high compare to the competitor's rate. Due to the emergency, I went with them. But work was generally neat. I would have preferred them to put a better extension cord tot water heater. They also charged bit high for a plumbing work.

During the conversation, they also recommended a water leak repair company. Leak repair company came within a few hours. I was not comfortable with the Leak company, bit pushy and trying to do more work than required. I went with another company for leak repair . AIMplumbing's Ales was pushing for this leak company. These three reasons, I am not giving them very high rate.

Alex came on short notice and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to compete the job on the spot and for less money than other quotes. He also was able to also suggest a repair to our pressure regulator which may have been the root of the issue. He worked hard to complete the work quickly even though it was more complicated than initially seemed. Would highly recommend Alex and Aim plumbing.

Well, not exactly an emergency but called Alex again.....this time for a new water heater. Of course I got a quick response and he scheduled me for the morning I requested. On time, fair price, good advice, clean job, nice guys - whaddya want? He's the only plumber I'm going to call.
