I came home to learn that my toilet was clogged. Being it was a rainy Friday afternoon, every place I called had no one available... Then I called AIM and he was able to be at my house in 30 minutes! It was amazing. Came in, got the job done in less than 20 mins for a reasonable price, and saved the day!!!

Was referred by Home Depot's Pro Referral service to have our toilet replaced. I didn't take more than ten steps from the computer at Home Depot when Alex called. I hope that's his name, I forgot to ask...was too excited that someone called back so quickly. This was a Saturday, mind you. I needed someone to pick up our new toilet (too heavy for me to handle) at Home Depot, remove the old one, install the new one, and haul away the old one. He agreed to do it and arrived at my house maybe a little over an hour later. Alex and his coworker were quick and friendly. So far so good. Thank you!

Let's just say, Alex was the BEST! I was in a pickle and this guy was Awesome!!!
Honest, knows his stuff, very patient and detail oriented.
