I contacted Justin as my garbage disposal was not working and my drinking water filters needed to be replaced. He came next day, replaced the garbage disposal with a new one, and took photos of the filters so he could see if his supplier had them. Said he'd get back to me on the filters. I paid him the $315 for garbage disposal.
A few weeks later, I texted him to see if he was able to find the filters. No response.
Then, the starter button for the garbage disposal quit working.I again reached out to him by text. No response. I emailed him. No response. I went to his website and completed the ""contact us"" section. Still no response.

I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and consideration.

Justin was a godsend of a plumber. I went through 3 other companies for the same issue until I was able to have Aiken finally resolve my issue. He's very knowledgeable and hard working. If it wasn't for Justin I would have wasted money doing a different service that would not have fixed my problem. He saved me so much time, money and got my office back up and running in no time. Had a backed up kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. Garbage disposal would just swirl water. It wasn't an emergency but we didn't know what other lines may be connected to it, like washing machine or showers and wanted to avoid a flood! We thought maybe roots in the pipe... this older home was inundated with trees when we bought a couple of years ago... called Justin and he came out, snaked the line, determined it's probably grease build up & soon thereafter, we were back in business! No more pool in my kitchen sink! Thanks Justin for your time, being prompt & your expertise! It's greatly appreciated!

Hired Justin of Aiken Plumbing for first time yesterday. Called in morning. Poor cell coverage where he was working but he called me back in a little over an hour and said he could take a look at the end of the day (4-6pm window). Showed up about 4:30 I think. I needed upstairs broken toilet flange replaced/raised for toilet that was leaking onto ceiling of downstairs bathroom. A fair amount of work and a trip to Lowe's for some parts and he was finished in around 2 hours I think. Very reasonable price I thought and straightforward job without any baloney which is what I was looking for. I was very pleased and will use him again when I have another plumbing issue at our house.

We had a toilet that wasn't flushing well. Home Warranty wouldn't covered it. We found roots coming up into the toilet flange. Aiken had the most reasonable pricing up front. When Justin came we soon discovered the toilet I ordered didn't fit in the spot we needed it installed. He was calm and solution oriented the whole time. We ended up grabbing an additional toilet at Home Depot to be installed. We had been without a a working toilet for months and to finally have it working perfectly was such a relief. I will be coming to Aiken plumbing for any of my plumbing needs!

Replaced leaky gas lines and a leaky irrigation line. Justin is a really nice guy and a dedicated professional. Good value, too. He will be our go-to guy for many years to come.

Terrible company. No respect for customers. I took time off from work and waited half a day for the technician at home. But the technician just didn't show up at the scheduled time, didn't respond to messages, and didn't pick up the phone.

We had a water leak and got several quotes. Not only was Justin's quote the most reasonable, it was crystal clear that he was the most knowledgeable. He legitimately has a talent for plumbing that even the more seasoned plumbers don't appear to possess. He fixed our leak right away and saved us MANY thousands of dollars. I feel so incredibly blessed to have found such an honest plumber as they are almost impossible to come by. Can't recommend this company enough!

Such a good plumber. I've been consistently impressed by their honesty and quick service. Highly recommend. Most recently he fixed my water heater on a Saturday. It required special tools which he was able to get in a timely manner. I won't use anyone else.

After two days shopping around for quotes and a trustworthy plumber to replace our water heater we found Justin.

He was by far the best out of 7 plumbers who came by for the job. He was quick in his responses, fast on when he could come by to replace it and the most fair on the pricing. Very pleasant demeanor, not at all like the other plumbers who I felt like were ""salesmen"" rather than a plumber. We highly recommend using Justin, and Aiken Plumbing.
