We had a water leak and got several quotes. Not only was Justin's quote the most reasonable, it was crystal clear that he was the most knowledgeable. He legitimately has a talent for plumbing that even the more seasoned plumbers don't appear to possess. He fixed our leak right away and saved us MANY thousands of dollars. After two days shopping around for quotes and a trustworthy plumber to replace our water heater we found Justin.

He was by far the best out of 7 plumbers who came by for the job. He was quick in his responses, fast on when he could come by to replace it and the most fair on the pricing. Very pleasant demeanor, not at all like the other plumbers who I felt like were ""salesmen"" rather than a plumber. We highly recommend using Justin, and Aiken Plumbing.

We had terrible noises coming from our plumbing in the guest bath. We'd used Aiken Plumbing before but I could not find Justin's number so called one of the big highly rated OC companies. Unfortunately they were not able to diagnose the problem, left us worse off than before and $170 out of pocket. Their estimate to fully diagnose the problem involved a lot of work and $$$$. My husband was not home at the time of the visit and was astounded at the estimate, not to mention puzzled about the lack of diagnosis. So I located Justin's number and he was able to come out. Within three minutes he'd worked out that the hot water faucet was not switching all the way off hence the build up of pressure in the pipes. He simply installed a new faucet. We're remodeling the guest bathroom soon. Justin will be our go-to for this and any other plumbing projects that arise. He's honest, a great guy and very fair on pricing. So happy I found him again!
