I called with a stopped up kitchen sink. 2 hrs later, I called again and the office person said """"oh, I forgot to tell them."""". Now, this was not as emergency call but I thought that was a totally inferior answer. Then, they advised they """"don't do kitchen sinks"""". Fine, but I would have called some else 2 hours sooner. To give them credit though, they did recommend an EXCELLENT company """"Root-A-Sewer"""" who completed the job THAT day.

Robert at Aggressive Plumbing came highly recommended to me during a recent plumbing emergency, and I can see why! He came to the rescue and repaired a broken water main at 7:30 am on a Sunday morning. The job was intense, and he worked HARD to get access to the problem. The leak was buried about 2.5 feet under a web of massive live oak roots the size of my calf! What probably needed a backhoe to access, he did on an early Sunday morning BY HIMSELF with an axe and a saw. The professionalism, promptness, speed and even price were amazing! THANK YOU AGAIN, ROBERT! You are now my go-to guy and I would recommend you and your company to anyone I know without hesitation! (To the other 5-star reviewer here that mentioned they are """"pricey but worth it"""", I just want to say that I expected my bill to be 3-4 times the amount I paid. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. He would have been a deal at even twice the price!)

Aggressive Plumbing has completed a few jobs for us now. They are always courteous, on time and extremely helpful with dealing with Manufactures. The last job was a difficult one, but they were determined to get us back up and running. I appreciate all their hard work and sticking in there until the job was done. They worked hard to keep my cost down, extremely reasonable pricing! Another great experience and will surely call them again when I need a plumber.

Aggressive Plumbing charged me $1004 to replace one 12""""section of pipe and one 17"""" section of pipe. It wasn't even an emergency call they came on a Friday morning. $1004 AND IT'S STILL LEAKING! Plus they supported the pipe with my electrical wiring! It could've started a fire! They gave me a partial refund when I went to the office and showed the owner these pictures.

I noticed their truck in my neighborhood and when I had a problem, I called. Bree the dispatcher was understanding and thoughtful. The gentlemen that came were so pleasant to work with. What I especially liked is that they came prepared rather than saying they needed to order parts. Everything was cleaned up upon the finish.

Have to admit, these guys are good! As a landlord who is far away, it's nice to have peace of mind that they know what they are doing. They may be a bit pricey, but I'm the type of customer who is willing to pay for quality...especially when it's on a short-notice call. Thanks for your help with our house in Navarre!
